Being in Arizona we know how hot the pavement is and they were more than willing to help out with sizing for doggie boots to protect their feet. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. So if you're looking for items for your fur baby, this is the place.

I walked-in to the Market Street Pet Depot this morning to get my 2 fur babies nails cut this…read moremorning. No one greeted us even after we spoke. Once I entered into the grooming salon I asked to get y pups nails filed down. The lady had the nastiest attitude and asked me to step outside while she checked in her customers as if I was not a customer. This was the most unprofessional experience as if they did not want my business. I will add that I am black given I just noted they were hosting a Turning Point event back in April wish I had seen that prior because that explains everything. It's a sad time to see the inhumanity on full display. It's unfortunate that I am forced to give a 1 star.

The wash bays easily accommodate his size with room to spare, and their recent remodel made everything even better--more stations and great updates all around. One thing I really appreciate is that there's no extra charge for large dogs, which is "huge" for owners of giant breeds. And every time, the staff kindly offers an extra towel to help get him dried off--such a thoughtful touch! The team here is always friendly and helpful. They walked me through everything on my first visit and recommended products tailored to his skin and coat. We now use the de-shed conditioner and I can honestly say--I notice the difference at home... and so does my vacuum He always comes out looking and smelling great. Sometimes we even add a few spritzes of the doggie cologne when available--such a fun bonus! And of course, no visit is complete without him "convincing" me to grab one of their adorable gourmet dog treats at checkout. They're so cute and perfect for pictures or just spoiling your fur baby a little extra. For my budget-conscious friends--Tuesdays are half-off self-service washes (which is amazing!), just keep in mind it can get a bit busy, especially if it falls on a holiday. Lastly, I have to give major kudos to the staff for maintaining such a clean and sanitary environment. Visited Business for grooming, picked up my pet/immediately…read morenoticed he was not able to walk correctly and was licking his front paws. Upon examination notice 2 split nails and called business and was informed it could be several things i.e. it could have happened in bsn kennel or during nail clipping, splitting was pretty common, nail would take its course and fall off. The owner requested I send pictures, I did. I asked if she would recommend that I take him to the vet, and she suggested/stated that there was not much the vet could do and again assured me it would take its natural course. I kept an eye on it and as it was not getting better, I finally called my vet, and they advised me to bring him in. Upon vet appointment Troy's nails were bleeding and he was very uncomfortable and at that time they removed 2 nails, and he provided a PROPER trim. I reached out to business to seek compensation due to not properly clipping Troys nails and was informed the owner would reach out to me. The owner reached out to advise me that she spoke to Troys actual groomer, and that groomer stated she informed me that they could not clip his nails due to 'his nails being too long and were growing into his nail beds'. As you can see from the pic in the correspondence one file his nails were clipped, just not properly and I was NEVER spoke to about his nails by anyone prior to call about splitting. Owner continued stating she NEVER suggested that there was little a vet could do, she is not a vet and would never suggest that, correspondence two shows otherwise. I had at that point asked her to clarify why she reached out and she informed me it was not to take accountability for her text and verbal incorrect information provided. Due to not taking him to the vet earlier (due to her text that they would be of little help) Troy was subjected to having 2 nails completely removed, and this now required sedation and additional medication that I was required to come out of pocket for.
