This past time they damaged my dog's eyes. When we left he couldn't open his eye. I had to take him to the vet immediately. The vet records show it's a chemical burn on his cornea from shampoo. Plus he has always had a skin tag on his lower eyelid that the groomer should've been careful with. Now he's on antibiotics for his eye and pain meds and in a lot of pain wearing a cone and i can only hope he heals. I reached out and haven't heard back from Boss. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least. I'm angry, my baby is hurt, my vet bills should be reimbursed by Boss and if his eyes don't heal i don't know what i will do. To not even hear back after reaching out 12 hours ago at 8am is unacceptable.

I was pleasantly surprised with all the different options in their baked goods. But I was blown away by the expensive prices. I bought one toy one small bag of treats, and a tiny little birthday cake and the bill came to over $50! Of course my dog is worth it, so I purchased it. The staff didn't greet me or ask me what I was looking for, nor were they helpful when I asked questions. I have no idea when that cake was made but when I tell you that it was hard as a rock, I'm not kidding. I couldn't even break it apart for her because it was so solid. It was also brown in color so I'm hoping to God it wasn't chocolate, because everyone knows a dog can't have chocolate. (I ended up throwing the entire cake part away because she couldn't even bite into it so maybe that was just as well since I didn't know what it was) Hopefully the treats will be fresher than the cake was. Next time, no matter how crunched I am for time, I will make my own cake for the dog so at least she can eat it. I literally threw $20 down the drain.

From the start, communication was disorganized. I had already sent in my dogs' vaccine records, yet I was asked to resend them because staff couldn't access the email address I was originally told to use. This was frustrating and felt like an unnecessary waste of time. When I picked up my dogs, several issues raised serious concerns for me. Their bed was returned broken, some of their toys were missing, none of their food was given back, and all of their treats were untouched which made me question what level of care they actually received during their stay. For a bill of nearly $900 for just three and a half days, I expected far better. What made the situation worse was the lack of urgency in addressing these concerns. Days went by without resolution, leaving me feeling that my time and my dogs' well-being were not valued. This was not the experience I anticipated, and based on what happened, I cannot recommend this facility. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously, because no pet owner should have to feel this way after trusting a business with their animals.
