This location has all the normal amenities of other locations-food, treats, toys, bath stations, etc. I've ordered online and picked up and I've walked in. They have a good selection and fair prices. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to inconsistent service from employees and cleanliness of the store. There is one employee in particular who is extremely rude for no reason every time I go and she's working. I've never had a similar experience with anyone else that works there. The checkout stations are also frequently unmanned and you have to wait or find someone to check out. I've also had the unpleasant experience of getting a bag that had some sort of liquid on it, I'm assuming pee. This location was my primary location but now I normally try to go to the prairie village location. I will still pop in when I'm in the area and need dog food as my issues are "first-world problems" and I think overall this location is pretty good.

She told me again to "go wait, they had no staff" the cashier said "well she has a simple question" Debbie said "I don't care, go stand over there and wait" So again I left. Don't go here. Not worth the awful experience with Miss Debbie who is miserable and needs to either get a new job or just retire. I will not go back to this store. I told the employees MULTIPLE TIMES that the piece of egg carton included with the purchase of crickets would not be needed as it just made getting the crickets out of the bag and into the terrarium harder because of the crickets holding on to the carton. They ignored this, and gave me my bags. When I got home and was opening the bags (mind you which are very hard to open because the employees wrap the rubber band very tight), I began to pour the crickets into the terrarium. As I did this, to my shock and horror, the crickets that were sticking to the carton were dropping onto my desk and even some going into my carpet! The same day this happened I was vacuuming and trying to pick them up. Alas, nothing worked. It has now been a week since these renegade crickets went onto my floor, and they have grown wings and chirp nonstop all night. I use gotten no sleep and it's driving me nuts! Do better.

She quicked my dog's nail and said she wasn't able to finish the…read morenails or face trim because my dog wouldn't let her (I wonder why), so I still tipped her 10% and called the next day to see if she could try again just to quickly fix the unfinished work now that my dog was calm. No answer after 2 calls, so I left a super nice voicemail and didn't get a response until the next day. She texted me saying that if I could come within the hour she would do it. So I rushed over there and she said from inside the grooming room "there you are" in a sarcastic tone (not sure if she knows you can hear from outside) and grabbed my dog saying "I have to make this quick" before I could even finish explaining what it was I wanted fixed. She trimmed her and brought her back out without a word and then I said "thank you so much!" To try to lighten the mood as I felt extremely awkward. And I was even planning to tip her extra for taking the time to fix the past grooming job, but she literally said nothing and just stared at me so I left! I will never get my dog groomed at this location again, she clearly doesn't care about her job.

The lady at the cash register was very nice, she showed me where all the treats were and which ones were the best sellers. This place gets better, certain dog treats are made in house. I thought this was pretty cool considering animals owners who prefers for them to eat healthy. They had all different types and varieties, I was blown away. They even offer spa services for animals, I definitely recommend giving this place a try if you own a furry friend.
