    Great experience. Nick Diaz was a fantastic sales person. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and was not pushy. Gave my husband and I space to privately discuss but was available to answer questions. Walked us through leasing vs purchasing, trucks vs minivans, explained trade ins and some other details we were unsure about in the entire process. Helped inform us so we could figure out what we wanted. After we were done he helped show me how everything worked and got my phone connected. Also, the gentleman that worked with us signing all our paperwork made us feel like family. He was genuinely interested in our lives and it made us not want to leave. We are so excited for our new Ram!

    Nice enough folks, and a WAY nicer experience than the Luther Kia dealership we visited first. We drove a few different serentos and did like them, but it was not within our means at the time. I took away two stars because the next day they called me to ask if my boyfriend had taken a set of keys to one of the cars we drove. He was polite about it but to be honest, but when he asked if my boyfriend took them I was quite put off. Im assuming they found them as we didn't hear back.

He was able to get everything done quickly and communicate very well via text to have him approve or decline a couple extra suggestions from the tech working on his car which he explained very well. They even give my puppy a super cute toy to enjoy while we waited. I highly recommend working with Jesse! There is also an awesome female parts advisor (I can't remember her name) who walked me through tire options for his vehicle over the phone yesterday. She gave me straightforward pricing and listened to what I was look for instead of just shoving the most expensive tires my way. I don't recall her name but she deserves major kudos for the assistance! I had called 5 other places before this dealer and they all sounded like they hated their job and didn't care to listen or provide any help over the phone. Her help is what made me drive 40 mins to service there! Flawless transition from parts to BDC service scheduling through the appointment. Awesome job Team White Bear Subaru! We will be bringing our vehicles there for service from here on out!

    Very disappointing...  I have a 2025 Crosstrek.  And have…read morebeen having some on-going issues. * My auto start doesn't seem to work consistently.  Seems to work once every 3-5 times I try to use it. * There is also a blown out/crackling speaker in the back of my SUV - makes a loud static noise when the volume is above 12. * I also am unable to open my trunk, oftentimes having to use a crowbar to open it.  I shouldn't have to break into my own car just to use it. * Also, When it is cold out the inside of my car gets frosted up.  So I am having to scrape the inside of my windows as well as the outside.  This should not be happening!  This is my first Subaru vehicle and this has not been a good experience at all!  I have paid a lot of money to Subaru, only to have a broken supposedly brand new vehicle.  What can be done about this?  I am not going to keep making payments on vehicle that has ongoing issues and IS supposed to be "brand new". The Minnessota Lemon law states: "The Minnesota lemon law covers new motorvehicles purchased or leased in Minnesota.The law covers passenger automobiles, aswell as pickup trucks and vans. The self propelled motor vehicle chassis or vanportion of a recreational vehicle is alsocovered. That means that as long as the"lemon" problem covers warranted portionsof the chassis and van portion of arecreational vehicle, the entire recreationalvehicle may be subject to replacement orrefund!"I have not heard from Subaru - dobt I even will. I shop for the best available vehicles and at the best price. The Team at Luther Cadillac far exceeded my experiences with past dealerships. This was the first time my complete shopping experience was conducted over the phone, email, FaceTime, and mail. The vehicle arrived today and its is exactly as described. The interior is spotless and no unmentioned discrepancies on the exterior. I will continue to shop their website and I recommend you do the same. If you live nearby you have to make Luther Cadillac a must when shopping for a new or used Cadillac and for any other make vehicles they have in their inventory. Dave Ingram was excellent to work with throughout, knowledgeable, responsive, and straight to the point in the best way. When I finally selected my new EV SUV, he was able to arrange for the perfect one to be transported in from an out-of-state dealership. He made the process feel easy without ever overdoing it or adding pressure. After delivery, we noticed a minor cosmetic factory issue, and Dave quickly stepped in and took care of it for us with minimal hassle. It was fixed in about a half hour while I waited. Overall, it was a smooth, low-stress experience with great follow-through both before and after the sale. I'd confidently recommend both Dave Ingram and the dealership to anyone looking at a Cadillac or making the jump to an EV.

Upon entering the front of the store, I was just screamed at by a large dark man wearing sunglasses - screaming at me to move my car. I was only coming in to ASK WHERE to take my car to have it serviced.. again he screamed at me to move it.. I had a sick baby in the car and just had a quick question, (that at this point could have been answered twice), but before even getting to ask, I was screamed at and everyone just looked at him while he did it. I ended up crying and extremely upset all because I had come in quickly to ask where to go. - The man screaming at me was looking to make a sale to the guy in the giant truck behind me, (as were the people around which is why NOBODY helped me-and must've silently agreed with him) but little did he know that the guy in the giant truck behind me was my BOYFRIEND who was there to pick me up from dropping my car off to get serviced. Nice job buddy, you are SO DESPERATE FOR A SALE you neglected to help an ALREADY PAYING CUSTOMER. You people are sick and only care about the big sale then leave your customers to fend for themselves. You should all be so ASHAMED of yourselves for condoning this behavior and doing absolutely NOTHING for me as I leave the building BAWLING!!! Brian not only filled my wish list but exceeded my expectations by finding a Veloster even more top shelf then I knew was possible! I'm not easy when it comes to my ride, I expect perfection in a car and Brian was fun as well as made it happen. I've enjoyed every visit to Buerkle from service visits to just checking in to see what the new line of Veloster's coming in have to offer. Buerkle will be stuck with me for years and it's their fault for keeping me in awesome, problem free cars and treating me like a good friend when I am there! Bravo again Buerkle, I didn't think it was possible but I love my new Turbo Veloster even more than my last one, you guys rock!

    Purchased 2025 Tucson PHEV in May. When did you ever have to ask, "How is your HVAC system…read moreESPECIALLY for floor boards. I documented and THIS DEALERSHIP didn't allow me to work directly with the technician. Compare that with Morries - I absolutely recommend them- where the technician was honest with me that Hyundai F'ed up (MY word) their PHEV HVAC system - that the floor heat is prioritied last - when outdoor is under 20 degrees and lower don't expect floor heat. WHO EVER THOUGHT WE NOW NEED TO ASK if the heat will work in the winter? To add more facts: dashboard heat was 60 degrees warmer than the floor when all heat is directed to feet only (logged over 2 months with a meat thermometer) - I brought all my testing to LUTHER and they said - hybrids are known for this. NO THEY ARE NOT! My Lexus worked great. Regardless, it is working as designed. Although I purchased the 10 year service plan, Luther had made the sale and post sale - if you don't fit into their troubleshooting flow chart - get the customer out the door. Why i am not happy with Luther is the ego - that nothing I said mattered. ON THE OTHERHAND, Morries totally cared and agreed with everything I said BUT EXPLAINED to me what the criteria he needed to prove so that corporate would assist us. We own 2 Hyundais and the other isn't PHEV and works great. We were up for purchasing a car but FOR SURE NOT WITH LUTHER dealerships and not a Hyundai. Luther dealership FAILED to be honest during the sale. The PHEV HVAC system is a known customer complaint. Luther would only follow their process - that it is working as designed - however it certainly doesn't meet Minnesota requirements. My previous car was a Lexus Hybrid and LOVED IT! The only reason I let it go is it wasn't tall enough when competing with semi trucks and SUVs. So my suggestions is if working with Hyundai be sire the HVAC system works and no to Luther bit a HUGE YES to Morries.
