This place comes in clutch when you need a pick me up and/or dessert/snack, as they are open 24 hours. Prices are reasonable, and their desserts are decent to delectable. Some of the worst customer service ever!!! I waited for a good minute before I was acknowledged by YVONNE. When acknowledging me, she didn't even say hello. Her tone was rude and unpleasant. Didn't say please. Didn't even say a single word when my coffee was ready. Not a "thank you," nor a "here you go", nor a "have a great day." This isn't even my first poor customer service encounter from this place. But today's (2/22/23) visit was one to write home about, as I've about had it with their terrible customer service. I've been a customer of barona coffee company for the past 15 or so years now, when they used to be in a different location in the food court that is now the ice cream shop. Anyway, the baked goods are always delicious and very reasonably priced. I agree with another reviewer that the cinnamon rolls at barona are better than cinnabon! I always get one when I come to barona. Anyway, this place is open 24/7 and has legit coffee, desserts and salads, sandwiches and ready to eat and eat meals like lasagna, turkey dinner etc. Highly recommended! First of all the eateries, this one is open 24/7 and reasonably priced. Players cards due offer some discounts. They cover all the basic groups: Hung over group: Hot coffee and tea made to order. No liquor to drown your sorrows or champagne for that victory slot machine win. Light snack group: They offer fresh in house baked pastries from muffins to eclair to donuts to cakes to yea you get the picture. Ooh ube cake. I don't want to pig out group: Salads with and without protein. I don't know what dressings they offer because really who goes to a casino to eat a salad? Maybe that one person that's been at the table for days and didn't realize what he/she picked up. Wait they do have ranch. DON'T even ask :/ The starving group: In my opinion, the best thing here are the meals. The place offers meatloaf plate, salmon, fried chicken, enchiladas, and other varieties on certain occasions. When you want Starbucks but realize there isn't one within 5-10 miles from here, Barona Coffee will do. Their baked goods are amazing. I love their giant donuts as well as their cinnamon rolls. Their cream puffs are legit too. Their coffee is second to none because there is no other coffee option here for crying out loud... but it's decent. If you don't want to sit down and eat at the steakhouse or wait in line at the buffet, this is a great option. You grab what you need, eat and drink, then be on your way. The gambler's way. My family likes this casino and goes quite often. I've visited a few times and tried their famous buffet. I only recently found out about Barona Coffee when they brought back sandwiches, salad, and pastries for us to try. The sandwiches were packaged well. They're affordable too. We tried the Italian and it tasted pretty fresh. I tried the caesar salad and it had ample tender chicken. I wish they made their own caesar dressing but instead they use a Paul Newman brand. They should consider adding another pouch of dressing though as the once pack wasn't enough. The two donuts tasted pretty good even the next day. This cafe is open late and a wonderful option to the casino's buffet. There's a line at times to pay. Looking forward to trying more items in future. read more

When the lady at the counter rung us up, mama dukes asked for her Barona discount and we paid less than $7 for all our items. That was such a steal! Joey who has helped me on more than one occasion suggest a delicious drink or a donut I haven't tried yet. Joey's attitude and customer service is amazing and I'm sure I'm not the only one who notices. While he usually has 2 young men working with him tonight it's a woman who steps up to the crazed task of keeping people happy in the mist of losing money. The food court has been expanded and they're now in the front/side walkway not far from the main covered parking lot entrance. They have everything here now, not just great pastries and low prices. Amazing cakes, coffee, and other treats for a decent price! My mom loves to play while I bring a book and enjoy a treat and coffee. Great area to sit around in on days when it is not super crowded (hard to find a seat) haha. I love their chocolate cake and donuts! Their chocolate chip cookies are amazing as well. This place is great if you're looking to get a quick cup of coffee. It's in the corner of the food court, a little hidden. The price of their coffee is cheap, and there's plenty of specialty drinks to choose from. Their selection of snacks is pretty good as well. As for how good the coffee is, it's simply alright. Coffee is good if you have the patience to wait for it (but no more $1 coffee). We're frequent Barona (too) often and the new expansion added a much larger coffee shop area which is great. It also added sandwiches & salads along with pastries. Unfortunately, the service is severely lacking. We've tried to get something 6x times here since March 1 and gave up 4x. What's also been frustrating is they've changed the way the line works 3x since it opened! (First time, single line all the way to end coffee shop, second time, there was a Coffee Only line, and now it's back to a single line.) Regardless, they still haven't figured it out yet - Absolutely terrible service in all cases. Picture is at 10:45 pm - no way we were waiting in that for a coffee! The main problem is with the added food (sandwich & salad) choices, people are holding up the line because they can't decide what they want. So, if you just want a cup of coffee, it's a wait! They really need to have a Coffee Only line that serves PLAIN coffee! They may make more $ from the fancy drinks, but customer service is more important and this place doesn't deliver when people are turned off by the long line. read more
