My daughter then asked for two cups of water and was told they could not have water unless they purchased something. I've ordered here quite a few times and I never ever leave bad reviews but today was the last straw. I order for pickup and within 10 minutes of my order my girlfriend went to go pick it up. I ordered the Dubai chocolate iced mocha and there was literally barely any ice and the bottom of my cup was warm. I stirred it and mixed it together and my drink was chalky and extremely powdery. Besides waiting about 20 mins to get one drink.. it came out as a regular strawberry acai refresher... so after waiting 20 mins he still had to wait for then to fix it. What did they do? I don't mind this location usually. I only stop here occasionally after dropping kids off at school if the drive through line isn't around the corner. It does seem to move slower here than Santee does. I always get the same drink (Venti Iced Black Tea, no sweetener, no water, light ice, add Strawberry Acai Base). 1). A few times I have come to this location and they don't fill the cup up all the way on the tea. I'm paying extra now for the added S/A Base and pay for a full cup. They leave the tea foam instead of filling it with the liquid... Last time was worse and asked them to top it off. Today, it was also not full, so I decided to leave a review. 2). The prices keep changing (I know this is not always location based, but...) They just upped the price on adding the S/A Base from $.50 to $1 started yesterday. They don't even put that much in there so it doesn't make sense to me why I would have to pay $1 now. But I would like a completely full cup when I buy. 3). Love my local Starbucks Store. This location is near me and I come here often for my cup of coffee. The staff are always so nice and personable. Sometimes the drive thru line can get long depending on the time you visit, but the staff always does a good job of keeping the line moving. My go-to drink is a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. The price of coffee has gone up recently and now my drink costs me $6.25 however I pay this because I enjoy this drink, the great customer service, and the convenience of grabbing my coffee on my way to work in the morning. She's rude, won't look you in the eyes, won't smile at you and let's you know without saying a word, that she hates her life...and you! The drinks are never made correctly . The drive thru was backed up and the orders were coning in faster that they could send them out, but they managed to handle to rush with smiles. Good for them. Went to this fucking location today at 12:50pm. I order the same drink every time. Trenta black tea lemonade with strawberry açaí base, 6 pumps vanilla, 4 pumps classic with strawberry purée. I know it's supposed to be red. The drink I got today was orange. I just can't with this place anymore! Went through drive thru and waited almost 20 minutes just to get our drinks and a pumpkin loaf. Ordered a PSL Frappuccino and a pumpkin loaf warmed up. People tend to Forget that thy only have 2/3 espresso machines and sometimes people order a loooot of shit ! This Starbucks has an issue, well actually more then one issue. Like others have said they won't ring up separate orders for customer stars for free drinks etc. I was told the policy came from the MGR. Starbucks customer service said its not company policy.!!!!!!!!!!!!! The drive through has a unbelievable issue. There's a long line for car's that can enter off Wintergardens Blvd and a short line that can be utilized from the parking lot. The problem is when it's busy the long line can accommodate 10 or 12 cars......well the short line will accommodate 4 cars and merges with the long line.which cuts the wait time to the drive up order window. Selfish customers will try to use the short line and basically try to take cuts in line and wedge their way in front of other cars.....come on wait your turn, you wouldn't do that inside in a stand-up line. This creates tension at tbe drive up lanes!!! I have seen at least two fights and a lot of yelling between customers....the staff at this location will openly admit there is an issue but will not remedy the problem....I cut down my business by 95% here because of this. They could care less! Because of this I rate them a 1 star because It really is a company ignored issue. They basically are promoting road rage because of a design fault with there drive thru. Also beware there are alot of homeless people living in their cars and motorhomes and use the parking lot to illegally lodge during evening hours and nite time hours.....they park next to the drive through lane.in the parking lot. They hit people up for change and basically stock your movement and utilize the Starbucks restroom for grooming etc....just a mess!! So I have to confess I am a frequent Starbucks customer but I have never used a drive thru before today. I was in the area for an appointment and was running short on time and pulled into the drive thru. I was greeted immediately by a friendly voice. I had a passenger in the car with me who wasn't quite ready to order yet, but no problem because the barista was patient. I placed my order and we waited on my passenger to decide. After we pulled up to the next window to pay we were greeted by another employee who was also friendly. She took my gold card and cash for a tip and thanked me warmly. We were given our bakery items and drinks and were on our way.
