Not sure what some of the other reviews are talking about, but my experience at this McDonald's was honestly great. I visited this morning and the drive-through service was above and beyond thanks to the kind staff. I didn't experience rude employees, unfresh food, wrong orders, or any of the issues mentioned in past reviews. Yes, the drive-through is open late and reopens early--while it might not look open from the street, if you pull up to the menu board you'll be greeted. This morning I ordered the 2 sausage burritos, made it a medium combo with an iced vanilla coffee. The woman at the first window was super sweet and greeted me with a smile while I was paying, and the woman at the second window greeted me with a smile and handed me my food promptly. The sausage burritos are a bit small (probably why they give you two), but they were hot and fresh. The food quality felt the same as any other McDonald's I've been to. The hash brown was crisp, and the iced vanilla coffee was actually upgraded to a large--free of charge--which was a nice surprise. Based on my visit, I didn't run into any of the problems mentioned in older reviews. If anything, it seems like the staff has really stepped it up. After this morning's drive-through experience, I'd say you'd be totally fine eating at this location. read more

I was open to the two stairs over view but after experiencing it first hand with Linda . I had to deliver an order and decided to treat myself with a Sundae as well. I informed the person that there was an additional order . Person looked at me. Handed me one order. as I waited politely five min. I Reminded again, there was an additional order , Carmel sundae to start the Mother's day weekend off . She Looked at me and said, "you didn't say that '". Hmm! How else could I have informed her. Waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru, had to turn off my car because it's a waste of my gas. With 2 cars ahead of me and once I got my food, it wasn't hot, lukewarm at best. And on top of that once I wanted a cold sip of my coke, I was greeted with the disgusting taste of Dr Pepper! read more

This place needs leadership, they consistently get orders wrong, they'll have you sitting at the table with your table tent and tell you they've been calling your number and you never went and got your food. This incident today is just a little much. A young boy got sick on the floor, the mother apologized and told them about it, asked if they could bring a mop, she was brushed off and the vomit has been there probably about 20 minutes now. Came up to the speaker to order, ordered a number 3 with orange juice, the lady asks the biscuit? yes that's what the number 3 is with an oj , then asks what drink, we tell her oj again and we ordered 2 more items, we get to the window to get our food and she reads us the complete wrong order, we tell her that's not our order so we wait 5 minutes then she reads our correct order and she's passing us the food and gives us the wrong drink, we tell her we didn't order that and told her we ordered an oj then she goes back to look at the receipt she just read us and then gets the oj. I have recently been going to this McDonald's located in Lakeside on Winter Gardens. The employees are very customer friendly and make your food fresh to order. You can always expect the employees to smile and say good morning to you when coming for breakfast. It makes a big difference when employees are in a positive mood and makes you feel welcome. I hope they keep up the amazing attitude and great food. It is very much appreciated. I score this McDonald's, a perfect 5 star. read more

The morning manager and assistant manager (From Thursday or Friday) is just rude. They don't like to honor coupons. Always a hassle (like it's coming out of their own pocket). Service always sucks and they are always super rude and very slow. The fries are always cold.

Extremely rude and refuse to offer assistance when kiosk is broken "Sir - Can't you see we're busy!?!" They will not take your order at the counter, then try to belittle and insult you if you ask for help at kiosk - which is always slow or inoperable. By the time my order slowly gets through the kiosk, the 15 minute limit on using the app coupon expires. Most McDonald's I rate 4 to 5 stars. this one is by far the worst. The person taking the order was great, he was helpful and efficient. The person giving the food could barely be bothered for ketchup, etc. I kept having to get their attention and they never stayed but ran away each time. Smiled yes, but overall bad customer service and slowed down the process since I had to wait and ask the next time she came to the window. I have visited this location dozens and dozens of times over 30 plus years. I have had various issues over the years, but it is the better one out of the closet three. Worst customer service. I really give employees the benefit of the doubt but each time I come back, the outcome is always the same. The drive thru takes forever. They have you pull around the corner for 15 minutes and forget about you. The employees don't know how to use the app for deals, and the management makes excuses. No one likes working here. I never see a smile (yes, you can tell if someone is smiling or happy even if they wear a mask). Management should set the example and they don't. They are miserable. window to get my food and Deja was helping me. I knew I had three drinks coming so I asked for a cup holder she rolled her eyes took her time and put my drinks my two drinks in a cup holder. The reason I am giving 1 star is because they have trouble with mobile orders, and I can never pick it up. Then I ordered dinner thru the drive thru, and my sons 6 piece happy meal only had 4 nuggets. I also paid 35 cents for dipping sauce I didn't receive.
