The Studio is always tidy, and the staff is always helpful and kind. The classes are great regardless of your level of fitness; there is something for everyone! I have taken at least one class with every instructor. They all bring something different to the table. Of course, I have my favorite instructors - should out to Josh and Natalya! But every single instructor is truly great! Prior to joining, staff thoroughly explained their scheduling and cancellation policies so there are no surprises. If you have ever been interested in reformer, mat, or chair pilates this is the place for you!

She's fantastic!…read more I am not someone who loves to work out, yet ever since I started going to Rei Pilates a few months ago, I find myself coordinating my calendar around how many times I can get there in a week. Something about the tone and vibe of the place (and Rei herself) is energizing. The workout is awesome. I've take pilates at numerous other studios and Rei's classes are the best. Her techniques and moves are fun, efficient, and effective. She switches it up and has you do just enough reps where you feel it working without pushing it to be painful and unpleasant. I've seen more results going to her classes for 6 months than I have in years of going to other studios. And she plays great music which makes the time fly by! The studio itself is clean, modern and bright. She has the new reformers which are sleeker and easier to use than the chunky older ones at other places. (She also stocks the cutest athletic clothes, which are fun to browse after a good workout.) Highly recommend!

I also brought a girlfriend from out of town who's been taking pilates classes for years and she loved this one! Rei was very patient and very positive and provided me with information about how I should modify certain exercises based on my (hopefully temporary) physical limitations. Kerry was the instructor and I really enjoyed her class , so much that I booked her class again this past weekend . I was new to Pilates so she was really great the first class since it was only four of us she was able to pay a little more attention to my form etc which was very nice of her . I was impressed with how sore I was the following day , I work out 5-6 times a week with a trainer but this class really focuses on all those hard to reach areas like inner thighs , core . The studio is beautiful and very clean , the staff is warm and welcoming . I travel all the way from the north shore of Long Island to join these classes , that's how much I enjoy them !
