They also operate a small lunch/dinner sometimes brunch truck as well. Two locations usually. They have a smaller menu but don't be fooled. Since the menu is smaller they can focus solely on that menu. Focus they do! It's very very good food and a healthy portion of food as well. From the gouda Mac and cheese with fried onions to the absolutely amazing fried chicken sandwich with Maine maple glaze and everything in between... to die for!! They also have the most amazing red potatoes. They fry them up as "smashed spuds" and they're so so good! I go there sometimes just for those ! Inside Mick's there's a bar and you can grab a drink with your food. I can't say it enough, if you haven't already get down there and try this menu. You will not be sorry!! I ordered the Bayside burger (single patty) with fries (small) with a side of garlic and parsley aioli. It was delicious! The burger was a classic wide and thin smash burger with lots of flavor. The mushrooms, swiss, and aioli complemented the burger perfectly and I enjoyed the high quality bun too. The fries are hand cut and fried in beef fat. They were very hot!! They were delicious, especially when dipped in the side of aioli. I was able to enjoy my meal on the picnic tables between the food truck and Argenta Brewing, which was perfect. I got the brisket sandwich with a side of beans, coleslaw and corn bread and it was delicious. In my experience corn bread is usually dense but this was light, airy and unbelievably moist. The caramelization of the burger patty meat is crisped to perfection. The simplicity and balance of toppings (two slices of cheese, shredded lettuce, pickles, and vendredi sauce) make every bite a beautiful exploration. The buns are light, fluffy but most importantly have integrity throughout the entire burger. And the gerkin/olive as garnishment, is a unique touch! The blueberry gojuchang sauce was lost in a sea of purple slaw on the beef and the beef itself had a hard, crusty piece that looked like something that had hardened against the side of the hotel pan it sat in. The burning flower was probably my favorite, and that's coming from a carnivore. Overall, it was a good meal from great people and one I would get again, but I wouldn't go out of my way to find it.

The prices are just right. They have a broad availability of items, from single tacos to full blown meals (bibimbap, omgggg). Everything I have tried here has been phenomenal. They have an Instagram page where they post their location and hours, so it is very easy to figure out where they will be on any given day. Their favorite "haunt" is the Eastern Prom, and they're usually there for several hours. I can always count on getting my Korean food fix from them no matter which day it is. I choose to stand outside and got to listen to the fries hit the sizzling HOT oil. What a great sound.. the fries were delicious crunchy on the outside and so hot and tasty. These fries are good size bit steak fries not shoe sting but a great mix of both. I am not a ketchup fan so they offered me a spicy mayo for dipping, which just enhanced the flavor and deliciousness.
