Their technician came out and messed up my AC instead of checking the duct work in our home warranty request. The AC unit is not working after his service call. He shut off the unit and after powering it back on, it is not working like it was before his service call. read more

My Home Warranty Company (First American Home Warranty) assigned this Company to repair my Air and Heating system; unfortunately, the Repairman reported back to the Home Warranty Company that my dog had been lying on one of the outside Condenser lines. This unfortunately incident caused the coolant liquid to leak out. I can accept the reason why the Warranty Company denied my claim; however, this Company had the nerve to say, "Our repairman can come backout and repair the problem for $975.00. I responded by saying, "HELL NO!, I'll get some other AC Company to do the work!" I was under-the-impression that this Company knew the Home Warranty Company would pay less than $975.00; therefore, Falls Air Conditioning & Heating Service though by report back to the Home Warranty Company (about the dog) the company could make more money by charging me more than what the Home Warranty Company would pay. At first I read a few bad reviews on these guys, but I would have to say that my experience was awesome. I was going through my home warranty company, First American, they put me in contact with Falls. Falls then immediately called me and set an appointment for 10-2 the next day. David showed up at 9:52...which was awesome because I didn't want to sit around for 4 hours waiting. Our AC wasn't cooling upstairs, but when David came it was...frustrating. He checked EVERYTHING and said that it all looked great. He told me of it happened again that he would come back out at no charge for 45 days. Sure enough it stopped working that evening just my luck. I called David directly and he came back out the next morning (while it was still not working). David quickly was able to replace the broken capacitor that wasn't putting out enough power to work hard enough. David had the replacement part in his truck and was in and out in 15 minutes. If you need someone that is diligent, calls Falls and request David. I certainly will be using them again. read more

After being in the customer service industry for 15 years, I understand what it takes to make customers happy. My experience with Falls A/C started off on a great foot when Joe came out and analyzed why two rooms were not cooling efficiently. Joe made his recommendation and I agreed to have the work completed at his price. Two days later they sent out people to complete the work. Bad news is they did not do exactly what Joe recommended. We were really frustrated and could not get a clear answer of what they would do to fix our problem that was already paid for. Then Denise from the office returned from her vacation! The next day Joe was out with one of his guys. They spent 2 hours in a very hot attic. And I must tell you they did an excellent job. The rooms that were 10 degrees than the rest of the house are now the same temp as the house. They thanked me for my patience and asked me to text Joe personally on how the rooms were cooling later in the day. LaPort is a long way from the Heights, but I would not use any other A/C company because of their effort to correct a mistake (which we all make). read more

Falls AC and Heating seems to be the best in the business. David, the owner, fixed my unit. He always came with a mask, was polite and informative. He never tried to sell me one thing. He actually came in to fix broken equipment that the previous company left in disrepair, and the previous company tried selling me a whole lot of BS equipment and cleaning services. NOT FALLS!!! David took care of the problem amidst his own families' heating struggles (this was during the coldest days of the year when 4 million Texans lost power in Feb. 2021) and found an open parts store when most were closed. He was even going to give me a brand new unit, but the set up of my home requires Sheetrock to be pulled out in order for that to happen. David fixed the issue in a timely manner. He answered calls and texts without delay. I hope angels surround this man and his family and his company. I am so happy and grateful to have heat and I highly recommend this company!! read more

This company is awesome. I called another company for maintenance and they said the Freon level was low but couldn't find out why. I called home warranty & the company they first sent out didn't have clue. So I called home warranty again & they sent out Falls. Explained the issues I knew about & they were able to find the cause of the problem. They worked with home warranty & were able to get the parts covered. We liked them so much they replaced two of our units because they needed replacing & offered a great replacement price. They are my maintenance go to & won't use anyone else. Their office staff has always been polite & responsive. They have even gone above & beyond when lightening struck our house & fried both of our AC units. read more

Good luck if American Home Shield assigns this company to you. They have a huge window of wait times then call you last minute to reschedule or tell you that you did not get the date correctly even when you call them that morning to confirm. Further, they stop answering the phone or never call back after leaving messages. Forget about even calling the emergency number. read more

I was assigned this company from my home warranty company. It has been over a month and I still don't have A/C. The woman on the phone is RUDE and only works from 8-5. No one picks up on the emergency number EVER! If you call to schedule a "technician" (and I use the term loosely) you have to wait 2-3 days. Forget it if your problem happens on a Wednesday, you will wait all weekend. The guys show up and don't spend more than 5 minutes "diagnosing" the problem, order parts and replace them but never actually fix the problem and blame the other "technician" for not doing the right things. My problem started on July6, it is now August 9 and I still don't have any end in sight after today's visit, in the middle of Houston in July/August in the middle of a heat wave! read more

Was assigned this company through my home warranty company. I was hesitant because I read several other bad reviews. I wish I had requested someone else. They came out and made a diagnosis (on a Friday) then told me they had to order a part and that they would be out on Monday to make the repair. It is July in Houston. I asked if I could pay the difference to have the part sent overnight and have it repaired on Saturday. She called me back and said her "boss" said they would take care of the extra cost and she assured me that whenever the part arrived on Saturday, the technician would be out to install it. I confirmed that my AC would be repaired on Saturday and she assured me again that it would. Guess what? Midday on Saturday the technician called and said he would be out on MONDAY! I said that was not acceptable and asked what the problem was. He said the part didn't come in. Hmmm... I asked for a tracking number; of course he had nothing. I tried calling the office, but they were closed. Someone texted me and said the technician was on the way to complete my repair (REALLY). I texted back that the technician just called and said no, he was not coming at all. Then nothing.... The technician showed up on Monday to make the repair and told my husband they had ordered the wrong part. Again, none of these "stories" add up. If that were the case, how did the correct part come in so quickly???? Why was I told something different on Saturday?? Today, no answers... read more
