Potato mojos are to die for! I can eat a full order myself no problem! We came here after my cousins soccer game. Kids pizza was covered and we just had to order our own. Ordered Barro's special pizza, potato mojos, spaghetti, and wings. They take reasonable time to get prepared due to being made fresh. They also have a decent selection of draft beers you can order too. Kids are in heaven when they come here to due arcade room. Adults can come and watch any games on one of their TV. They play all the important sports games there. Owners are korean and they are very friendly. Instead of making the workers collect empty dishes they go around and does it themselves. I had ordered pitcher of beer and it tasted funny (no carbonation) so mentioned it to the owner and they switched it out to a new one of my choice for free. Think I will definitely go back to this place in the future for their great potatoes and pizza. read more

Consistently good! Barro's has been around since I was a kid. It's always been a popular place with the locals (still is)! Can't go wrong with their pizzas. My kids and I always order the extra large with extra cheese, chopped garlic, olives, and pepperoni. Their salads, pasta dishes, and sandwiches are great options, too! Great pizza! They put the right amount of cheese and sauce and the crust is crispy. You can tell by the taste that it has fresh ingredients. The wait time for pizzas is usually only like 15 minutes which isn't that bad. The staff here is pretty friendly too. What's great is that they are super generous with the toppings. If you order like pepperoni mushroom for example, they will load that thing up. I guess I would say it is a little bit pricey, but it's great quality. read more

Haven't been here I'm a while and decided to order dinner here. BIG mistake! Not only did the pizza have zero flavor but the cheese tasted old. I don't know if ownership changed but I will never return to this place again. I had to throw the remainder away because there was literally no flavor but old cheese. Mind you, I purchased the Barro's special. Please do yourself a favor and go to Round Table or any other place as it was a total waste of $40 for a small, and yes, I even included tip. A neighborhood favorite for over 20 years and deservedly so! I've tried both the veggie pizza and the Barro's Special pizza (pepperoni, ham, bacon, green bell peppers and onions). The veggie pizza is great and they are generous with the toppings. The Barro's is also generous with the toppings. The only drawback is that the Barro's Special pizza is salty. The next day leftovers tasted less salty. I really like the dough they use. I also tried the spaghetti with meat sauce. This was topped with mozzarella cheese. I thought it was better than spaghetti I tried at an Italian restaurant a couple of weeks ago. Barro's gives you a lot of red pepper flake packets. We have plenty left over. First of all this located in Diamond Bar, not Walnut, no idea why they have the wrong city. The pizza is hilariously overpriced. I have never seen such expensive pizza besides at gourmet Italian restaurants known for their Pizza... this used to be an awesome spot to get pizza at around 10-15 years ago but things have changed. The pizza is average at best but charged like it's a 10/10. No reason to order pizza here, especially when you can get better pizza for half the price at Mr. G's. read more

First time coming here wish I came here sooner. I work nearby and during lunch breaks I only went to Del Taco or eat Korean food because it was close by but doesn't taste that good. I decided to come here today because one of the customers at work, works here and the Yelp reviews were good. Pizza are good, spaghetti and meatballs are okay, lasagna was undercooked. They say 4 meatballs but actually they cut it in half so you get only two actual meatballs. Maybe I have the wrong number... so I use the yelp app to call. No answer. Maybe it's a one off and someone was having a bad day. Maybe they stop taking phone orders at 8:30... but why? It usually takes 15 min to make a pizza. 8:45 I can see that but... I won't go nuclear but I really love ur pizza and was out of the country for 3 weeks. Just had a pizza and salad delivered from the Geeenway Barro's. The thin crust was soggy and the pizza overly greasy. Not very good. The salad did not seem to have the fresh ingredients as we have had in the past. We loved Barros in the past but this was very disappointing. We'll keep looking for a dependable pizza place. I've lived around here for 10+ years and have only been here a few times. The food here is tasty and fresh and I will definitely be coming back more often. The staff is friendly and the they have a great selection on their menu. This place is known for holding kid's bday parties or club and sports parties/ fundraisers (if I remember correctly). It reminds me of a mini Shakey's. It has a section for kids to play games while the adults can watch sports and drink a couple of brews. We wanted to pick up some pizza before a Sunday game so we decided to give Barro's a try. We ordered the mojos, wings, and a large pizza. The mojos were very soggy and a bit salty. The pizza also tasted a bit undercooked. Since we got take out, we decided to cook the pizza and the mojos a little longer in the oven. They came out better but the mojos were still soggy.
