One of my favorite things about this place is that they offer Rivet Coffee and they are my favorite coffee shop in Westfield. The service has always been great and with it being a smaller spot, they are attentive to customers when they are waiting for their orders. The location definitely gives New York Bagel deli vibes, which is pretty awesome because we don't have a lot of that here in Indiana. She dumped the large drijnk into a medium cup and threw out the rest (the other customer wondered why she didn't just let him keep the large instead of wasting a cup and throwing out the extra). As bad as that was, I had it worse. She dumped the medium drink into a cup and just handed it to me. I asked her to top it off (after all, I ordered a large), and she said it was almost to the top of the large cup. I asked her again to top it off. She took it back and instead of topping it off with espresso, she foamed some milk and topped it off with that instead.
