Food allergies are not a preference or a minor inconvenience. Serving someone an allergen can have serious health consequences, and I expected the situation to be treated with urgency, concern, and accountability. Mistakes can happen, but the dismissive response afterward made the experience significantly worse. This location seriously needs better allergy protocols and staff training on how to respond when an allergen mistake occurs.
