    Black Sugar Assam
    Alden C.

This Teaspoon location is honestly really great! It's a small cozy store, but the customer service here is outstanding and super friendly. The drinks are pretty good and I like it better than some other Teaspoon locations. The Grasshopper is definitely not my thing because of the cucumber flavor, but the Black Sugar Assam hits the spot with the black sugar flavor. The boba was also pretty chewy and not hard despite it being later at night where stores usually aren't making a new batch of boba by that point. I'd recommend this Palo Alto location. It was really busy even late at night, but there's a good reason for that.

Classic thai tea and Taro Lover
    Mary C.

We tried out the Classic Thai tea with bubba and Taro lover with Taro chucks. Both the bubba and the taro chucks were quite good but the the thai tea was really watered down and the Taro tea tasted ver artificial. Super disappointed. Will have to try something else next time. There are seating areas outside by the parking lot and two high tables inside. Not the greatest ambiance but has Wi-Fi. Service was good.

Clean and cute on the inside of the shop. There's a screen to order at or you can order at the counter. The drink itself was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the texture of the boba was good. I got the Taro Lover and added a request for 0% sweet, but I'm not so sure it is in fact 0% sweet - or perhaps the sweetness is fixed. The taro itself is also sweet, but I appreciated the texture. Overall, fairly average for the price. Would maybe go again, but not my favorite.

    Silky Strawberry w/ Honey Boba
    Generous Y.

I've been to Teaspoon in LA and had a good drink so I was hopeful despite the average-mediocre ratings here. Wasn't disappointed! Seems to be consistent with other Teaspoons and a solid boba spot for the area. Silky Strawberry w/ Honey Boba - obviously sounds like strawberry milk and it is, but it's definitely a level up from grocery store strawberry milk. Lactose free milk adds a nice kick and then the puree is pretty good too, you get some with each sip even after mixing. Boba is soft, chewy, and has an outer coating of sweetness from the honey. Better than a lot of boba up in SF actually. Could be a strong contender for go-tos if the location was closer.

I got a guava sunshine and was so good! Perfect amount of sweetness. There is some seating outside as well as plenty of parking in the area. The inside was clean. The service was very fast with online orders coming in too.

Nice place where the staff let us order even though we came in 5 minutes before closing! They were out of a lot of stuff but that was to be expected at the time we came. My drink was good (average) but my two friends got the passion fruit special (flamingo drink?) and they said it was super sour and then super sweet! Remember to mix!

There was no line when I stopped by on a Thursday noon. The employees were super friendly and I was in and out in less than 5 min for 3 drinks! I ordered a Silky Mango for myself since I wanted something light and refreshing. I usually try to avoid dairy milk when I can, so I was very happy to hear that they were offering oat milk for this drink. Otherwise, they use lactose-free dairy milk. I got it with oat milk and kept the honey boba that was included. The silky mango lived up to my expectations! It was refreshing, sweet, and a great balance of milk and mango purée. I'd definitely get this drink again :)

Chocolate macaron and Strawberry Colada Smoothie, both were very good
    Terri M.

I'm so glad that I came here! I ordered a strawberry piña colada with coconut jellies and also a chocolate macaron. The macaron seemed a little overpriced at $2.75 for such a small thing, but it was very tasty. It taste kind of like a brownie. The strawberry colada was so good that I drank it really quickly and wish I would've saved some. The employees were also very friendly. They have numerous add-ins that other places do not have.

    No more then 2in.
    Natalia M.

Love their Macarons the Chocolate is my favorite and the Strawberry is a strong second choice. I have to say though they keep getting smaller & smaller. Not sure how much smaller they can get...

I have already been to Covour a handful of times, mostly on weekdays, where I'm usually planted there for a few hours to do some work or study. On the weekends, it can get quite busy, while weekdays are more of a gamble depending on how many people are there. The parking lot is on the smaller side, so on busy days, it can feel a bit hectic. The space itself has a good number of tables to work or study from, along with great lighting. I really appreciate the selection of drinks they have, ranging from fun flavored lattes like tiramisu and burnt brown sugar to matchas, hojichas, and classic cafe staples like americanos and flat whites. Everything I've had here has been delicious and always hits the spot. They also have a range of food and toasts you can order. I recently got the ricotta and honey toast, which was delicious and light! Heads up, though, as expected, they do run low on stock later in the day. I came around 2 PM, and there were maybe four baked goods left. Overall, it's a great choice, and if you're in the area, definitely check them out.

Decor is cute but sleek, vibes are calm, bar seating by window and a few small tables with seats. Ordering is fast at the kiosk front desk which doesn't seem to have a cashier. Lots of tasty drink options with milk choices and customizable sweetness and ice level - much appreciated! Cakes were delicious and filled with freshly whipped cream. We had the hojicha and biscoff ones. Not incredibly busy - a lot of orders were takeout. Cons: A lot of things were out of stock by 1pm but maybe this is due to Mother's Day. Pricey but the items were high quality. Store is a small footprint with limited utilities (no WiFi, bathroom was temporarily out of order). Parking is very difficult- it's on el Camino so the cars are unforgiving if you're trying to parallel park, and the road parallel by a block is not much better. It has an alley and a very cramped space in the back for a lot. Expect to walk.

Between me and my partner, here is what we got: * Sakura iced coffee: this exceeded my expectations! I thought the Sakura flavor came through without being too sweet and surprisingly the coffee did not overpower it and complemented it very well. * Banana matcha: this might be one of the first banana matchas I have had that did not taste artificial. I really like how they give you a small spoon shovel so you can eat some of the pudding top. So cute! * Egg sando: very yummy and they used the perfect amount of mayo. It was a light, delightful bite. * Strawberry sando: now this is the overall winner that stole my heart! This might be the best strawberry sando I had and I was surprised! Their strawberries were not only fresh and crisp, but the deep sweet vanilla bean flavor you got from the whipped cream was phenomenal! I usually do not care for strawberry sandos but this one got my attention! Overall, awesome place in Mountain View!
