We frequently visit this spot to watch Niners and Warriors games. They offer breakfast and lunch. The bartenders and servers are enjoyable. There are many TVs and a large screen.

Friendly staff, food and drinks were great. Lots of TVs on with different sports. Highly recommend.

I visited Bar West recently and had an overall great experience! We arrived around 1:30 PM, just in time for their bottomless mimosas deal for $14 until 2 PM--a fantastic bargain. After about three mimosas, I was feeling a little tipsy, so they definitely get the job done! Later, I ordered a few mixed drinks and shots, which were equally enjoyable and well-made. For food, I tried the chicken tenders and nachos. The chicken tenders were perfectly cooked--crispy on the outside and tender inside--and came with a side of fries. My friend had the chicken club sandwich and thought it was delicious. However, the nachos were a mixed bag. Two of my friends ordered them and were surprised by the portion size, which is big enough to share. While the flavors were good, the toppings felt haphazardly thrown on top, with not enough cheese evenly distributed. They had to request extra cheese, and for an additional $4 the meat was a bit cold and chewy. It would've been better if the nachos were better presented or if some of the toppings were served on the side. Though I did not get to try their entire brunch menu. I would like to come back and give that a go! Another friend ordered sliders, but unfortunately, they didn't come with fries. When they ordered fries separately, the serving size was very generous--easily sharable. Unfortunately I didn't get to snap a photo of every dish but will try to get some more in next time. We visited on a game day, and the atmosphere was lively but not too crowded until about 3:30 PM. they have tv's everywhere so you're not missing out on anything! I also learned that the venue turns into a nightclub later in the evening, which I didn't get to experience yet. The service was excellent, with attentive staff checking in regularly. While the food was enjoyable but not amazing (I'd rate it 3/5), the overall experience--thanks to the drinks, service, and ambiance--deserves a solid 4/5 stars. I had a fun time and I would definitely return!

DJ Ray dropped every slapper like he knew my trap queen soul personally. He got 15 Loraxes to stay on the dance floor ALL NIGHT. The bottle servers were absolute baddies, giving the place all the extra sparkle. Shout-out to Maxx Steele--come through and be a 304 for a block party here, we need your energy! Already planning my next visit in a cuter outfit, because Barwest really does not play.

Hi, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit during happy hour. I came in around 3 PM and ordered a fishbowl drink and fries, and my bill came out to $53.95. The biggest concern was the drink -- it was extremely watered down and tasted like juice with barely any alcohol. I've visited before and had a much better experience, so this was disappointing and didn't feel worth the price at all. I'm not a heavy drinker, so for me to notice how weak it was is a concern. I'm sharing this because I hope consistency can be improved, especially during happy hour. Right now, based on this visit, I wouldn't return, which is unfortunate given my past experience. Thank you for your time.

We stopped by here to use a Groupon offer and we loved it! The place is a dream location to watch sports and have a drink. TV's everywhere, playing multiple games from different sports. The craft burgers were huge and absolutely delicious. Fries were nice and crisp. The waitress/bartender was a sweetheart. She was patiently explained how to use the Groupon and did an excellent job with drink recommendations. We went as a family in the early evening but looks like a great place to hang out with friends for drinks!

One tip: make a reservation in advance. We were able to skip the long line, which made getting in quick and easy. My party of four was seated on the patio, but honestly, there's really no bad seat in the house. Tom's has TVs everywhere, so you'll have a great view of the game no matter where you're sitting. For food, we ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, fries, fried pickles, and I grabbed a beer. Everything was tasty, but the standouts were definitely the fries and fried pickles. The fries came out piping hot, crispy, and fresh, making them surprisingly one of my favorite items of the meal. I will say the prices are on the higher side, but for a big sporting event, I think it's well worth it. The atmosphere was amazing, the crowd made the experience even more fun, and the service was exceptional. Even though the restaurant was absolutely packed, our food came out quickly, and our server checked on us frequently throughout the game. Overall, I'd highly recommend Tom's for your next watch party. Between the atmosphere, plenty of TVs, solid food, and attentive service, it's a great place to catch a big game.

We were third in line for the reservation queue, so we expected that arriving early would help us get decent seating. Instead, we were assigned seats on the open patio directly in the blazing sun. The patio umbrellas weren't working, making the seating area unbearably hot on a warm afternoon. We politely asked if we could be moved to another table, but the staff was unwilling to accommodate us. When general admission opened, we even offered to give up our reserved seats and move into the general admission section instead. Despite there being an opportunity to make that happen, our request was again denied. After only 15-20 minutes, we had no choice but to leave because the conditions were simply unbearable. Paying in advance, arriving early, and still receiving the worst seats--with no willingness to help find a reasonable solution--made for a very frustrating experience. Customer service is about solving problems when they arise. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here, and it left us with a very poor impression of Tom's Bar. We missed a good part of the World Cup Finals which was the main purpose of going there. Costed us in fee and parking and lots of unnecessary anxiety!

The only downside was that the staff clearly wasn't prepared for the huge crowd. Food and drinks took quite a while to arrive, but considering how busy they were, it was understandable. We received our bread and appetizer, but then we waited...and waited. As the restaurant filled up, we watched table after table receive their meals, eat, and leave while we still had no entrées. The couple next to us arrived about 20 minutes after we did, received their food, sent it back because it wasn't good, got replacement meals, and still finished before we were ever served. Each time we asked about our food, we were simply told, "It's coming," while the staff avoided eye contact. After more than an hour, our food was finally brought out by the owner's son. His explanation was that our steak took a long time to cook. That's simply not believable. A steak doesn't take over an hour to prepare, especially when every other table around us had already been served. I would have respected an honest explanation far more than an obvious excuse. To make matters worse, the steak was thin, overcooked, chewy, and cold by the time it reached the table. The quality was nowhere near what we've come to expect from this restaurant. I told the owner's son that I was more upset about the dishonest explanation than the delayed food. We've been loyal customers and planned to keep coming back, but honesty and accountability matter. Instead of acknowledging what happened, the owner came out, pointed his finger in my face, and became defensive because I called out the excuse his son gave. Rather than apologizing or trying to make the situation right, he escalated it into an unnecessary confrontation. Everyone makes mistakes. Kitchens get backed up. Orders get lost. Customers are generally understanding when businesses are honest and take responsibility. What I can't overlook is being misled and then treated disrespectfully when I questioned it. Unfortunately, this was the worst dining experience we've ever had here, and unless the owners learn how to handle problems with honesty and professionalism, I can't recommend this restaurant.
