I have been going to Basha since I got a car when I turned 16. They have some of the most amazing costumer service I have ever experienced. I have heard the tales and experienced it a time or two (when I was off to college and had to get my oil changed somewhere else) of people who try to push products on you and tell you you need new... EVERYTHING. Basha does not do that because they already fill it all for you. It's such a reasonable price as well. They also give you a free car was with your oil change, they'll vacuum your car and offer you water, coffee or candy. Not to mention that anytime between oil changes that you need more fluids you can go in and they will top it off, FOR FREE. I think everyone should go to Basha for their car needs. Ok seriously, these guys are on it. Came in on a Sunday for oil change and tire rotation. They swarmed my car, giving me water, vacuuming the Interior and I believe the fastest oil change I have ever had. This is exemplary service and I can not recommend enough. My car had a stuck aluminum oil filter cap and they fixed it took em about 3-4 days I was happy with the results but now my car won't turn on because when I opened the hood I saw some wires that were cut and also were black taped that I've never seen before, so they fixed my problem but added more. I've been coming here ever since moving to the area and I have no desire to go anywhere else for a car wash. The basic wash for $4 includes underbody flush AND towel dry! Getting both at this price is a value in my opinion. Workers are always super friendly and efficient, and when they brush your car before the wash it is a nice thick soap that they use. Towel dryers will accept your tip, but don't make you feel obligated. Gas is a little expensive, so I don't get that here. However, FREE AIR!! I already loved this place, and now I love it ten times more. Highly recommend! read more

This has always been my go to car wash. Never again! Went yesterday and there was a sign at the beginning that said they will clean your wheels and tires for $5.00 extra. The machine used to do a pretty good job of that in the past. After the wash my wheels were filthy. So they have obviously turned off the part of the car wash that cleans the wheels. OMG. I saw their ad in the Macomb Daily for a $24, semi-synthetic oil change. I was surprised to see they opened at 7am, so I swung in on my way to work at 7:30. They had 5 guys attack my car like it was the Indy 500. I was given an ice cold bottle of water. They saw my car seats in the back and brought me a bowl of suckers for my kids. Sprayed my door hinges with lube. Told me that my oil change comes with a free vacuum of the interior. Finally, they told me that every oil change comes with a free car wash next door. I was blown away by their service and friendliness. I found my new favorite repair shop. I cannot recommend this place enough. 5 stars all the way. read more

I can't belive what amazing service this place just gave me. In and out in less than 10 mins, employees were all so nice and polite. Gave myself and my kids cold water, and kids got a shower let and toy car. Price for an oil change and a filter were very reasonable. I had a loose heat shield on my car it was rattling and making a lot of noise. They had me pull in an oil bay and in 10 minutes they had it bolted back down.
