Came here for an early dinner. The location is decorated in traditional Chinese style architecture. The tables are a bit taller than normal and can be tiring for diners. It was also really close to my body which resulted in splatter during cooking. As for the food, it's ayce hot pot. The meats are ordered through the server and other items at at the bar. The buffet bar and sauce bar did not appear super fresh and some looked unappetizing. Service was excellent.

Spicy beef base and mushroom soup base

Ready for round 2! This restaurant was fantastic. Very authentic, and cultural setting. Everyone was really welcoming and in good spirits. You start off selecting which soup base you'd like, and then two meat selections, it's all you can eat and they'll continually come around to see if you are ready for more. There is a buffet style selection where you can grab all of the veggies, seafoods, and extra hot pot delicacy's to add to your meal & a sauce bar to get your meat nice and saucy. Be careful not to plate more than you can actually eat because there is a charge per pound of leftover uneaten food. If you're in the area you should definitely come visit this restaurant, you won't be disappointed!

4.5 Stars Pretty good place for AYCE hot pot. They had a large selection of Asian greens as well as offal. My party and I picked out the ingredients we wanted from the buffet bar and also ordered some items individually (namely: pig brains, duck blood, and duck intestines). We also ordered some dessert as well. There were only two dessert options: the Szechuan Jelly and a shaved iced dessert (I forgot the actual name on the menu). The shaved iced was really good. The ice was shaved so finely that it melted like cotton candy in the mouth. For the AYCE, it was $28 per person but all of the extra ingredients we ordered really bumped up the price and it came out to be around $55 per person including tip. Service: The service was pretty good. Our server was incredibly enthusiastic in recommending specific things on the menu we should try. She was also quite attentive and all of our food arrived quickly. To sum it all up, this place is quite affordable if you want to try an AYCE hot pot with a variety of ingredients to choose from. I would refrain from ordering additional ingredients if you want to keep it "budget friendly".

Currently my new favorite hot pot place in town! Most of the hot pot places I know around here either serve their food through conveyor belt or by placing your order with a waiter or waitress. This is the only one I know in Orlando that does AYCE buffet-style. And if you're like me, that's just the way I like it! At every visit I have made so far, I've always been met by super friendly and attentive staff. Food is super fresh, and they have all of the basic ingredients that you'll need to enjoy a decent hot pot. If you like getting ingredients that require more hand activity, like shrimp, they also have disposable gloves on hand for you to use upon request. If I have to say what I like most about this place compared to other hot pot places, it would be the fact that I can control how much of any ingredient I want to take, and not have to wait or ask someone to get it for me. Overall, it's a nice, casual place to enjoy some tasty hot pot.

Love, love, love this place! We were looking for a new hot pot spot during the cooler weather and I found this place! Right off of Colonial and Governor is a corner multiplex area. There is a variety of Chinese businesses here and I was able to easily find Bashu hot pot. First the hostess will walk you to a table and hand you a menu. You select your soup flavor and decide on a single or double hot pot. Either way, their pricing is based on every individual. Adults cost $27.99 and my 6 year old was $9.99 for all you can eat. Then you walk over to the buffet and select the vegetables and seafood you like. Don't forget the side sauce table. I like to mix green onions with sesame oil and a little bit of the chili oil! Yum, yum! My soup was very spicy but I got what I asked for. Honestly, it's much more spicier than I thought so I drank loads and loads of ice water to help me out. Also, the waitress brought us some Shabu Shabu style cut beef and lamb. Shabu Shabu is a very very thin slices of meat and when you add to your soup, it cooks very quickly. Just remember to adjust your pot settings located on the sides of the table. P4 is perfect to cook and then I always lower to P1 when I'm ready to eat. You may want to ask your waitress for an extra bowl to eat out of. My soup temperature became too hot (even at the lowest temp) and just placing in a different bowl helped me to lower the temperature even more. I love how the bench tables are really big and a little private. Each table holds 6 - 8 people. We will definitely take our friends here next time. Cheers to another amazing spot!

Prob one of the best hot pot places in Orlando!! I was super excited to try this place as my friends been talking about it. It's prob the newest hot pot places in Orlando, and I have to say, the owner really put some effort into making this a fully authentic experience! As you walk in, the decor and ambience is almost the same as some Szechuan hot pot places in China. Booths are in cute little huts, and even chairs looks like those old bamboo chairs. When it comes to food, meat and all other food selections were super fresh, soup bases were flavorful and heavy, they also had a pretty good variety of sauces. But what really pleasantly surprised me was the beef oil soup base, dry spice dipping powder for your cooked food, and the meat in freshly sliced rolls. All these are super authentic, and very very rare in Orlando!! I wish it had more food varieties. They are missing some key hot pot staples like tofu noodles, wide/flat sweet potato noodles, etc. Overall, I would have rated the entire experience a 4.5 stars, if there was the option. Not bad still!! And I would totally come back.

I felt like I was actually in China. We were one of the first to arrive and then I was the only white girl in the room! I loved it lol. You sit down and you get a server throughout the meal as far as the basics and drinks goes. You pick a hot pot base - I would not recommend the Sichuan one. This particular plant is called the toothache plant because it numbs your mouth quickly. Imagine an entire pot of that but, then super spicy! Makes it hard to taste the food. I'd recommend the mushroom and curry. Lots of ingredients and your basic hot pot toss ins. Nice atmosphere.

Tomato base soup and sichuan spicy soup on the far side

Good hot pot spot. Four star for the variety of meat. They only have lamb shoulder, angus beef belly and pork belly to choose from. They have many meat balls to offer though. The soup base is kind of new for me. I have tomato soup base which is good, sour and a little sweet from tomato and a lot of tomato pieces. Sichuan style soup is good as well for those who like sichuan pepper, a little kick in you tongue. Inside the restaurant is clean and the servers are attentive. The prices are resonable, $27.99 for adult for 2 hours limit. I'll be back if I'm craving for hot pot.

5 stars solid! Great customer service and prompt. Delicious hot pot broth and very fresh selections. Cleanliness 5 stars too and perfect date spot. Roomy and family friendly! I'm definitely coming back for more.

This is it! Best so far. 4.5/5 stars for Bashu Hot Pot. Food: Everything I was looking for (quail eggs, stuffed fish balls, fish tofu, fish cakes, etc). Wish there was fish ball with roe, but alas- haven't found that hot pot place yet. Not that many vegetables/rice cakes to choose from, but had a good selection of seafood, mushrooms, noodles, etc. The spicy soup and mushroom soup bases were pretty good, and you can ask to adjust the spice level. Sauce station had all the essentials. I'm docking 0.5 star because the self-serve food was just left out in the open (buffet style) with no covers or anything, which I am not used to... Set-up: Individual pots or one large pot that you can split into two soups. You can control your stove heat. The pots are not set into the table. Everything (except the meat/soup/drinks) is self-served. The waitresses were super attentive and friendly! Ambiance is solid; I particularly enjoyed the interior design choices and the Chinese TV channels on a nice medium volume. Pretty clean, as well. They sanitize pretty heavily after guests leave! Also, we came in around ~1:30 on a Saturday, and it wasn't too busy. BTW, masks required (as they should)! :0) I would 100% come back. They're also right next to a BBQ place, as well as a bubble tea shop.

Visiting Orlando with family, it s a nice place to have hotpot. Very cute decor and the staff is attentive, the food is fresh and a lot of meat/veggies options. Will be back if we travel again.

This newly opened hot pot joint was good. The server was nice. Everyone was wearing masks and distancing. It's a buffet-style set up for everything except the meats. The burner controls were unclear, but we figured it out. The food was pretty good, but not as many options as other hot pot places. The bathroom was pretty.

Good food good service. Definitely recommended to everyone who lave hot pot. And it is a all you can eat restaurant

I had crab here before and I'm not sure if they do not have it anymore or if they don't have it on the weekdays. They have a conveyer belt that shuttles vegetables, dumplings, tofu and noodles around so it's easy to grab. I like that this restaurant labels it too so you know what it is. Everything is individually saran wrapped for cleanliness. The hot food station had appetizers such as chicken wings and spring rolls but also had cooked food like ham fried rice and a delicious fried salt and pepper jumbo shrimp. I loved it. Would definitely continue to be a repeat customer.

Every visit here feels cozy, flavorful, and perfect for gathering with family and friends. Let's talk about the broth because that's the real star. My absolute go-to (and forever favorite) is the Tom Yum broth -- it's rich, aromatic, and packed with that perfect balance of sour, spicy, and savory. I love customizing it the way I grew up enjoying Thai hot pot by adding extra mushrooms, tomatoes, chili peppers, cilantro, green onions, garlic, and a squeeze of lime juice. The flavor becomes even brighter and so comforting -- seriously next level. The ingredient selection is another huge win. There's a great variety of seafood, different meats, and an abundance of fresh veggies, so you can really build your bowl exactly how you want it. Everything tastes fresh and the portions are generous, making it one of the best hot pot experiences in Orlando by far. Friendly staffs. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, which makes it perfect for both small dinners and bigger group hangouts. I love coming here with my family and friends -- it's the kind of place where you can slow down, cook together, and just enjoy the moment. Hot pot just hits differently during the cooler season, but honestly... in Florida weather, it's good any time of year. Juicy Pot is always a place I'll come back to whenever I get the chance. If you're looking for a flavorful, comforting, and consistently satisfying hot pot spot, this one is definitely worth checking out.

Found this place by chance after driving away from another restaurant that we scoped out that looked pretty empty - there were a lot of cars in the parking lot here so we pulled in, having no idea what this place was all about. First of all - if you are a vegetarian or a vegan, or even an ovo-lacto, you have to pay the full price of a meat-eater, because people will cheat and proclaim that they are vegans and probably stuff their face full of beef, so I had to pay the same price as my husband, a carnivore. You are seated a table with a grill and a personal hot-pot, dependent on whatever broth you choose. The attendant will turn on all of the hot pots and grill, so you don't need to mess with that; he/she will put a piece of foil on your grill and drop a piece of butter on it so you can cook and fry your meats or veggies but one of the annoying things I've found was the feeling we got that they didn't want us eating more - they would come by infrequently and we would have to flag them down to replace our grilling foil, and they did so begrudgingly, with little interaction. The selections were very, very generous: organ meats including guts, tongue, tripe, beef aorta, intestines and exotic things like duck feet, frog legs; different cuts of meat, loads of veggies and fungi and tofu for someone like myself, and dessert like ice cream in individual containers and Oreo cookies, which I found a bit odd.
