Finally stopped in here after the place has been opened more than 2 years. I loved all of the options for both hot pot and BBQ. It really makes more sense to do both for just a few dollars more. If you go with more than 1 person everyone must order the same thing. Our waiter was very nice and attentive although he was a bit hard to understand at times. We didn't see the meat rolls for the hot pot until the end. The meat freezer is right next to the ice cream, across from the sauces. They close at 11 and were pushing to get us out about 10:30. They don't mess around with the time. Eat and be gone lol I would go back but maybe for lunch next time as a comparison. The price is a bit high at dinner although it is very good and the items seemed to be high quality.

Expensive but sooooo good!! The ingredients are fresh and the buffet has sooooo much to offer!! The restaurant is beautiful and new. It's sparkly in there and the lights look cool. The broth came quickly and they have good service. They are willing to bring you just about anything you ask for even if it's not on the menu they really try hard to make you whatever you want. It's a very big place too. They have so much different food which is awesome because there is variety for everyone. You can do hot pot or Korean bbq or both. It was expensive but worth it. I'll go back when I'm ready to indulge! I'll recommend as well!!

The first to notice was the fast service the location has. We were immediately seated for dinner, and our waiter was friendly and very helpful in getting to understand the menu. For those who are not familiar with all you can eat kbbq, you have to do the cooking your self! . Service 5/5 There are basically 3 options to choose from. Either korean bbq, hot pot, or both. I chose both to get the full experience. The food options were endless. There was seafood like snow crab legs, blue crab, oysters, and shrimp to meats meats and more meats! I am a huge fan of kbbq, so I am very critical when it comes to the bulgogi (marinated meat). While their pork belly and short rib cuts were delicious, the bulgogi had a strong sour/citrus after taste that made me want to stick to the hot pot only. Food 4/5 The location is nice and well illuminated, with a stunning centerpiece of a wide variety of food to select. It's definitely worth trying out if you are searching for your fav kbbq/hotpot location.

Practically go here once a week with friends. Such a chill environment and the servers are always nice. Food selection is great, i love that you can get up and get as much as you want. Food always looks fresh and tastes great! Will definitely keep coming back!! Once of the best KBBQ we have found so far.

This place is a tad pricey but we really enjoyed our dinner and the "experience". I absolutely loved that everyone could prepare their own meal the way they wanted. Our server was attentive and nice as well. The inside was very clean and vibrantly decorated it was a really enjoyable night for our group. I definitely would recommend and I will definitely be back.

First time here because my favorite daughter said we had to go. First off I've been to a few ayce Korean bbq places so I this pulsing be any better. First off the staff was amazing, friendly and better yet my kid ordered a drink (smoothie) which meant I got a milk tea for free. That's an automatic plus. We got the bbq only option because we were there to make profit and eat so much protein lol. The options were plentiful and the meat was wonderfully seasoned and not too salty (at least to me). We ate sooo much and just had a good time. How can you not like places like these.

This is the second volcano location I've been too and it didn't disappoint. Came here for lunch and opt for both hotpot and bbq. It was only a $5 different. Items were fresh and there were a lot to choose from. Veggies to meat. The sauce bar is decent as well. I usually get the Tom yum soup and it wasn't too spicy for ones who can't handle the spice. Friendly staff. Plenty of tables.

Volcano Korean Hotpot is a good option for someone with a good appetite. It is all you an eat with moderate price tag. The bulgogi was well marinate and the short ribs were also very good. The pork belly and ribeye could use some kind of seasoning but they give you a lot of choices to do so. The salad bar and meat selection was a good size and this is a place I would definitely go again. Overall a solid option for lunch or dinner if you are hungry!

I would not call myself a Hot Pot fan but I was here for a family dinner. They have a one price all you can eat model (90 minutes max). You choose your broth and they have a buffet style set up so you can choose what noodles you would like and you add vegies, dumplings or as much as various types of seafood. Additionally, they have a few prepared hot items like spring rolls and pot stickers. The food was all fresh and presented nicely. The staff was friendly and seemed to really be invested in you enjoying the meal. I don't know that I would have chose this for myself but I will say since this was a family function I was satisfied and it was not bad at all.

Nicely decorated place with large booths. It's okay; probably of more interest to hot pot lovers than to Korean BBQ fans. Buffet-style ingredient selection. I think the food quality is better at some alternatives such as KPOT, SoGongDong, and Gyu-Kaku, but if you're in the area it's worth a try.

The food quality here is amazing. Really nice that its a buffet style to gather your meat and veggies. Compared to other kbbq and hot pot, you can choose how much portion of whatever you want. Not only is the quality of food great, but staff was really helpful and made sure that my entire table was doing great. 5/5 would come again. :)

Finally tried out this hot pot location. This is my second experience with hot pot. I liked that it was buffet style for the items so that I didn't have to wait for a conveyer belt to bring things around. I did feel the server sort of expected us to know exactly what to do, and since this was only our second time we had a few confusing moments. The tags above each item on the buffet actually had the cook time, which we didn't notice until we were almost done with our meal. The tags are a shiny gold and with the lighting at the time, a bit hard to read. I wish they had something by the table or just that the server did a quick run down of most items cook this long. I did get the Tom yum broth and added some extra sauces to it. This broth was very delicious. Lots of flavor, probably didn't need to add. We also did the BBQ but probably next time I would just do the hot pot.

I love bbq & hot pot and not many places will offer both at the same time. This place is new and I'm happy winter garden finally get a place like this. Food was fresh and flavorful! We will definitely be back. Food: We did both bbq & hot pot. All the meats, seafood, and veggies is fresh. I chose spicy broth (sichuan pepper) for my hot pot and it was hot & satisfying. If you can't handle spice well, I would order a different broth because it is pretty spicy. My husband chose pork bone and it had mild flavors and definitely need extra sauce to boosts flavors. Luckily their sauce bar is awesome and you can mix different sauces to your own liking. There's also appetizers and desserts but we didn't get to try because we were too full. Service: The staff was friendly and attentive. Our server came to refill drinks and take away dirty dishes. Half way through he even came to replace our bbq grate which was very nice. Value: $30 for hot pot or bbq alone and $35 to do both, very decent price! The time limit is 90 minutes. Ambience: This place is still pretty new and very clean! Nicely decorated and pretty spacious with good layout. Note that the tables are all in a booth format so if you're coming with someone who can't sit in a booth you can want to call ahead and ask what can be done. Crowd: We went around 7:30 pm and it wasn't too busy and we're seated right away. There were several tables already inside. Somehow around 8 pm it did get busier and more people came in so this place is getting popular in the area. I would suggest coming not during the normal dinner time so you can freely explore all the options without waiting in line with a lot of people. Parking: Plenty of parking in the Winter Garden Village parking lot.

Every visit here feels cozy, flavorful, and perfect for gathering with family and friends. Let's talk about the broth because that's the real star. My absolute go-to (and forever favorite) is the Tom Yum broth -- it's rich, aromatic, and packed with that perfect balance of sour, spicy, and savory. I love customizing it the way I grew up enjoying Thai hot pot by adding extra mushrooms, tomatoes, chili peppers, cilantro, green onions, garlic, and a squeeze of lime juice. The flavor becomes even brighter and so comforting -- seriously next level. The ingredient selection is another huge win. There's a great variety of seafood, different meats, and an abundance of fresh veggies, so you can really build your bowl exactly how you want it. Everything tastes fresh and the portions are generous, making it one of the best hot pot experiences in Orlando by far. Friendly staffs. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, which makes it perfect for both small dinners and bigger group hangouts. I love coming here with my family and friends -- it's the kind of place where you can slow down, cook together, and just enjoy the moment. Hot pot just hits differently during the cooler season, but honestly... in Florida weather, it's good any time of year. Juicy Pot is always a place I'll come back to whenever I get the chance. If you're looking for a flavorful, comforting, and consistently satisfying hot pot spot, this one is definitely worth checking out.

My favorite thing here is their ice cream/dessert options. You get full-sized ice cream bars!

The individual hotpot and buffet style is great for large group dinners. $31.99 per person (hotpot only). Service was good. They were very flexible and helpful when it came to my taste preferences. I like Szechuan flavors, but oftentimes the hotpot can be too spicy. I told them this and the waiter offered to give me the Szechuan spice on the side to add to a different soup base. It was perfect! We also got a green milk tea--we usually get 50% but the waiter suggested we get 100% since she thinks 50% would be too bland. We took her advice and she was correct. While this restaurant's selection has most of my favorites, I gave it a 4/5 score because I really like beef tongue and that was only allowed for the bbq. They had a large selection of seafood as well, including raw oysters and snow crab. Ice cream and other deserts are also part of the ayce. Overall, good experience and delicious ayce hotpot. Prepare for the SPICE!…read more My husband and I love hot pot and each place we love has a speciality that we come back for. Bashu Hot Pot had the best broth -- we always get the Sichuan Spicy and the Beef Tallow, and have never been disappointed. Their broth is the most consistent in flavor and quality; if you request extra spicy, be warned that it gets intense here. The pots have a little sectioned off area that holds the peppercorns and other aromatics, and the longer the broth sits, the more those spices diffuse into the broth. My husband nearly died when he ordered the Extra Spicy and learned his lesson by the end of our visit. But, the broth is so good, we always come back for more. The selection of meats, seafood, and vegetables is fresh and varied! We've brought some picky eaters and everyone is always able to find stuff that they like. The sauce bar is also great. They have two dessert soups that were a wonderful and cooling end to our hot meal. I had two bowls of each! Service is always good here. There's only a few servers, but they somehow always stay on top of things. The restaurant always looks clean and I love the decor inside. It feels like we're eating at a stall in a traditional village or something like that -- I don't know how to explain it. My only tiff here is that their drink menu is all bottled or canned, unless you're doing hot tea and water. It's not a big thing, but is good to note. Overall, I highly recommend Bashu and I've never had a bad experience here. 5 Stars.

We had never been so had no idea how to respond. The waitress seated us with our party of six and explained the process (which is quite a process). Your entire table has to decide on the same thing (pot or grill) and you can't divide it up because she said the don't want to have to watch and be sure you don't go take from the wrong bar (bars are separate, depending on if you pick pot or grill...I told you it was complicated). We all chose pot, even though I wanted grill :( We had to get up and go to the bars to get vegetables, meats, sauces and noodles and didn't really understand how to get plates, where sauces were or how to do this. It was complicated.... We returned to the table and began to cook. That was fairly easy. The food tasted good but once you are in the deep booth, you better have everything you want because you can't make everyone get in and out the rest of the meal for sauces, extra vegetables, etc. The waitress was attentive, so service was good. They advertised $22 lunch special but we were told $33 per person when we were seated. This place was quite busy this time. The two servers took care of everyone as best and smoothly as they can. At times it took a while so just keep that in mind if you are in a time crunch. I do think it's worth it.

Not good on many fronts. Food: ordered 4 dishes and only…read moreone was good, the other 3 tasteless. Condiments such as kimchi were mediocre at best. Nothing great or authentic about much of the menu Service: Young waitress that was fairly conversed on the menu but really needed mentoring and no manager was in site. For example, brought us a beer and the serving glass was chipped (noticed after the beer was poured). Instead of offering a new beer she said "this happens once in awhile and brought a new glass but ignored the obvious issue. On another front : They had 2 beer choices and she said one was dark but when it came it was just a regular lager in a green bottle(hence the dark). This is not her fault it's inattentive management. Atmosphere: Modern and sparse and pretty dirty. Tables were not properly cleaned and the menus were sticky. Price/Value: Average pricing for what was offered but not a great value. They also charge a 3% credit card fee (absolute nonsense). Will not be going back.

During the pandemic with less large events she and her husband pivoted to SheZen Mono which is an in home experience meant for couples or families. It's pricy but I mean it literally is the equivalent of a personal chef coming to you and it's a HUGE spread (they offer more meat options, we opted out of some due to allergies/taste preferences). The booking process through their website was easy and Scott reached out by email to confirm. Payment is done at the end of the meal. They are pretty accommodating with special requests and needed changes. What it is is basically a traditional hot pot experience but at home. They come in and set up (masked & gloves, and everything is pre prepped so set up is efficient!), explain to you the flavor options and then leave. You text them when you're done and they come back and clean up and pack up all your left overs for you! How neat is that? My husband and I did this for our first wedding anniversary and it was absolutely delicious- it was nice to eat at our own pace in the comfort of our own home, but with none of the work (I mean look at all that food prep!). Worth every single penny and then some. What a nice relatively safe way to experience a five star meal at home. It was great to play and tweak the flavors of the broth as we went.

They set everything up on our dining room table and explained how we made our broth and soup. There was so much food. When we were done they came back, bagged and cleaned everything. It was great. We had so much food leftover that we made 2 meals out of it. I highly recommend trying this.
