First time to this Hot Pot. I've tried a competing one and this is much better. I like that they offer everything under one price (seafood, steak, etc.). Some places have the better ingredients out during dinner only or on weekends. Volcano has high quality ingredients out all the time. They have a HUGE seafood selection - I was in heaven. Crab legs, scallops, 2 types of clams, shrimp, mussels, etc. Many choices. They also have a wide selection of hot pot meats - pork belly, lamb, different grades of beef. Many veggie selections (napa cabbage, different types of mushrooms, sweet potato), as well as lobster balls, fish balls, quail eggs, etc. We opted for the Hot Pot, Korean BBQ Combo. It's only $5 or $6 more and you can do both Hot Pot and BBQ. If you're new to this concept, they'll explain it all to you and help :) The grill, at your table is really nice. They had many marinated meats to select from at the food bar. Also large selection of sauces and a visual guide on how to make certain sauce combinations. Our favorite meats were the chicken and bulogi. The food bar area was spotless and well stocked. If you have any room left after all that food, they do have fresh fruit and ice cream options also. They serve alcohol, specialty cocktails, beer, wine and soft drinks. I believe this was around $37 per person for the combo option. We'll definitely go back again. Just go hungry! Tables are limited to 90 minutes and they will charge you for food waste if you get a lot and don't eat it. Normally, I really enjoy Volcano Hot Pot, but our mid week dinner was a disappointment. The restaurant was quiet, which explains why the food bar was a bit empty and not fully stocked up, but it felt like the quality suffered because of it. Some of the meat looked oxidized from sitting out too long. Fried food was cold. To make matters worse, the service wasn't good. Finally stopped in here after the place has been opened more than 2 years. I loved all of the options for both hot pot and BBQ. It really makes more sense to do both for just a few dollars more. If you go with more than 1 person everyone must order the same thing. Our waiter was very nice and attentive although he was a bit hard to understand at times. We didn't see the meat rolls for the hot pot until the end. The meat freezer is right next to the ice cream, across from the sauces. They close at 11 and were pushing to get us out about 10:30. They don't mess around with the time. Eat and be gone lol I would go back but maybe for lunch next time as a comparison. Expensive but sooooo good!! The ingredients are fresh and the buffet has sooooo much to offer!! The restaurant is beautiful and new. It's sparkly in there and the lights look cool. The broth came quickly and they have good service. They are willing to bring you just about anything you ask for even if it's not on the menu they really try hard to make you whatever you want. For those who are not familiar with all you can eat kbbq, you have to do the cooking your self! . Service 5/5 There are basically 3 options to choose from. Either korean bbq, hot pot, or both. I chose both to get the full experience. The food options were endless. There was seafood like snow crab legs, blue crab, oysters, and shrimp to meats meats and more meats! I am a huge fan of kbbq, so I am very critical when it comes to the bulgogi (marinated meat). While their pork belly and short rib cuts were delicious, the bulgogi had a strong sour/citrus after taste that made me want to stick to the hot pot only. Too many hot pot locations try to cram more tables in a small space which leads to customers struggling to get to/from service bars. Staff was very friendly and checked in regularly. My party opted for hot pot and k bbq ($5 extra) and enjoyed both. Some of the marinades were very tasty while others weren't my jam... but that should be expected. First time here because my favorite daughter said we had to go. First off I've been to a few ayce Korean bbq places so I this pulsing be any better. First off the staff was amazing, friendly and better yet my kid ordered a drink (smoothie) which meant I got a milk tea for free. That's an automatic plus. We got the bbq only option because we were there to make profit and eat so much protein lol. The options were plentiful and the meat was wonderfully seasoned and not too salty (at least to me). Volcano Korean Hotpot is a good option for someone with a good appetite. It is all you an eat with moderate price tag. The bulgogi was well marinate and the short ribs were also very good. The pork belly and ribeye could use some kind of seasoning but they give you a lot of choices to do so. What a great spot with quality food. We were seated right away and we opted to just do the Hot Pot. The pork broth has bones in it, the Tom yum has a good spicy kick and the original was perfect to add your own seasonings to. The add-on of vegetables, meat and seafood was better than the other places I've been. The service was quick and so polite. It's all you care to eat but you have a 90 min time limit. Once you place your order, you get up to serve yourself your fixings. By the time you're back, the hot pot is on the burner ready to go. They have a very nice layout. Finally tried out this hot pot location. This is my second experience with hot pot. I liked that it was buffet style for the items so that I didn't have to wait for a conveyer belt to bring things around. I did feel the server sort of expected us to know exactly what to do, and since this was only our second time we had a few confusing moments. The tags above each item on the buffet actually had the cook time, which we didn't notice until we were almost done with our meal. The tags are a shiny gold and with the lighting at the time, a bit hard to read. I wish they had something by the table or just that the server did a quick run down of most items cook this long. I did get the Tom yum broth and added some extra sauces to it. This broth was very delicious. Lots of flavor, probably didn't need to add. We also did the BBQ but probably next time I would just do the hot pot. read more

Luckily their sauce bar is awesome and you can mix different sauces to your own liking. There's also appetizers and desserts but we didn't get to try because we were too full. Service: The staff was friendly and attentive. Our server came to refill drinks and take away dirty dishes. Half way through he even came to replace our bbq grate which was very nice. Value: $30 for hot pot or bbq alone and $35 to do both, very decent price! The time limit is 90 minutes. Ambience: This place is still pretty new and very clean! Note that the tables are all in a booth format so if you're coming with someone who can't sit in a booth you can want to call ahead and ask what can be done. Crowd: We went around 7:30 pm and it wasn't too busy and we're seated right away. There were several tables already inside. Somehow around 8 pm it did get busier and more people came in so this place is getting popular in the area. We arrived around 1 PM on a Saturday and were seated right away. The location is fairly new to the Winter Garden area and there is ample parking in the shared parking lot in the Fowlers Grove shopping area. Our server was exceptional and so incredibly kind. We had never dined here before, and they had so many different offerings, but he walked us through each, and every single one of them, and walked us through the guidelines for both the hot pot as well as the barbecue. We opted to do both which is roughly $36 a person, but it is unlimited. Please keep in mind though too only take what you can eat as they do charge by the pound for any food wastage. For the soup we both opted for the spicy broth. My husband opted for mild and I opted for the second level - definitely great heat in the second level really enjoyed it, when we go back. definitely would like to try the herbal or the miso to have a different flavor. All of the meat was really good although there were parts of it that were fatty but we both love that you had full ribeye steaks that you could cook yourself at the grill. We didn't realize until it was too late that they did have shaved meat that you could put into your soup that is frozen next to the wall. Will definitely look at that the next time we're there. VISIT DATE: 3/9/24 Newer hot pot and Korean BBQ place, which has expanded to the Winter Garden Village plaza. It's a pretty big location, but it can get busy during the peak dinner rush. FOOD: I really enjoy the variety of protein, fresh veggies, and hot dishes. The hot pot proteins (beef and lamb) are rolled. One downside was that there wasn't any rolled chicken that I saw for hot pot. There were plenty of options for seafood. There are also separate proteins for Korean BBQ, as well as a line of hot food (fries, spring rolls, etc.). The base option is for hot pot with an option to add on Korean BBQ. Either way, both will be at your table because of how the tables are set up. With this type of food, you get to play chef, so if the food doesn't taste good, it's mostly on you. But have no fear because they do have broth options to start, as well as a robust sauce bar, so you can add some additional flavors to your hot pot or Korean BBQ based on your preference. I ordered the original with bone, which was delicious. You can also request some white rice too. Finally, there are ice cream cups (vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry), which are just meh, plus some fruit. To be fair, I don't go to hot pot/Korean BBQ for the desserts usually. SERVICE: Once the servers take your order and bring your hot pot, their service is limited to snagging your dirty dishes and refilling your drinks. Jon was our server, and he was awesome. You could say it led the charge in all the AYCE Kbbq in Orlando, although no conveyor belt, all items are centrally located and easier to get to. For the grill, love this grill type I prefer to cook with these and also the vents. You don't get that Smokey greasy feel upon leaving. Only one thing I would prefer would be butter! This is my go to location and hot pot chain in all of Orlando (having tried Bashu, Nine Spices, U&Me, JuicyPot which are also all great) which is epic for being brand new! The food at the Volcano chains and here are fresh, great meat options that aren't always offered at hot pot and AYCE KBBQ (galbi beef shortribs, blue crab). My go to broth is Herbal and my secret sauce at their epic sauce bar is a heap of garlic, cilantro, green onion, sesame sauce, oyster sauce, dab of sesame oil, and fill up with house garlic sauce. No need to be worried about how to make your sauce because they have how to diagrams available with how to make different types. This location just opened and has even more rare options than their original Kissimmee location (pickled chicken feet, ribeye steak, frog legs) for those who are wondering how authentic they are. My one sadness is that the Volcano chains used to carry this AMAZING mint chocolate chip ice cream which almost rivaled the whole meal and have now gone to a typical chocolate, strawberry, vanilla selection. Great price for what you get and people from Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, and LA have all loved it. This business is recently open in this area. As you walking inside in this establishment is just a beautiful. The selection in the buffet style is great. The staff makes sure that they come around and turn over the meat and change the grilling plate. Wowza! This brand new all you can eat style hot pot/Korean BBQ place is fantastic! The offerings are insane: seafood, protein, veggies, noodles, honestly I was shocked at the offerings. Beef, pork, shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, crab, frog legs, beef tendon, And literally, all you can eat for $29.99! How?! I'm always a little leery of "buffet/all you can eat" places but this one is immaculately clean and you can tell they take pride in ensuring things are kept sanitary. They have the "cook time" listed above each item as a guide which I thought was very helpful Service was wonderful. They explained the process and helped guide us through the menu offerings. They setup your hot pot (or bbq) and refill as needed (without asking) which I appreciate. Hot pots are placed directly in front of you so you can add your own items. Intrigued I turned to my wife and said wanna try it? She said sure. Lol. Admittedly I've never had hotpot, but love Asian food, BBQ, and buffets. Seemed like a win win to me. The premise in short is that a pot of soup (hotpot) is cooked in front of you at your table on a mini stove and your meat is BBQ'd on a burner in the center of the table. All the ingredients are raw and chosen in a massive buffet setup. Massive it was. All manner of vegetables, noodles, seafood, sauces, and meat/poultry. I can't lie, everything was good.... My favorite was the short ribs and chicken. I did udon noodles with chili oil, garlic, cilantro, brisket, and spinach for my hotpot. I plan to be a bit more creative on my next visit lol. The restaurant space is very clean and the service is incredible as well... your server will assist in grilling and turning the meat so you don't have to and your drinks will be refilled before you finish the glass lol. I chose the bone broth as my base and it was very flavorful. It was so much fun gathering and creating different mixes of flavors. Raving Raving over Volcano Hot Pot. It's about time a cool dinning experiences come to Winter Garden! Allow me to help with some tips! First you have to at least be familiar with Asian spices or this will not go well for you. Hot Pot literally is a hot pot of broth. They create the broth you build the flavor. It's broth, FLAVORED HOT WATER. It taste like HOT WATER until you spice it up! The simplest thing to do is get the small bowls and add fresh garlic, garlic sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce. If you are familiar with Asian spices hoisin and other cool spices will help. Dump it all in your boiling broth. This will guarantee a bowl that's not bland. Cook items that cook longer first. Add corn first, wait at least 5 min and add the items that cook the quickest last. Like shrimp, scallops, noodles and shaved meat last. The meat is super thin, it almost cooks instantly. It's all you can eat, allow them to cook your first order for you. You have 90 minutes to play around in your both kitchen! ask for help! They will help you! read more
