Update to my first review: food is STILL amazing. Restaurant is still clean and well appointed for any size party you might have but our service was excellent today. The young lady who was our server (shoutout to Haley M.) was on top of her game. She was so nice and friendly. Checked on us and we never felt unattended to. Top scores today for an all around great experience.

Stopped by Basilico Italian for lunch and had to try the popular Chicken Caesar Wrap after seeing it so many times online. It definitely lived up to the hype! I had the fried chicken inside.. the wrap had a good crunch from the lettuce and croutons, and the perfect amount of Caesar dressing. The lunch service was quick and friendly. Definitely want to go back and try their pastas.

Went on a Friday night with a reservation. We were seated in a timely manner and our server was quick and attentive. A noticeable difference from what is sometimes a much slower service. I ordered the chicken piccata and I think with any really sauce heavy dish, angel hair can be a gamble because the temperature of the sauce combined with the weight of the sauce I feel can sometimes cause such a thin pasta to get too soft? Same for the light breading on the chicken, it gets a little soft and everything feels quite one note but I recognize that this is a preferable outcome for some! (Read Bon Appetites article on the phenomenon "Crispy Gone Soggy") The flavor was good overall, it was lemony and tangy, perfect level of salt, the sauce wasn't too thick or thin. I think for me the pasta was a hair too soft and the chicken, while moist and perfectly cooked, had absorbed more sauce than preferable, causing it to lose any textural difference it might have had prior to reaching the table. Overall, not a bad dish by any means. Might not be my thing personally but it was nice to try!

This place was hyped all over social media, so of course we had to try it. The cheese sticks? 10/10 honestly the most flavorful thing we ordered. And my limoncello spritz was so good. The chicken bacon ranch pizza unfortunately fell a little flat not much flavor. And they forgot my salad until we were basically done with the pizza + app, so I had a few bites and took the rest to-go. Overall experience: 4/5 good, but not quite the wow I was expecting.

TikTok showed us the way and are we glad we made the drive. Ms Hailey took care of us from the moment we sat down. From recommendations to desserts, we told her our picks and she steered us right into these - 1. Meatballs - absolutely delicious, large amount of ricotta and a scoop with a bite was the perfect flavor! 2. mega mozzarella stick - hubs choice - the cheese pull was wild and the taste was great (our preference was the sauce with the meatballs over the marinara sauce) 3. Chicken Caesar wrap - absolutely delicious, the reason we drove 85 minutes down I-85 and tiktok made viral. 4. Pesto Vodka Chicken - hubs said was great, my half is in the box heading home (so full) Highly recommend and we will be back - don't let the overall rating fool you, the food is delicious, fresh and full of flavor.

The food was amazing, the bartender was busy & still was attentive. The ambiance was good. I went right as they opened and sat at the bar. The wait wasn't long for those wanting to sit at tables. The food came out hot & fast with no issues. The only issue was not being offered garlic knots at the bar as no one sitting at the bar had any.

Our First dine in experience! I did take out here a while ago. But it was one of those days that I skipped a review in my experience since I was just hangry. Lol. I've been meaning to bring the husband here for dinner. So we made plans to dine here Friday night. I made reservations to be safe. Since I saw when I picked up the food that one time. It was packed! I was surprised when we went to check in with the host that it wasn't too crowded and the bar was somewhat empty. So we just sat at the bar. Which was great. We got a great view of the bar and the restaurant set up. Our bartender was great and friendly. I had a glass of wine and my husband had Miller lite. .We started with the rice ball. And wow it was big! A prefect start to dinner. I had the flavorful pesto pasta and I added a meatball. Super yum! I had to take half of it home. My husband loves fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. He was impressed! He finished it all! Also it was nice that the pasta came with a side. I chose a side salad. Super fresh! And the prefect size l! My husband would have liked more of their Caesar dressing for his salad but overall it was good. They do have home made desserts here if that's your thing. I'm the kind of person who will plan my dessert before I pick the entree. So of course I was going to try their delicious tiramisu! Can't go wrong with that Oh and i had to try their espresso martini. It was okay.

I've been hearing good things about this restaurant so I wanted to give it a try. I ordered the lasagna (only available on Sundays) and it came with a side so I chose the caprese salad. Both dishes were good. Everyone raves about the chicken Caesar wrap (only available during lunch) so I might need to make another trip to give that a try. The restaurant has a neighborhood feel about it. Plenty of parking.

Made reservations a couple hours before visiting Basilico on a recent Friday night. They were very busy, I will note, and I was thankful for the rez. However, I wish that our table was not at the very front of the restaurant right in front of the host/hostess stand because the area surrounding the host stand is practically nonexistent so any waiting customers are basically standing at your table. This friday night they had a live performer singing and playing guitar so if that's not your thing, avoid Friday nights. We placed a calamari order for our appetizer but I don't recommend you doing so. The calamari was so chewy and barely any seasoning detected on the batter. The complementary garlic knots were welcome but they barely had any garlic seasoning! I ordered the bruschetta chicken - which does not come with any noodles or sides - and my bf ordered the chicken piccata. He was disappointed that the piccata was so soupy but said it was edible. My bruschetta chicken was delicious and I didn't even miss the noodles. They should add some balsamic glaze to really set it off.

My wife and I came here for lunch since we wanted to tey a new spot. She heard about these massive mozzarella sticks so we tried that. 8t was pretty good, not as much flavor as I was expecting, but the marinara was really good. The pizza was a bit of a let down as it was fairly bland, I was expecting more flavor but it just didn't deliver. My wife enjoyed her mixed drink and I thought the service was really good and the place was clean. 8d go back and and try something new, but would like to see some more robust flavors.

Basilico Italiano is everything you want in a classic Italian spot--warm, inviting, and absolutely delicious! I am a huge fan of the blackout curtains & the dim dining room lighting. I tried the baked ziti and the chicken parm, and both were outstanding. The baked ziti came out hot, smothered in rich marinara and plenty of gooey melted cheese. The pasta was cooked tender but not overdone--and the sauce had that homemade flavor you can't fake. It's hearty, cheesy, and full of comfort in every bite. The chicken parmesan was just as impressive. The chicken cutlet was crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and topped with the perfect balance of sauce and cheese. The portion was generous and satisfying, especially with the side of pasta. Our waitress was Zoe. She was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. If you're craving authentic Italian comfort food, Basilico Italiano will save the day!

Phenomenal! We got take out from here & let me tell you it did not disappoint. My husband devoured the Chicken Bruschetta instantly. The SIDE goat cheese strawberry salad was a generous portion & was amazing. I should of gotten the SMALL spaghetti with Mariana instead of the large because it was HUGE! I will be eating on this all week! 10/10 could not recommend more. We will definitely be back.

I'd had Benny DaCorsa recommended to me by several friends, so today was the day! The place is small inside, but it has ample parking. There are 2 larger tables inside, along with a bar that wraps around the perimeter with seating, but if the weather is nice, take your slice outside to the picnic tables. Also, they don't have fountain drinks (which to me are gross anyway), but their cooler is stocked with tons of flavors you don't see every day. I grabbed the strawberry lemonade, and it was yummy! Our slices were so big, we had to have 2 plates to carry them out on. I got pepperoni and mushrooms, which was delicious. I also got extra marinara sauce for dipping my crust into. This is served cold, but is very flavorful. One slice was more than enough for me, but my daughter's boyfriend ate 2. Honestly, if it is your first time there, start with 1 slice, they are larger than you think! You can also buy whole pies, for which I thought the price was insane when I looked at it online. I saw 2 ladies pick up 3 of them (party?), and I can only imagine what a conversation piece those made! If you are in Concord, stop by. Pizza is great, and the service is fast and friendly. 5 stars, easily!

We ordered via delivery so I can't speak much to the restaurant itself, but our food was super fresh and hot when it arrived. Let me say, the salad was very sad. It seemed like someone just threw the contents of the produce drawer into a container, lol. It was pretty much a head of lettuce cut into huge chunks, half of a tomato and huge chunks of onions. I had to go through and chop the veggies myself. Crazy. The wings were on the smaller side but the sauce was delicious. The pizza itself (well, the cheese portion that I tried) was good. Indeed, if the cold North runs through you veins, you'll find house beer and mead aplenty to wet your whistle in an atmosphere that while housed in a modern shopping center, is still somehow appropos. Unfortunately, I had driving to do, so alcohol wasn't in the cards, but the menu appealed to us. We needed some comfort food, so we ended up with an appetizer sampler that included a baked pretzel, jalapeno poppers (instead of the fried ravioli that I guess they were out of), buffalo wings, and mozz sticks. We also got a pizza from the current specials, the spicy hawaiin. We like pineapple on pizza, and definitely prefer pepperoni to ham, and this also included jalapenos... so it sounded right up our alley. FYI, there are no waiters, you simply order at the bar, and they give you a numbered buzzer to pick up your food when ready. I greatly prefer this way of doing things honestly. For the food, honestly... a mixed bag, hence the one star off. The pretzel was great, probably the best of the bunch. Jalapeno poppers were nice and large, good flavor balance of cream cheese and jalapeno. Mozz sticks were mozz sticks. We didn't care for the wings. For one, they weren't tossed in the buffalo sauce, it was just poured over the top, and they also were a tad dry... maybe fried too long. The pizza was a letdown, especially since other reviews were so complimentary of it. The slices were very floppy, it maybe could have used a couple minutes more. The cheese had a nice flavor, but the sauce was not either of our preference. Could have used more pineapple, less jalapeno to balance the bites. Overall, we didn't finish it, and didn't take the leftovers for later. It could just be our personal tastes, so go and decide for yourself. Outside of food, it was trivia night, and people were having a great time. We would have taken part if we were staying longer. I think if I lived in the area, I would still come here, and just figure out what food items are the ones to get and which ones aren't. Great atmosphere, friendly bartender and people.
