I love this location - the drive thru makes it so convenient for when I'm ordering for a bunch of people and/or need to grab and go quickly. This is located in a bigger shopping center with a tons of different things around - restaurants, dessert shops, postal services, etc. There is plenty of parking in front of Baskin Robbins, including some dedicated ones for people to quickly get in, grab orders and go. Outside of the shop, there are some nice open seating if you want to enjoy your treat outside. Inside, there are nice clean seats if you'd rather stay indoors. The service has been great the times I've stopped by - either through the drive thru or inside the shop - although I mostly go through the drive thru. 1 star off is for the selection of flavors here. Whether I order onsite or though the app for pick-up, there doesn't seem to be as many flavors for the take home quarts as at other locations. Not sure if it's just a coincidence the times I've been there or something else. Hopefully, their selection improves for the next time I get a craving for a cold treat. read more

Great customer service here. I had to call around to find a Baskin-Robbins that actually has eggnog ice cream. I'm guessing that this seasonal favorite of mines is no longer pooular. They had it here and it was actually in the dipping bins, unlike in the past where I had to purchase a pint for a sundae to be prepared. I'm guessing it is the end of an era.....but there is nothing like an eggnog sundae with marshmellow and carmel sauce whipped cream, topped with nuts and a cherry on top.....that is served with a friendly smile!!!! read more

I mean its ice cream how could it be bad?!?! Haha. This place is amazing because it has a drive thru. So if you know what you want its easy especially with kids!! Not getting the kids out of carsetas is such a blessing. The ice cream is always good and we have never had bad service. The staff is friendly and always willing and able to answers any questions. The young man this morning was so nice! He apologized for the inscription on the cake taking so long and not coming out as elegant due to some clogged icing, so he discounted the price of the cake. He didn't have to do that but that is excellent customer service!!! read more

*First time at this location, ate inside* Came here for dessert with a friend and we loved it! Super clean store, all the tables were clean and so was the floor. It's HUGE inside and apparently has a drive thru. There's plenty of parking there so we went inside. The bins were nice too not all sloppy or dripping like some other locations. I got jamoca almond fudge 5/5 and had a delicious cone with chocolate and almonds! The kids who worked there were nice too! Friendly place and overall loved it. read more

My 9yo son had to use the bathroom after we all got ice cream here at the 1720w Campbell Ave location. The very condescending person at the counter was grinning at me and pointing me to take my son to Starbucks. I don't know if that's supposed to be like this but I seriously hope that this person gets into the same situation and gets to feel like my son does. Ridiculous if you ask me. I'd say don't take your family here. Maybe go to a place where the staff isn't so arrogant. read more

This was awesome. A DRIVE ThROUGH baskin robbins. There is actually more staff here than other normal places. The place was clean and had a small bench for kids to sit in. I think this might be my go to ice cream place since I could do a drive through and not get out of the car!!!! read more

Really good customer service! There's a guy named John I think who gave me and my two daughters excellent service. The prices are a little high, but still totally worth it. They have so much variety, and it's always clean. I'd give it a 4.8/5 the only bad thing is that they don't have a bathroom for customers. Still, it's a great place to enjoy ice cream with your family! read more

Clean place I like to take my kid to after b-ball practice. They love it. Good selection. Good times. They have outdoor seating but on hot days it's best to eat indoors where they have good AC and clean tables. It's bigger than most Baskin Robbins in the area. read more

This place was poppin on a Friday night as was the drive thru. COVID protocols are still in place - masks required & limit 4 customers in the store at a time. There was a bit of a wait to enter, but the gentleman working was very nice. I ordered a single scoop of mint chocolate chip ($3.69) in a chocolate dipped waffle cone ($1.49). Yummy after dinner treat! We were doing outdoor dining across the street at Capers and stared at Baskin Robbins the whole time... so of course we had to get some for dessert. :). (The manager of Capers even let us bring it back to our table over there to eat since the 2 pink tables outside BR are often taken.) It had a pretty good stream of customers throughout the night (Saturday), but it wasn't crowded. The drive-through looked consistently busy too. They have quarterback crunch right now! Yum! I don't even remember the last time I went to a BR. It felt like BR lost some shine when Cold Stone came in and since then there was the froyo craze and the gourmet ice cream chains that entered. Turns out BR is still pretty good. This location is unique since they have a drive-through! Yeah, cool right? The only nit is that they don't have the flavors listed there so don't take the drive through unless you know what you want or want the person to patiently list all 31 flavors! read more

Was craving a milkshake yet didn't want to deal with the whole people/pandemic thing but then I recalled that this Baskin Robbins has a drive through, yay! Prices very reasonable and friendly staff. However my milkshake (made with chocolate mousse Royale flavor BTW, how can you go with that??) tasted just so-so. Wasn't chocolatey at all and VERY bland. Bummer! A high school classmate worked here at one time. It's one of the few remaining locations in Santa Clara County because the ice cream industry struggles here. I came here for a nice slushie/smoothie and it was the best thing I ate. I first bought a smoothie here after seeing it in a kids movie commercial on TV. It was really cool I would do it again if I can. My experience here is well worth rejoicing. I am shocked that my local community still likes this place a lot even though everyone else opts for lower prices at supermarkets. It's a great place to kick back and relax after a hard day at work. Drawback: As with any other ice cream store, the prices here are too expensive and don't beat the prices that you see at your local supermarket or at Costco. read more

This location is the only one I know of with a drive thru. The employees are great! Always friendly, helpful and courteous every time I have gone. I usually get the Cappacino caramel blast with whipped cream and cinnamon on top. Never had a problem or dissatisfied at this location. read more

First time at this location and was pleasantly surprised. Nobody was in line when we went in. Got to sample the Oreo cold brew. The employee said it was his favorite and once I sampled it, I knew I had to get a scoop! Super good and great customer service. Today I tried ordering some ice cream at the drive thru. No one answered me, so I drove past it & went inside. Once I was inside. I could see it was oacked with a few families who had a bunch of loud bratty demon spawn whi kept on trying samples. They should limit samples to 3 per person as the peoplw in front of me semmed like they were going to try all 31 flavors before making any decision at all, lol. Ugh! Thankfully I didn't have to wait for those greedy low class people to sample everything. I samples only two flavors which were the Strawberry pop tart treat & the mom is making cookies one. Both are good. I got one of my favorite flavors, baseball nut. So if no one answers you at the drive thru, just walk inside, lol. read more

The majority of my experiences at this Baskin Robbins, I feel forced and pressured to tip, due to the payment process and with the server starring at you. Tipping should be for above average service, that's for sure. I never receive a "Thanks" for the TIP or even a standard Thanks or Thank you! This place is a gem of Campbell. Baskin Robbins are all pretty great around here, but this one is special because it has an honest-to-goodness drive thru! I always get friendly service here, especially now in the post-pandemic days. Cones are HYOOGE. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a waffle cone. You will dream about it afterwards. read more

Great location! You wouldn't think there'd be a huge variation in the quality of the ice cream at different locations of a chain like BR, but there is. So many locations have poorly maintained, older freezers and/or are perfectly willing to sell ice cream far past its peak flavor and freshness. What you often get is soft, drippy stale ice cream served by workers suffering from low morale, or worse, the penny pinching owners from low foot traffic locations who give you a dollop and call it a scoop. This particular location is fantastic. Cheerful workers scoop up generous scoops of fresh ice cream that is expertly frozen. I'm a Mint Chocolate chip man myself (back in my day, it was called "chocolate mint") and I like my ice cream to be very frozen to the point where the servers struggle to dig out a scoop. That is exactly what occurs at this branch. The young lady must have lost three pounds digging out the generous allotment of goodness. There are two locations of BR in the South Bay that I can wholeheartedly recommend. This one and the branch on Pollard Road in Los Gatos (4 1/2 stars on Yelp). Both are worth the extra drive! Buyer beware. Don't buy a hand packed quart here, unless you like air. I gave them a second try and asked that they be sure to packed it properly. I mentioned that the last one I bought had a lot of extra room in the container. I was told that they weigh it. Seriously? A quart is measured by volume, not weight. The girl seemed to cop an attitude and just said that's how they do it. I should have walked out at that point. read more

Kudos to the owner of this outlet. It feels like you are stepping back in time, when business owners wanted to offer great customer service. The night we visited there were FIVE (5) employees working. They were all friendly, polite, and service oriented. None of them were on their phones. We were helped by CJ. It was refreshing to see young adults who could hold a conversation. I would go out of my way to visit this outlet again. read more
