I had just picked up my son from camp around 3 p.m. and needed something to do for a couple of hours before heading to the park. We happened to stumble upon Nature Organic Ice Cream, and we are so glad we did! It quickly became a little ritual for us that week, and we ended up visiting three times. Each visit, we tried different flavors, and the staff was always very kind and generous with samples. We tried the honey lavender, which was creamy, sweet, and full of flavor; the sesame seed ice cream, which was not overly sweet and had wonderful little bites of sesame throughout; the coffee; and the mango, which was probably my favorite. What really stands out is how unique and interesting the flavors are. I think that sense of curiosity is what keeps customers coming back--you want to see what other exotic and creative combinations they offer. We usually visited around 3 p.m., and each time it was fairly quiet with just one employee working. It created such a calm, serene atmosphere, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Nature's Organic Ice Cream has been open for about a month now. Wifey and I were craving ice cream "more like I was craving it, but I digress, lol" As I walked up I noted that they have some chairs set up out in front and a small seating area inside, they have a small refrigerator with drinks in it and a bigger refrigerator that sells pints of their ice cream and also some kind of ice cream cakes as well. The "pricing signs" are very clear and easy to navigate. The business also seems very clean, as I walked by later I noticed the only employee mopping the floor, Looking at the varieties of custom-made ice cream I counted at least 16 different varieties and they give out free samples. I tried the spicy mango ice cream. you immediately get hit by a wonderful mango flavor and then the spice intensifies in your mouth, soooo good, I ended getting 2 scoops, one of the honey Matcha and the other was their cookie dough. The honey matcha hits you immediately with matcha then it fallows with a beautiful note of honey. (I highly recommend the honey Matcha) Unfortunately I didn't try the cookie dough before I ordered it, it was meh. The quality however of the ice cream is top tier/excellent. Their prices are very steep @ $15 for a pint "basically $1 an ounce" we paid $19.48 for four scoops and one cone. My overall experience and wifey's too was a good one and we will be back for more. I'm so happy that Nature's opened a location in downtown Campbell! We love their ice cream-especially black sesame, banana walnut, salted caramel, coconut almond. The black sesame is so tasty and has bits of sesame seeds. The salted caramel is so smooth it will have you thinking of it the next day. Thank you Brian for your stellar service. :) read more

Glad to see another ice cream spot in Campbell! I love trying exotic flavors and Indian ice cream is pretty underrated. I wish people discover Indian ice cream since it should be a trend! The shop was clean, modern, and minimalistic. There was only one employee working so it wasn't busy. It was hard to choose because all the flavors sounded fun. I got the Saffron, which had a floral, earthy flavor with a touch of sweetness. This is one of the top 3 flavours that is often sold. The color comes from real saffron, so it isn't artificially colored. I could also taste a hint of rose water, which is commonly used in Indian desserts and drinks. I will certainly be back to try more flavours! read more

When one of the Campbell social media channels posted that there was a new ice cream shop in town, I had to check it out. I first went to the website to see what flavors they had. Some of them are on the uncommon side, which I like. Specifically, I have tasted cardamom pistachio in only one other place. This version was very creamy and tasty. I added it to my double cone. The other flavor I chose was cardamom orange kulfi. I really loved the brightness of this flavor. One of this shop's cool offerings is flights: four mini cups of different flavors. Some people ahead of me bought one. That's a lot of ice cream for one person, but if you have a partner or family member with whom you might like to sample several flavors, it could be fun. About the only thing I didn't like about this shop is the price. A double cone set me back $9. I guess that's one way to make sure I don't overindulge. I'm not willing to dock them a star for that because this is only the second review and ... averages. This is definitely worth more than a cumulative 4.5 stars. I hope they do well. One thing that concerns me is the location. There isn't a lot of foot traffic in Downtown Campbell west of Third Street. One thing I forgot to mention is there are five vegan flavors: strawberry, chocolate, mango, piña colada, and lavender. Check it out! read more

I frequent this place often since it offers a variety of vegan flavors which are sometimes hard to find at ice cream shops, except for the standard sorbet. All the vegan flavors I've tried have been great. The interior is spacious, with other offerings such as a fridge full of drinks, and a freezer full of to-go pints (yes, including vegan options), and ice cream cake slices (!). The employees have been pleasant and helpful. They also have a buyer's rewards program. You don't see many people down this far in DT Campbell, but don't sleep on this place. Prices are equivalent to the ice cream place in the Pruneyard, if a little less. read more

My mom and I stopped by yesterday after finishing our early dinner. We were welcomed with a friendly male employee. I asked when they had opened and he said Saturday which was just 3 days before. We each tried at least three flavors each as they had a wide selection. My Mom tried their chili guava which she said was more spicy and chili flavor than guava. I tried the honey Matcha, which is what she ended up getting in a cake cone. I also tried the black sesame which was a bit bland and ended up choosing the rocky road in a cake cone. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is well air-conditioned inside. Hopefully they are able to start a rewards program and offer some free water inside. read more

Excellent! - Great taste - flavors taste very pure. Not artificial or too sweet. All flavors I had tried were true to their names. - Good selection - a good variety of not-boring flavors. Bonus points for having some typically Indian flavors. -Ice cream Flights - great offering for people that like splitting lots of flavors. - Ambiance was good. Clean, modern looking, indoor and outdoor seating. Bathroom was available and clean too. There were at least 3 tables for 3-4 inside.
