Me and my girlfriend walk into this location at 6:55 PM on a Tuesday night I assume this is when all the old white people choose to walk down memory lane coming in one by one talking so loud about remember that time when Jim and I came here years ago blah blah blah... what's that? I just got hit in he achilles heel by the door ouch! no I'm sorry, no excuse me, just going to sit down and be old and rude that's just the customers now let's talk about the employees we wait patiently behind this older gentleman who we clearly came in after. The workers look at us including the gentleman and say I'll be right with you. Then more customers walk in and go to the other side where there is another employee this is making it look like there is two lines. Now the gentleman in front of us gets his ice cream pays for it making it our turn? NOPE! the employee walks over to the other line when there's no one in it (but the person who walked in after) and starts helping them. I guess we are invisible I say to my girlfriend and we walked out. Really disappointed in the customer service over at the 2nd street location (dont worry I'm going to review that next) we decided to come here. Boy was I wrong two bad locations in two days. I hope Baskin Robbins 31 flavors goes out of business for robbing people of customer service and overall good behavior. read more

I've been to this place since I was a kid and just today I went to go pick up some ice cream for my family and as I was walking in, there was a couple standing by the fridges where the cakes are stored, talking to the employee and this other lady walked in and we waited to be attended and so the guy that was with his girlfriend I suppose looked over at us and he had no mask on... and he was super close to the girl at the counter. My point is, does baskin Robbins follow the COVID regulation? Cause it doesn't seem like it. There's people dying everyday and this employee didn't even bother saying anything? That's sad. Might I add, we waited for like 10mins for them to be done but we didn't even end up getting ice cream cause i left. The employee who was a tall white, pink dyed hair girl didn't even acknowledge us and she made eye contact with me and the other lady who walked in. Why would you put 3 scoop sundae in a lid instead of using the cups/containers? We received eves our 3-scoop sundaes in a lid with a lid...4 lids total. Is that normal? I saw cups on the shelf so why weren't they used. The whole service was not like we've ever experienced before. It made eating the sundaes just that, have to eat them. When did ice cream get so expensive? Two cones with one scoop each over $7. This place always has a line. The workers are fine albeit a little slow but the payment process is odd. Instead of telling us our total the ice cream girl asked for our ID, then told us the total and asked for the ID again to compare the name on the card before letting us use it. Okay, so normally I would not write a review, especially a negative one but here it is. This review is purely for the lack of customer service rather than the quality of the product. I have always love BK ice creams and have frequented numerous locations without an issue. My daughter and I stopped by to purchase an ice cream cake for Father's day. In addition to the 1/3 sheet ice cream cake we also decided to purchase a quart of sorbet (hand packed). I have not purchased a hand packed quart of ice cream before so I didn't know if they pack it by weight or not. Here's the problem, the whole time the girl was packing the ice cream she had the cake sitting on the scale, too. I didn't know any better to question her but figured I'd trust her to do the right thing. Well folks, let's just say there were a whole lot of air at the bottom and mid section of the quart. I called to find out if the hand packed ice cream was sold by weight or something else...and was told that the quart should weigh 1lb 8oz., I'd be willing to bet $100 that we only got 8oz bcuz the cake weighed 1lb. I called back to speak to the manager determined to stay positive and not get anyone in trouble. After 3 calls, 3 different girls, and 4 days worth of waiting, still no call back. The last call I made, I was told that the manager was there that morning but didn't bother to contact me. I will try again tomorrow, I'm not giving up. Buyers beware of this location. No wonder why BK was fined for shorting customers when hand packing ice cream. I guess someone haven't learned their lesson, yet. I hope the owner of this location read this post and correct the problem soon before business falls off. read more

This location isn't too great, and it's so small. There's no room to eat in, and there's not really a way to wait in line. I asked about cup sizes, and she neglected to tell me about the large cups. I love this Baskin Robbins. It's been in this location for at least 30 years; I remember going there as a kid in the 70's. The parking is never a problem, even when busy. The staff is friendly and they always have my favorite flavors in stock. Sometimes the inside of the store gets packed, so it's standing room only. This is the only Baskin Robbins I go to, so can't compare it to the other locations. I hope it's around for another 30 years. read more

It's not that I didn't warn them that I was going to leave a bad review because i most certainly did -I ordered through Grubhub I normally order from this Baskin Robbins because GrubHub has one of the lower delivery fees. that being said I place my order I waited over an hour when my order arrived it was not complete, I called the restaurant where a rude little girl answered the phone and basically told me that unless I can get Grubhub to pay the delivery fee they were not going to honor my order, the best that they were going to do for me with refund me for the missing item, well that's just not acceptable you're ordering ice cream for your family you've got one person without ice cream that's really not just an inconvenience I mean that's a problem that's a really messed up ! so I said OK fine I'll call GrubHub I'm on the phone with Grubhub they're getting ready to help me to send out a driver to go pick up another Sundae from Baskin-Robbins and then they tell me oh now we can't help you because Baskin-Robbins refunded you for the items #wth now why on earth would she have refunded me for the item and she just told me to call GrubHub to see if they would pay for the shipping fee , so I call the restaurant back and a young man on the phone who was a lot more apologetic and frankly a little bit better customer service than that little twit was so moving on he says to re-order it on Grubhub and I will give you the item for free basically he was going to charge me one penny so I said OK so I went to re-order but then you run into this negative you got a place and a $15 minimum order he says well you know I just order a bunch of toppings until it adds up to $15 and then I'll reimburse you for all of it and then so basically it will be free it'll be one penny I'm like OK oh well then I realize I still have to pay the delivery fee OK it's not free anymore definitely not free -so I called Grubhub try to get GrubHub to take care of it but they explained to me we would've taking care of it if the restaurant had not refunded you the amount for the missing item we would've taken care of it gladly but now our hands are tied because the restaurants already refunded you so you would have no choice but to pay another delivery fee #omg end of my story I did not get my original Sundae, I did not get my free sundae that was offered to me and GrubHub refused to help me and then insisted that I pay a new delivery fee so I didn't get anything neither GrubHub nor the restaurant were able to make good on the order- yes they refunded me the $6.99 but I have to be honest with you having what I ordered was way more important than the $6.99 because I had a person sitting in my home with no ice cream and everybody else had ice cream but I did the right thing I gave up my own because I'm not gonna have someone else in my home going without that's just wrong but ultimately GrubHub was wrong in their policies are mediocre at best and they are not customer oriented and Baskin Robbins should've done more because it was their mistake. read more

I unfortunately was not satisfied with the customer service here. I got a scoop of the monthly flavor which was oreo cake which I had sampled and thought was pretty good at first. I walked out of the store and tried it again and ended up not really liking it...too much chocolate for me. I went back in to ask the girl if there was any way I could change my scoop that I had barely touched because I really did not end up liking it. She looked at me like it was something that has never been asked before and told me she couldn't change it for me unless it was dropped on the ground. I work in the customer service business and if a customer is really unhappy with something I try my best to fix it for them. She did not at all which was a big bummer because I ended up just throwing it away and wasting my money. I don't think I will be coming back to this location. read more

As a frequent flyer at this location I cannot say enough great things about the customer service, quality, and cleanliness of the store. The employees always greet you with a delicious sample and warm personality. The ice cream cakes are the best in town with absolutely beautiful decorations, custom made. i grew up on baskin-robbins...how could you not like a place like this? the people that work at this location seem to be a younger group - and really friendly and efficient. lots of parking at this location, and only about 5 minutes or so from my house...perfect when the hubby gets his ice cream cravings and says we gotta hit up baskin-robbins. i'm usually a 1 scoop kind of gal....a cup or cone depends on my mood. sometimes i'm feel chocolaty and sometimes i might be on a sherbert kick. who knows? the hubs almost always gets a scoop of peanut butter/chocolate w/ a scoop of daquiri ice....GROSS. he is so wierd. daquiri ice is NOT good, esp w/ that combo. but whatever, it keeps him happy =) read more

Right before going to this Baskin Robbins I went to a different one, that is closer to my house, and they were absolutely horrendous. Still wanting my favorite ice cream, Pralines , I came to this Baskin Robbins. I do admit I was in a bad mood and was further made into a bad mood when I walked into the store only to see there was a long unorganized line, or so I had thought. One of the girls , probably the one in charge, Sabeena( I forgot how to spell her name) masterfully made sure that everyone was being helped or informing customers when they were next as well as assuring the other employees who to help and making the line move very quickly. She did an amazing job, and when it came to my turn Sabeena was the girl who helped me out. While I was not polite she remained calm and courteous and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me. I was having trouble remembering what my husband had wanted and so she went through every flavor with me that was similar to the description that I remembered from the ice cream because I could not remember it's name. She was very knowledgeable and really knows above and beyond information that definitely helped me feel at ease even though I was initially panicking because I had forgotten the flavors. The other 2 girls, sadly I did not catch their names ,were also incredibly nice and made sure everyone received a sample and was going to be helped in a nice and orderly fashion. I wanted to personally thank Sabeena and the other girls for the amazing experience I had at this Baskin Robbins and this will be my new favorite location! Thank you girls! The ice cream is here is okay. Sometimes I don't think it's very fresh but the girls working here have very little brain cells and even a routine trip or a quick question turns into a major snafu. I've had minor problems before and thought twice before going there today but chose this location anyway. I took 5 kids here today to get birthday ice creams. It was kinda complicated as 2 of them had birhday coupons and we had one coupon but then the girl messed it up and left like .45 on a card so I ordered something else for myself, that I didn't really want but didn't want the balance on the card and she could not figure it out and keep telling me that I would have to pay the 45 cents on the card and call the number on the card when I came home. This went on for 15 mimutes! Another gal came over, same thing. Couldn't do math, couldn't figure out what the problem was. They kept saying $5 on the card minus the $4.53 leaves you with 21 cents! hello? Meanwhile, the kids are done and running around the tiny store, my ice cream has melted and one of the little ones needs to use the bathroom, which they don't have. FINALLY, the fiugred it out-REALLY? over 45 cents you made me stand there for 15 minutes-I will not be back for a LONG time (if ever). read more

Terrible service! Walked into this location on a sunday evening and it was semi-busy...the girl acknowledged us as we walked in. She was helping an elderly couple and we were next in line. She then finishes with the elderly couple and looks straight at me (knowing that we were next in line) and says "I can help whoevers next" and as I was waiting for her to ask me what I need, she walks straight toward another group and helps them.... So I feel a little frustrated that she does that because she knew we were next in line... So I just wait for her to help the other group and then come help me, however she does not do so. She continues to help a lady that came in last compared to everyone else waiting in line....She then asked me what I need... At this point my voice had a little attitude...so I let her know my order. A large cappuccino blast with jamoca ice cream..I'm pretty sure this is made with some coffee base and then the ice cream and ice however she put milk instead of the coffee base...and usually they will ask if we want whip cream and cinnamon and she did not!
