It was busy, but by this time, the person standing at the counter had nothing to do. They apologized and made my order then, but the experience left a bad impression on me since it was my first time eating inside the bakery. On my next visit, I ordered several items inside the bakery to take home with my pickup order and received a pain de chocolate instead of a cinnamon donut, which I didn't notice until I got home. The pain de chocolate costs more and my partner wasn't able to share it with me due to a soy allergy. I suppose I could've been paying more attention, but these items don't have similar names at all, so I was not expecting this error. That said, I made a mental note to pay more attention when ordering inside the bake shop for future orders. On my next visit, I ordered a mocha cupcake and berry muffin, but the cashier rang me up for a hand pie instead of a muffin. Again, the hand pie was more expensive. This time I caught it and asked for it to be corrected. I work in customer service and I act with kindness when mistakes are made because we're only human. However, I believe 3 negative experiences in a row shows a pattern and warrants some attention. I will continue to patronize this business due to the reasons I mentioned at the beginning of this review, but I will now have to be vigilant in ensuring that I receive the correct items and am charged the correct amount. I subscribe to the program to get Alaska/Atmos points on qualified dining, and I'm trying to get as many points as I can, so dining with restaurants as part of that program is helpful. You can order full cakes as well as they have slices avaialble for purchase. I got a tiramisu slice for my mom, which she said she liked. Good addiiton to the neighorhood.

As much signage is visible upon entry regarding rules and limited persons for entry at a time- not one area provided prices; only signs that tell you not to touch. It's required by law for prices at every establishment to be listed, according to SB 478 for general consumer goods and services in California.

I ordered a custom Unicorn cake for my moms birthday yesterday, my pick up was at 6pm today, I went to go pick it up and got home and opened it to find the cake FULL OF HAIR WTF I live 30min away from this baskin robbins, that's disgusting!! How tf does so much hair get into a cake?? And to my surprised they don't answer the phone smh!! The top part has small and big smfh, this just shows that this baskin robbins is not following any of the covid rules if they were able to fill my cake up with hair smfh Update: Went back into the store and they didn't acknowledge their mistake, they didn't want to give me a refund and I was fighting with the workers for 40minutes!! They told me the manager needed to see the cake and she'll determine if I get a refund or not despite them seeing all the hair lol. They told me to wait 2 minutes and the manager will come talk to me, she never showed instead she called me and said that all her staff are clean and no way that's hair despite her workers not having hairnets so it's definitely hair! She also had the audacity to ask me if I opened the cake somewhere that wasn't clean and that it was my fault the particles got on the cake! Why would I mess up my moms bday cake lol. This whole experience was a mess I thought I was going to walk in show the proof and they would refund me and not fight me and try to make me take a different cake. Horrible experience! read more

Negative stars if I could…read more I've only been to this store twice. My first experience was good, but unfortunately, my second experience was completely different. The female cashier who originally helped me was kind, welcoming, and handled my items with care. I purchased about half a bag of candy from her, and everything was pleasant. I later decided I wanted some dark chocolate, so I returned to make another purchase. By this point, the store was getting busier, and another employee stepped in. He asked whether the remaining candy was mine. I explained that it was not mine anymore because I had decided not to purchase it. Instead of simply leaving it at that, he continued confronting me about the candy and the original $43 price. I had already decided that $43 was far too much for a small bag of gummy candy, so I only purchased the portion I wanted and left the rest behind. His attitude toward me was rude and unnecessarily confrontational. While I was paying for my chocolate, he even threw it onto the scale rather than handling it with the same basic courtesy the previous cashier had shown. When I pointed it out, he picked it up and gently placed it down. I asked why he couldn't have handled it that way in the first place, and he continued arguing with me about the candy. At that point, I told him that he was being rude and disrespectful. There were children nearby, so I chose my words carefully and left the store. I understand that employees have to protect their merchandise and can question customers when necessary. However, there is a respectful way to handle those situations, and this was not it. I would have happily taken my business elsewhere if I had known I would be treated this way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I Definitely won't be returning. Also, I must note for anyone wanting to buy candy in bulk: the gummies taste rancid. Whatever the store smells like is exactly what the candy tastes like...

I also purchased one of their chocolate chip cookies ($4) which seems to have been made fresh or recently as the expiration date was within a couple days. They used simple and quality ingredients (no preservatives etc) just flour, sugar, egg, chocolate, etc. This cookie was definitely worth it! Chewy and flavorful, not too sweet and perfectly baked.
