Literally gave out our information to a stranger because THEY made a mistake by giving out a cake without checking ID or an order number. Not only is that against the law, they told that customer to "handle it" herself as if it wasn't THEIR fault for giving away her order. Never going there again. Came here tonight to grab a sweet treat for my family on this holiday evening. Baskin Robbins is my families go-to ice cream place, however after this visit I'm not too sure. The customer service here is absolutely horrific. Never have experienced such attitude before. Two employees working, a young blonde female and a male with dark hair, have two of the worst attitudes I've ever encountered. Very disrespectful, the male even cussing multiple times under his breath IN FRONT of my child. I understand that jobs can be stressful, especially when it becomes busy, but if you can't maintain a proper attitude you need to work a job that is not centered around customer service. We went to pick up for our friend because our friend was setting up for the surprise party. When we went to pick up the cakes we were unsure which name it was under so we had used the hostess name and the mom's name when we asked for the cake, they did not ask for proof of id or order receipt no ticket nothing. They gave us four cakes instead of three both under the names we had stated, however we only needed three and stated the fourth one was not ours and the insisted to give it to us since it had the name of what we stated. So we took the cake and left in the fridge. THREE HOURS LATER. A person calls us to let us know we had her cake. 1. First mistake you are to NEVER give out personal information of your customers. 2. When we answered the lady and notified her that her cake was safe in the freezer the owners gave her a totally different story to try to cover up their tracks. 3. They lied about receiving an order ticket, lied about it was not their fault and had the audacity to call their customers liars. The customer service at this location is not great, and I've given this place so many chances. I wouldn't keep going if it wasn't for my kids, they like the ice cream. 3 employees and they all acted like they didn't want to be there, overcharged me, and refused to give me a refund at first. There were two employees working, one was assisting a customer with an order and the other was ignoring us! My husband and I came to this Baskin Robbins to celebrate the $1.50 scoops promotion on August 31st. I LOVE Baskin Robbins and have been to this location multiple times with no problems, but the owner scooped our ice cream today and shorted us by a lot. I used to be a shift leader at Baskins for 3 years until 2015, so I know that the double scoops weigh 0.50 lbs and the triple scoops weigh 0.75 lbs (each scoop is .25). I noticed he was using a kid's scooper while scooping our ice cream and my cup felt light, so I weighed them when we got home. My ice cream came out at .56 and my husband's at .50... we paid for 6 scoops and got 4 by weight. Even if there's a promotion going on I'm super unhappy that we got shorted. Not cool! read more

Walked in tonight to get a treat after celebrating a friend's birthday. As soon as we walked in it smelled like heavy cleaning products, definitely not pleasing. Until i got rung up and the girl told me I owed the amount for a KIDS SCOOP. Still was not a big deal to me so I paid with cash because I didn't care for her to make me a new one of the right size. I came here with my mom to pick up some ice cream for the family. It was a friday so they were very busy and short handed. The girl working (I didn't catch either employees names) was friendly. The guy however, seem friendly but I guess he didn't realize my mom and I were looking right at him when he rolled his eyes and sighed when the female told him she had to scoop out a qt. for my mom and I because the flavor we wanted wasn't in the freezer where they were already packaged. I ordered the cake, gave a picture of what I wanted and requested colors to be on the cake. I had to print the picture out in black and white/grey. That's exactly how the cake come out. No color like I requested. The man, which I found out is the owner, told me he would have the cake decorater cal me to discuss colors. Never happened. When I went to pick it up I was disappointed. The lady behind the counter added color tried to make good on it. The manager that was there that day gave me $3.00 off and gave me a half gallon of ice cream. That's the only reason why I gave 2 stars. The icing did not taste like the traditional Baskin Robin's icing. It is a very small store, the service is not great and I will never go there again. Wow! I've only been in 3 times to take my kids for a special treat and will not be back again! All three times (over the course of a year), they claimed their AC was broken and it was beyond hot and uncomfortable in there. The employees were flustered and sweating because of the heat!
