Then while I was heading over to the machines, another girl came out from the back to say that my order had already been made and handed me a paper bag with my order in it. When I got home it turned out that it was missing one of the toppings that I had paid for (I double checked my receipt to see if it was a "me problem," it wasn't), and the green apple sorbet was just...gross. It was really watery and tasted artificial. I tried to eat it and wound up throwing the whole thing in the trash. I also had caramel sauce which I couldn't even taste. The whole thing was a $13.00 fail (and I'm mad that I added a tip when I ordered). I don't know if it is this location (Woodmore in Lanham, MD) or if it is the product in general, but I will not be going to sweetFrog again. UPDATE: I called to ask for a refund and was told that they can't do refunds for online orders and that I need to request it online. The woman preparing my order acknowledged that she deselected it on my behalf since I asked for oat milk. At this point - this is absolutely not about the whip cream or the upcharge, it is the abhorrent service, the aggressive demeanor, and the unexplained disdain I was shown when I treated both women with nothing but respect from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out of the establishment. ATP the woman who took my order saw the issue and was going to resolve it by, of course, adding the included whip cream! However, the manager, DJ returned and interfered refusing to allow her to do so & going on a rant directed at me when I was not at all in communication with her. Then, as she was returning my order (which included a tip btw!!) she proceeded to attempt to insult me by saying, "if you don't have 70 cents to pay for this, just say so."
