She definitely left my mind at ease with her warm personality. Not only was the donut tower GORGEOUS but it was also delicious. The flavors I chose were the strawberry crunch, banana pudding, fruity pebbles and the Oreo. These were all delicious! All my guest and I were very impressed with everything. I am so thankful to Alexis and her team! I will recommend this place to everyone I know for every occasion, even just a sweet tooth. And ofcourse I will be going back :)

The toppings were nice, especially the cream cheese, but the dough was underwhelming as it was a bit dry and slightly firmer than I usually prefer. - The Biscoff banana pudding was the main pick the staff member recommended, so despite not being the biggest banana pudding guy, I had to try it. Unfortunately, it wasn't anything impressive, but it was cool. Also, the biscuit taste was more so in the background. - The shake was pretty good, but not $29 worth by any means. The cupcake that I got with it LOOKED GREAT, but I can't say the same for the taste, as it was just alright. The Oreo donut was solid. So why do they take online orders? Then while I was heading over to the machines, another girl came out from the back to say that my order had already been made and handed me a paper bag with my order in it. When I got home it turned out that it was missing one of the toppings that I had paid for (I double checked my receipt to see if it was a "me problem," it wasn't), and the green apple sorbet was just...gross. It was really watery and tasted artificial. I tried to eat it and wound up throwing the whole thing in the trash. I also had caramel sauce which I couldn't even taste. The whole thing was a $13.00 fail (and I'm mad that I added a tip when I ordered). I don't know if it is this location (Woodmore in Lanham, MD) or if it is the product in general, but I will not be going to sweetFrog again. UPDATE: I called to ask for a refund and was told that they can't do refunds for online orders and that I need to request it online. I used the ordering system on the sweetFrog website and there is no place to request a refund. The person I spoke with didn't know what to do and gave me a phone number to call. Coffee was lukewarm and didn't have much ice. It was also very bitter. The lemonade had too much ice so a large cup was finished in only a few sips. The beignets were warm and fluffy but tasted doughy and underbaked in the middle. The inside had several different kinds of seatings. Outside seats were available too albeit without shades. Parking was free and store wasn't overcrowded. I wouldn't mind revisiting if in the area again but wouldn't go out of my way just to go there. Still a good Starbucks alternative.
