I saw a new monkey business flavor - banana ice cream with oreo chunks and peanut butter swirls and knew I had to try it asap! I stopped by this location after working out and quickly scanned the case and didn't see the label for my flavor, but when I asked the associate, he redirected me to the one tub that just didn't have a tag so that was a relief! I ordered a single scoop in a cup with whipped cream and fortunately was able to use my dunkin app balance. I took my scoop outside to enjoy. There was another family and one other guy sitting alone, but playing a video on his phone full volume. The ice cream itself was pretty good, although I think I came across a couple freezer-burned sections, just a few bites had an icy crunch that I didn't really enjoy, Also, for the price - kind of absurd. The single scoop was $4+, and the whipped cream was an upcharge too which I honestly didn't expect. It's just the kind of pricing I would expect for a small, local mom/pop shop...not a nationwide chain. And for the quality and size of the scoop, definitely not worth it. Service was great though - he let me sample a couple other flavors (pumpkin cheesecake and a caramel swirl). A bit of a let down altogether though; knowing my sweet tooth, I' probably give it another go, but just with lower, more realistic expectations. read more

"I got 31 flavors, but Cherries Jubilee Ain't One" We've been to this location SEVERAL times now, and each time it seems like they never have Cherris Jubilee. The thing is, they've had it in the past, so it just seems like there's some inconsistency in when they carry it or not. My husband has commented that he's had to physically go into the store and request that they check in the back in order to get the staff member to actually find the ice cream and scoop it. He noted that the staff member is usually very reluctant to even go check. I'm not sure what is going on with the customer service here and/or what is up with the ice cream flavors not being replenished properly...but either way, it is extremely frustrating! I hope the franchise owner reads this and can do better to find quality help and better staff! read more

Don't order anything through this store....they only offer drive thru. I ordered an ice cream cake that was over 60.00 and I should have looked at it first because it had started to melt and the filling was leaking out. I complained through corporate and someone called me ....they said they'd call me back but.... crickets. Their customer service is terrible. Don't waste your money on special orders. I preordered a Polar Ice Cream Cake (should not be hard to screw up) and when I arrived, 1. The order was not ready and I had to show the order on my phone email to prove payment and official order through Baskin Robbins website. 2. They went to back and brought out 2 toppings a cookie and chocolate syrup ( a pint of ice cream not one of my liquid toppings). When asked I was told "maybe it's on the cookie" which it was not. I had to demand the ice cream and when pushed about the marshmellow topping they said "we do not know what it that is..." 3. I then allowed my kids to order single scoops and bought some "creature scoops" but were just provided a scoop of ice cream in the cup. 4. When I got home, the cookie cake was not even completely in the cookie pan. It was smaller than image online (which I expected to some extent) and am disappointed. I thought I prepared for this event and paid ahead of time and the product delivered falls short. I will not and do not recommend this DD or Baskin Robbins. We were from out of town for a tournament and ordered a cake for a birthday on the main website. Said they were open until 9. We selected pickup at 8. Order confirmation said 8. Came to pick up and closed. No call no email. Left the next morning so no cake. Called CS twice now and total runaround and store won't respond to issue. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. The party that came after me were served before me. Half of the ice cream were not labeled and the other half seemed to be mis labeled. Service has improved a lot. Free ice cream scope when you download the app (you have to wait 24 hours before redeeming for some reason). Cookies and cream is my favourite. They dig into the tub aggressively to give you the largest size scoop possible. This is how it's done. Cheaper than those fancy ice cream shops in Cary/Morrisville. I like that allergens are listed next to each flavor. Bye Epipen, don't need you today. The spoons are super small, spoon side facing up/handle down doesn't seem like the most sanitary choice when grabbing a spoon. I stopped by in a good mood thinking I would get some icecream. I walked in and stood at the counter and I was completely ignored. I scooted over to the register and was still ignored. Three workers walked by. No one said hello or asked to help me. They acted as if I wasn't there. This went on for 10 minutes. I said "excuse me" then one lady finally said hello (while she was eating the food) but did not offer to help me. Instead she turned around and finished her food. I didn't go off. I just left but this location has terrible customer service. To blatantly ignore a paying customer when you have no other customers in the middle of the day is rude! We went right before the closing so there was no wait. Had a 2 scoop sundae with mint chocolate chip and jamoca fudge. It's pricey for what you get. I don't know if this was a special for the day or just because it was close to closing but they had a sign "buy 6 donuts get 6 free if you tip..." A little odd. I've been there 5 times in the last month and a half now for ice cream and each time they are either out of things to make sundaes or have been told they had a broken cooler so no ice cream. This is my usual stopover place for Jamoca almond fudge ice cream :) the service is but up on some days and way down on some. Off late things have been a bit better. They did have some bad staff in the past. Sometimes, they are short staffed which can be a problem as they have to scuttle between the a askin and Dunkin. I USED to come to get ice cream here but after today will NEVER AGAIN!! I even brought a limo full of 13yr olds to celebrate my daughter's bday. However, today after placing my order in drive-thru for 2 single cones I was asked to "hold a minute." After a few minutes I was asked to place my order again. When I stated I already had the employee told me they were "busy with phone orders ." I was told there was no manager on duty & was only given the store number to call if I have a complaint. Worst service ever... after waiting for 10 minutes at the counter watching a kid sweeping and picking up items off the floor the manager asked the kid to help us with our order. The kid put down his broom and dust pan and turned to help us (scooping icecream) without washing his hands. I asked him to wash his hands before touching our cones and scooping and he was put out. When he came back to take our order he told my wife that we could not eat the ice cream in the store because they were closing in five minutes. We will be going to the BR on 55 from now on. I really love Baskin. But this branch is a filth and the people who serve never cared about people who wait for being served. No smile and they show an arrogant face when ask for sample to taste. I have bought 4 scoops of different varieties and asked for Togo, they simply kept on he top of the table and asked me to take and go.. never expected this response from the lady who helped me. I never said a word and asked to bag it. She showed her face and throwers the caps of the bowls and asked me to close it down. I asked that lady to do that.. not sure she is being by them or not. this place needs to just shut down completely.. my girlfriend ordered me a cake for my bday and when i went to pick it up i said my name and they looked at me like i was weird (red flag) and when they opened it, my name was spelled completely wrong, i asked for them to fix it and was told i'd need to wait a couple days because they didn't have that type of cake in the back.. then i made sure it was chocolate cake with rocky road and she told me she DIDNT KNOW what flavor the cake was. like wtf? how do you not know? i sent my girlfriend a pic of the cake and she instantly got pissed saying that isn't ANYTHING what she paid for. she asked for roses, and all types of decoration all i got was a pink frosted cake with terrible piping saying "Happy Birthday Keiaria" which isn't even my damn name! waste of money, they don't answer phone calls or even offer any discounts when they mess up. will never be returning and we're getting a refund for this disaster of a cake, i'll keep you posted if it's the right flavor but im guessing not. The Baskin Robbins part of this store is run by people who could care less about the quality of their ice cream. I had a small chocolate peanut butter ice cream cone. The ice cream was so soft, it was like soft serve ice cream. When I complained to the employee that sold it to me, he said absolutely nothing. I wi not go there again. read more
