The only reason I go here is because they have the most delicious coconut nut ice cream! We recently had a small group grab ice cream and milkshakes about an hour and half before closing. I love this place and they have specials also on Tuesdays. My favorite place to stop by if I have a real bad day at work. Ice-cream always brings smile lol. I'm just leaving 3 stars cause the customer service was NOT there. So I came in with my two girls and my youngest is always bouncing around. So I'm dealing with her excitement & the older white lady was the only one there & immediately seemed annoyed. So I I tell her I want 3 creation creatures & she asks which ones, so I'm asking my girls which one and I'm ordering for my nephew, who is not there, and she's almost kinda yelling at me like WHICH OTHERS ONES DO U WANT. The manager of this location is top notch. She really understands what good customer service means. She did so many good things that went above and beyond, that I can't even remember all of them. I am actually writing this review because I was trying to find out the owners name. I want the owners name so that I can tell him or her what a good job they did when they hired this wonderful manager. Get her a decent name tag! Her title is handwritten is a sharpie pen. I'm a loyal customer of this place. But lately the staff has been slacking completely. The drink I order is never in stock because nobody bothers to check if it is in stock or not. Ice is always finished because nobody checks that either. I have been a loyal customer for ages but now the service is becoming lackluster. I am extremely disappointed the last few times I have been here. They need to stop slacking and taking customers for granted. read more

Horrible lady that works there. I come in there to pick up my families cake and she asks me rudely for a receipt or ID. And she kept asking who my name is..I had enough of her attitude and went outside to get my dad. She just gave the cake to my dad and didn't ask for his ID. We went in an hour before close on a Friday and were clearly inconveniencing the ladies working there. They had already started to empty the cases, with one empty, and made no attempt to stop when we came in even though we made it clear we were ordering ice cream. The one lady finally told the other to help us. She rudely informed us that we could only chose from the 2 cases as the other woman was pulling the ice cream in the third. Again ,clearly we were inconveniencing them. She scooped my ice cream and then, when my son ordered she informed him that 'No, she is picking that flavor up right now.' The other lady offered to get it for him from the cart and the one that was helping us said not too. That was it. I should have put my ice cream down and left but we paid as it was already scooped. As we were paying, we apologized for wasting their time to which she replied 'No problem.' There was a line behind us, I wonder if they got any ice cream at all as we were only permitted that to choose from the 8 that were quickly being picked up. I grew up on Baskin Robbins and am sad to say that I won't be back if that is the service that is offered. We don't have another true ice cream shop in Murphy but Braum's is opening and, while not my favorite by far, I guess it will have to be our choice. Coming in 5 minutes before closing? Sure, you choices might be limited but not a full hour before closing. And there is never ANY excuse for a customer who is asking nicely and trying to order to be ignored or treated like an inconvenience. read more

We wanted waffle cones but the ones they had were described to us by the person working there as "soft" and that she didn't make any fresh ones today because she didn't expect anyone to come in. I got a scoop of the chocolate peanut butter ice cream and it was freezer burned - ended up throwing it away. Much of the ice cream in the cases looked old. Blech. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in there to order my daughter's birthday cake and the employee who helped me couldn't even take my order cause he told me he was afraid to mess it up. So I went back in the next day and Alice took my order. She told me she wouldn't be the one to make my daugher's cake cause she wasn't working that day but the guy who would be making it had 2 years experience. I repeatedly told her I wanted it to look just like the picture. She tried to get me pay right then. I told her no I would pay after I saw the cake. Well when I went to pick up my daughter's cake another girl tried to make me pay before I saw the cake. I told her no I wasn't going to give them a penny until I saw the cake. And I am so glad I didn't give them my money! The cake looked NOTHING like the picture! It was suppose to be a watermelon cake cut into 3 pieces. 2 small ones like watermelon slices and one large one like a half a watermelon. Instead they tried to give me 4 crooked slices with the icing all diagonal. It was terrible. I asked to talk to the manager and he told me he decorated it like that cause his boss told him to. I told him it looked NOTHING like the picture and he just kept repeating his boss told him to decorate it like that. Finally he offered to redo the cake and told me to come back in a hour. Well if he had 2 days to make my cake and it looked that bad how good could he do in a hour? I never got a sorry or anything. He couldn't have cared less. So I ended up going to Target to get my daughter's birthday cake. If you want a professionally decorated cake don't go to this Baskin Robbins!!! read more
