Ran through the drive thru for a quick coffee after a doctor appointment. Lainia was AMAZING. Greeted me as soon and I pulled in, explained items to ensure my order was correct and had the most amazing smile when I arrived to the window! So I don't usually post in Starbucks as I just grab a coffee and go if I do decide to pay a few bucks for coffee. But I had a great experience here so I thought I'd give the stars in appreciation. I came in on a Saturday morning to meet a friend and when I finished my morning bulletproof I went to the counter to get a basic refill of coffee in my artic cup. The barista (who I had already noticed had conversations with several people like they were friends) asked my preferences while I ordered. Somehow this turned into us discussing my morning bulletproof and she pulled out some Kerrygold butter from the fridge for my coffee IK weird if you don't do keto or the like, but for me super elevated that she truly takes pride in doing the best she can for her customers. I have some pretty passionate beliefs about service and was truly impressed. This Starbucks was my best Starbucks experience to date. Mad props! read more

It was Saturday morning around 10:45am. There was a long line drive through,so I decided to walk in store. I made an order of 1 Frappuccino and 1 sandwich. I got my drink after 15 minutes, patiently waiting for my sandwich another 10 minutes. The pink dyed hair barista was not making my order still, so I told another barista to cancel my sandwich because I was late to pick up my kid, and I left. I came back after 15 minutes, and requested the same girl to make my sandwich now. She told me she gave the sandwich to me already. I said " No, I asked you to cancel it, but you didn't give refund, so can I have my sandwich now?" She said she would need to talk to the manager. The manager came and asked if I wanted the refund. I said " No, I want the sandwich". So he asked the pink hair staff to make my sandwich. The sandwich was done. She still stood and talked with other staff. I walked to the counter, and asked if it was ready. Both of them were staring at me, didn't give any response or communicate. The manager again came and delivered my order. Seriously I was not happy when having my sandwich. All of them spoiled my mood. read more

The experience was as good as any experience I've had with Starbucks. The service was great and the item was made exactly as ordered. Whether I go through the drive-thru or pick-up inside, my order has always been ready no later than 7 minutes after I place the order. Awful!! Simply awful! Ever since Starbucks changed their reward point system and changed their birthday reward to only being redeemable on the day of your birthday, I've just quit going to Starbucks all together. The final straw that broke the camel's back was when their CEO announced he was running for president as an independent. On the day of my birthday I was already running late for work but decided to cash in on my free birthday reward. The line for the drive through had to be about 20 cars deep. Cars were backed out onto Hwy 78 just waiting to turn into the parking lot. It took about 20 MINUTES (no exaggeration), to finally get to the pick up window. At that point they were still disorganized and chaotic. The girl asked what I ordered. It was sitting right there at the window, yet she was turned around and not even tending to the customers in the drive through! I'm like, WTH???! Can I just get my free drink and be on my way?????? She finally gave me my drink and apologized for the wait saying their computers were down. Yes, I know the drink was free, but if this is the nonsense you have to put up with, forget it. Not only that, but to add insult to injury, I scraped my rim attempting to turn into their impossibly tight drive through lane. NEVER EVER AGAIN!! I've never really had that much of an issue here, but its jut a drive-thru Starbucks. I saw a review someone else posted about dirty tables yada yada, so I'm just assuming they reviewed the wrong Starbucks. There is a regular sit-down/drive thru one on 78, and there is one located in the Kroger directly behind this one. BUT, get this. I went there this week around 7:40pm(ish). The lady in the vehicle in front of me starts ordering. She had a slight accent, but I could understand her and I was sitting in the car behind her. The punk taking her order repeatedly yells at her "what do you want?" "What do you want?" "Chocolate egg, what?" (She said SAUSAGE egg, obviously you dolt)...THEN, she asks "is this how you speak to your customers?" And he says something along the lines of "they're getting mad at me in here, ma" "i can't understand you so you gotta tell me what you want, ma" and laughs like a total dipshit. You guys. I absolutely love this Starbucks! It has a drive thru which is a plus! I'm always on the go so it is really a convenient for me! Every time I order a drink, it comes out perfectly and never has an issue with it. When approaching it, the line seems long but r really does go by fast! I have never seen a Starbucks line that is long that goes fast! There is also a window that you can walk up to order your drinks! Unfortunately there is no dine-in but that is fine! read more

Trash. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I walk in, and I start ordering. I was ordering through the app (drink only I pick dessert through real life) and I find something I like. The chocolate cookie crumb creme. Thinking it was hot since it didn't say ANYWHERE that it was cold, I order it and a chocolate chip cookie. I got the cookie first and after tasting it, it tastes faintly like nuts. No where in the menu does it mention NUTS. I'm 56 percent sure they were pecans, which I HATE. I think ok, cookie was bad but the drink can't be bad, right? I was oh so wrong. I get the drink and it's cold. I still taste it and it was wretched. The only good thing these people have is hot cocoa and cake pops. read more

Location is great! Some times you will have slow service in the drive through. If I see a line and I'm in a hurry I'll just go to the one on Brand and Renner Rd. The Renner rode location is super fast. This location is still good as long as your not in a rush. read more

We come here often enough that the staff knows our name. They almost always do a fantastic job. Only every now and then do they give an order where they forgot the spread for a bagel or the drink they made was particularly messy. However, overall, this Starbucks is excellent. read more

I've been frequenting these Starbucks for business meetings. Usually it rocks at any location...free internet, good drinks, etc. This one though. The tables were all dirty, and the 5 employees watched me wipe down my own table. Me and every customer I watched for an hour waited so long for drinks. Noone seems to know what to do. So I was ordering a drink to go...waiting...waiting...acknowledgement I existed...waiting...waiting. I was the only one in line, and the drive thru girl is waiting at her spot, the dish guy is rinsing pitchers, two people are staring at poorly made drinks wondering what went wrong, and the manager walked by me over and over again. Terrible. I left. Noone said anything. I doubt they noticed. The 2 is generous, but was mostly because the router did a good job of providing internet. read more

When I got my drink today I noticed it felt lite but didn't give it much thought. I opened it when I got home to put it in my yeti and found that the cup was only 3/4 full. At $5 bucks a pop you think they would make sure they fill it properly. read more
