I was looking for a sweet special treat for my partner for our anniversary. I came across Sweet Andes page for alfajores and I was not disappointed. I put in my order super last minute luckily they were so sweet and accommodating. The service for sure was a 5/5. They answered all my questions were very communicative and had great recommendations. My favorite alfajor was the coconut one and the original. The flavor was so authentic and the cookies literally melt in your mouth. I know these were supposed to be for my partner but needless to say I finished most of them my self. Best spot in OC to get authentic and original alfajores.

I was able to pick up a 24 pack of alfajores today after just ordering them last night which was great. My mom fell in love with alfajores and we've been looking for a place who sells them but wondered if any would taste as good as the real thing but I have to say these are amazing and just melt in your mouth! There's a variety of flavors to choose from, I got classic, coconut, chocolate, matcha and guava which were all so delicious and go great with my coffee. I also appreciate the quick responses and how easy it was to place an order especially with it being last minute. I'm happy I've found a go-to place for alfajores and I can't wait to try the rest of the flavors!

Wow, this is my first time trying these. I ordered classic, chocolate, and guava flavor for galentines day. Every flavor was so delicious, melt in your mouth, buttery, flaky and each one I ate was better than the next. It was a huge hit and we devoured them quickly. The process of ordering was so simple and easy through Instagram and he immediately came out as I drove up for pick up. Would highly recommend!!! read more

My Peruvian neighbor was turning 80 and I wanted to get her something special. Found these by searching yelp. The communication was quick and clear. Pick up was super smooth and convenient. ALFAJORES! Okay so these traditional Peruvian cookies are legitimately out of this world. Different flavors available! I've tried the classic (dulce de leche), chocolate and churro. I can't stop ordering or eating these. My personal favorite is classic but I'm super into dulce de leche. I need to go back and try the guava and the chocolate dipped. They are soft and perfectly balanced in all the flavors. They make a perfect gift too, and the presentation is perfect to take with you straight to gift, but you will definitely need to order a second box so you can eat them on the way. If you're wondering why you haven't tried them yet, ask yourself whats stopping you? Best alfajores I've tried outside of Peru. Most places sell the classic ones but most of the time they're just ok or they're not fresh. Sweet Andes offers fresh alfajores and different flavors that other places don't. My favorites are the coconut and chocolate ones, but they're all delicious and alway always fresh. read more

We are a family-owned bakery in Orange, CA with South American roots from Peru and Ecuador. We created our business out of passion in baking Alfajores, the most popular pastry cookie in South America and specifically, Peru. We worked to take a generational Peruvian recipe and perfected it further. We strive to innovate with new flavors and locally sourced ingredients. We are available for individual orders and catering to events such as parties and weddings. We bake to order and have all permits and licenses required from the county of Orange to provide our customers the best experience possible from our cottage bakery. We consistently work to bring new flavors and twists on classic Alfajores.

Meet the Business Owner: J E.

Jesse is the son of Ecuadorian parents who immigrated to California at a very young age. By the age of 9, Jesse knew how to make empanadas and llapingachos by hand. He would watch his centenarian grandmother “Kika” roll, fold, and curl empanada dough with ease and he loved every minute of it. He later married his Peruvian wife who shared a generational Peruvian Alfajor recipe. At that moment he knew he had to master the art of Alfajor making and bring it to Orange County. His goal is to make the Peruvian Alfajor popular in Orange County through quality and innovation of flavors from his home bakery to consumers.

I think what stands out about Keto Bakery is that their desserts are sugar and gluten free and keto friendly, although I don't have any restrictions myself. Overall, they were tasty and were just as good as any other dessert places. It's a small place as any bakery normally is. You're in and out. Staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. For 4 cheesecakes and 2 cream pies, I was $50 out the door. Safe to say, this is a bit of a splurge. For a "healthier" alternative, I may end up here again. But to just be craving sweets, you'll find me somewhere else.

The interior was really clean, spacious, and quiet. If I wanted to find a place to study, this is the place to be! Admittedly, on my 2nd visit, I got it adjusted to 75% sweetness and did not love it as much but that is all on me. This one is best as it comes, full sweetness! I need to try other drinks but I really like the Phoenix Oolong. It's like a classic milk tea but better. Give it a try!

I dont mind the price if its called for but this isn't quality tea or fresh fruit puree drinks. The boba was hard and chewy (additional $1.30). Most expensive add on fee ive experienced. Even at more known places known for their boba charges max 0.90 Only positive is the texture of the drink is good. They've lost me.

We have made pit stops at this OG branch of Cream Pan in Tustin over the years. The location of…read morethis well-known Japanese/French bakery was unusual in that it's isolated in a corner of the El Camino Plaza. I had expected the business to be in a more high volume area, however a benefit of their corner spot was that the parking lot had plenty of spaces. There's no indoor seating, but outdoor tables were set up along the north and east perimeters of the building. I was by myself at this latest visit, and it was close to the end of the day so the inventory was quite depleted. There was no line at all which was not a surprise. The famous Strawberry Croissants and prepackaged items were on refrigerated display to the left when you walked in. As the service counter rounded a corner, there were more fresh baked goods on display before you reached a register. Across from the registers were shelves containing bags of fresh bread products. I bought a Strawberry Croissant, a Sticky Bun, a Ham and Cheese Croissant, and an Apple Croissant. The quality of the pastry dough was very good, and I could see why the Strawberry Croissant was a favorite with the customers. The croissants were light and flakey, and the powdered sugar added a delicate topping to the strawberry version. If I were to rate on just the Strawberry Croissant, then it would be five stars. My overall rating was downgraded because of the customer traffic flow. The lines can be optimized so that if you wanted to buy a six-pack of the Strawberry Croissants and/or anything prepackaged, then a separate queue should be arranged for those customers. The cafeteria trays were of limited use if you were not getting a large number of items. As you advanced in the queue, other products had to be requested from a worker behind the counter and then those were not placed on the tray. Ultimately, I think they can configure the operation to more efficiently handle the higher volume periods of the day.
