I think it has new owners or managers because it was remodeled and staff was super friendly. We were greeted with smiles and help. The ladies were quick to assist us with a cake and scoops of ice cream. The ice cream was flavorful and the roll cake was super fresh! Definitely recommend. read more

We love coming here for a nice ice cream treat. A little pricey, but the ice cream is really good. They also sell ice cream cakes and birthday candles. I stopped by this Baskin Robbin location because it was near my cousin house and my wife wanted a ice cream cone. This location parking lot is very limited so be aware of that. I was lucky to find a spot so I just waited inside the car while I wife went inside to get her ice cream. I loved ice-cream while I was pregnant. My go to was the banana royale. It's a mini banana split. There's always great customer service. I recently started going back and it's still great. There's enough parking spaces. Dude yo Covid-19 they aren't doing samples which makes total sense. I usually get two scoops for my husband , my banana royale , and a pre package Oreo ice cream and pay about $24. It's a reasonable price considering there aren't any good ice cream places. read more

The jamoca almond fudge I ordered tasted of mint - the scoops didn't look clean. So last night I went and celebrated my 31st birthday here. I chose Baskin Robins because it was formerly known as 31 flavors, and it was my mission to taste 31 flavors for 31 years. This place was great. First I chose this shop because of their hours, they are open later than most which is a win! And the place was busy, this is because on Tuesday nights it's family night and have $1 kids scoops, also awesome! However it caused me a slight dilemma, my original plan was just to taste 31 flavors, but I realized that would be a logistical nightmare because it was so busy, so we ordered 31 kids scoops. The woman behind the counter was Awesome, she thought this was a fun idea and was totally for it (at least that's how it seemed). I think this should totally be a thing! So in 2008, I ordered my then-boyfriend (now-husband) a mint-chocolate chip cake for his birthday over the phone. The birthday was on Friday, so I ordered it on Tuesday. I chose this location because it was close to Dave and Buster's in The Block where we were celebrating his birthday. When the girl asked what name she should put it under, I gave her my name: Shannon. We planned to meet everyone at Dave and Buster's at 7pm, so at 6:45, I went to get the cake since I didn't want it to melt too much before we got there. I walked in the store and said I had ordered a cake and it was under the name Shannon. The girl at the counter (not sure if it was the one who took my order) walked to the back room and came out two minutes later and said "We don't have a cake under that name." I said, "Are you sure?" She said "Yeah," and looked harried because there were screaming kids in the shop. I panicked because I thought maybe I'd called the Baskin-Robbins at the Chapman and Tustin intersection in Orange by mistake, since that one was closer to my house at the time. Now we were running late and I was afraid we were going to have to drive all the way across town to get the cake and then come all the way back. When I got back in the car and explained to my boyfriend what happened, he said I should call the number where I placed the order and ask what their address was (makes sense!). I called and they gave me the address where I was, so I went back in. I explained that I had just called them and so I knew they were the bakery I called earlier to order the cake. The girl at the counter checked again and said she still didn't have a cake under the name "Shannon" or "Shanna" or anything similar. Finally, I asked her if she had *any* cakes waiting to be picked up. She said she had one for "Yanet." Yep. Yanet. Apparently, that was what they heard on the phone and that was what they scrawled across the cake box. I didn't even know Yanet was actually a name. So she opened up the box to show me the cake and there was no writing on it, even though I'd asked for it to say "Happy 25th Birthday Ben!" when I placed the order. She told me they don't write on the cakes unless you put down a deposit beforehand (which no one had told me over the phone). She said she could write the message on the cake before I paid for it. I've uploaded a picture to show the end result. It's a bit cake-wrecky, no? The cake itself tasted fine, but the customer service/ordering process leaves something to be desired. Okay no problem, I show up and she's eating ice cream straight out of the bucket with ice cream dripping down her face. I was like wow really. JC but w/e. Turns out I drove all the way to that BR that were over selling their Funko Pops for $49.99. SRP for these pops are $12.99 why this Franchise decided to sell at 50 bucks for a funko pop is upsetting and should not be allowed. I walked out of there and very disappointing experience with customer service and with jacked up pricing on their funko pop items. read more

I asked if my toddler son could use the restroom and I guess they think they are exempt from CA law and do not allow patrons to use their restroom, had to walk through an El Pollo Loco drive-through lane to find a potty, whilst holding a toddler and 2 ice cream cones, not fun. I went to this Baskin Robbins because we were actually going to go to Rite Aide for ice cream but we had just left the park and it was hot and I wanted to sit to enjoy our ice cream, Sunday afternoon. My friend got the lave cake ice cream, and we got a small scoop for the baby and for me I ordered the brownie sundae. The picture on the wall is amazing but what I got was not even enough ice cream to touch the walls of my cup. I could not believer this woman had the nerve to give this to me claiming this is what I ordered. I will never ever ever go to this place ever again. My bill came to $16 and I would have been fine with that if I had got what I ordered. I don't mind paying for something I like and want but this goes beyond being cheated.
