We stopped into this location to get some ice-cream for ourselves and a toddler grandson. The service was good and they were welcoming and nice. The restaurant was clean as well. The music was as a bit too loud with pop music though. My main issue is the amount of ice cream they give for the money. They have lots of varied flavors and it was generally good but the scoops for an adult were not much bigger than the child scoop! We bought 2 orders of one child scoop and a 2 scoop sundae and it was $16 with no tip (the machine does not prompt and there was no cash tip area). I've been going to Baskin-Robbins for almost 50 years. I always order the same thing Jamoca Almond fudge pineapple sundae.with nuts and cherries. I always ask for extra pineapple, nuts and cherries. The scoops were measured here and small. He wouldn't give me extra pineapple sauce and wanted to charge me. I usually get extra cherries and the owner said look at the picture. You only get one. I said I guess you don't want me to come back. Bad service. I would come back if they accommodated. Extra sauce and cherries would have cost pennies. I am throughly disappointed in this location and I don't see myself returning. I went in hopes for a delicious treat and I was disrespected. I simply asked for an "extra thick" milk shake. I was unsure how to answer the question "would you like us to add more milk or extra ice cream".
