I went to the other Location in Gardena a few times, and I hated it. The last time, I walked right back out. It was always messy/ dirty. Ive gone to this Location in Torrance a couple of timestimesit has a much larger freezer with dozens of ready made cakes and treats. The young ladies there are polite and greet everyone that walks in. It's always clean and tidy. We Love Baskin Robbins! I usually go to other locations, came here last night for the first time and the cashier was friendly and very inviting the moment you step into the store. Husband and I ordered a triple scoop in a cup & a double scoop on a waffle cone price ranged from $17-$18. This location has more ice-cream variety than other locations which is appreciated. Went last night for a double scoop in a waffle bowl and the guy (who I believe was the manager/owner?) charged me double the cost as listed for the waffle cone. On top of that, he didn't give me the proper change--- purposefully left out the coins. Very shady. Never going back to this one. By far one of the best customer service I've received. I called around to all the local Baskin Robbins looking for a cake to purchase same day (9" Oreo cake). Every location I called didn't have it available, but when I called this location, although they did not have the cake available, the owner's son, Fowad said he'll get it made for me and ready in an hour. I came in about an hour later. Fowad welcomed me and brought out the freshly made cake. It looked amazing. The cake specialist, Adriana did a wonderful job and her writing she put on the cake looked really nice too (too bad I forgot to take a picture). Cake tasted delicious!! I appreciate the both of them going above and beyond by coming through with the cake in such short notice. Fowad is doing a great job managing the business and having Adriana on his team. This review is based solely on the service of Teresa. My family and I usually go to another Baskin Robbins but they were closed unfortunately. From the start she was snappy and was rushing us. Given the circumstances of covid-19 we wanted to let the party ahead of us make their choices first, and we can browse after. What's the rush right? Her eyes were dead set on us the whole time with her hand on her hip, if there was an image for impatient in the dictionary, it would definitely be a Teresa. We finally make our choices and we're ready to pay! We wanted to purchase a hand packed quart and two sundaes. But Teresa wanted to play games this evening. I had a coupon from the Baskin Robbins app that said Buy one sundae, get one for $1. She scanned it a few times and it didn't apply. She was getting frustrated saying "Well I scanned it, there's not much more I can do". Head bob and all, her attitude was in full swing at this point. We tried to separate the transaction from the hand packed pint but it still wasn't working. She wasn't really trying to work with us and I was trying to look for solutions so I can get home and eat my damn ice cream. She took $1 off the transaction and said there you go. I explained to her it was still incorrect and to ask the manager for help. She said the manager wasn't in and she couldn't ask him/her. My sister asked if she could call the manager, and she said no. She seriously just didn't want to help us. I'm at my wits end, seriously don't know how to get this coupon applied. She was growing frustrated, while my ice cream was melting. So I asked for my money back and just throw away the ice cream. I was prepared to spend $20-$25 on their ice cream, but couldn't because she refused to help us. Pathetic honestly. I've been going to Baskin Robbins franchise stores my whole life! Until today I've never been treated so poorly by any of their associates. This review is based on the terrible customer service given to us by Teresa. To start off she did not greet us. So I took it upon myself to greet her and say a friendly "hello" with a smile and got no reply. She didn't acknowledge us at all. She turned to her male co worker and told him to help us. When I ordered my banana split with the male employee he asked her for help on making it she replied with "why" with a full on attitude. I politely looked at him and told him that I would like to cancel my order, that his services were great however she had the worst customer service that I have encountered. Teresa made it so awkward with her attitude, she made us feel extremely unwanted. Ordered an ice cream cake. I asked them to write on it- Happy Birthday. The manager writes it, I gave it the benefit of the doubt. It came back like chicken scratch. I could have written better. I ask to remove it and just ended up getting a new cake. Time for ring up. The box says 54.99 and he rings me up for 55.99. I point it out. Do not go to this baskin Robbins the service is terrible. I asked for a waffle cone and they gave me a cup and when I asked them how much money it is for a waffle cone they both said different prices one said $2.00 the other said 99 cents. I asked to put each order separate and instead of doing that they added all the orders together and was playing dumb. And online it says a double scoop is $4 but they charged me $6.45 for each double scoop and the kids scoop should have been $2.29 but they charged me $4.00. Ok. Let me start by saying I got out of the car and went in Baskin n Robbin's but there was no one there to service me. The gentleman that work there started walking across the parking lot smoking a cigarette. He said, "oh I was taking a smoke break". I said ok. The gentleman proceeded to the sink and rinsed his hands. At no time did he use soap or hand sanitizer. He rinsed his hands with water for 3 seconds, dried them off and proceeded to place my order. Me being disgusted and confused because not only did he smell like an ashtray, and the store smelled like pure cigarette smoke because he just came from outside but he didn't wash his hands with soap! That is nasty, disgusting and a safe and health issue, while working with food and beverages, and never considered to wash his hands properly. Nor did he try to put on gloves. Once he turned around and asked me what I wanted, I then said, "Nevermind, no thank you", and left the store. I will never go there again. I can only imagine how many times he has done this freely. Had a horrible experience here. The guy taking my order (who i assume is the manager) asked what I wanted, I wanted a single scoop in a cup, that's all. He asked why would i want a single scoop when a double scoop is cheaper per scoop. I tell him i would just be wasting it and i only want one scoop. As i'm not paying attention he then proceeded to give me a double scoop in a large cup and charged me for a double when I asked for a single. I go back and ask for the single scoop and my money back for the difference and he gives me an attitude saying that I asked for 2 scoops when I clearly said no thank you I will just do the one scoop. He knew what he was doing my trying to upcharge me. When giving me my money back he doesn't even give me the correct about back and just gives me the bills and not the change. Just moved into the neighborhood. So we decided to get ice cream. Came to this location. As soon as we walked in the associates ignored us. Then a girl with arm tattoos told us she will be right with us and continued her conversation with her co worker about their manager and hours and talking a certain way to customers and how she can say what she feels that's her right etc.. so that was what we had to wait for seriously! Then there was one whole side of flavors that they told us they didn't have. So it was only a small variety to choose from. The girl with the tattoos was not so nice. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! every time i come here i always have a bad experience! when i get ice cream idk if he's the manager or what but he doesn't give us the full scoop! when i go to other locations they give us the right amount or more! every time i come here for a cake he overcharges! Went to this new location that recently opened up. It's near where I live. I was raised on Baskin Robbins so I was ready for some of my favorite rocky road ice cream. But the moment I went in I was greeted by staff and they were so welcoming. This Baskin Robbins is not like the ones I've been too. It's very modern and cute. They have more than just cones. You can get delicious and cute ice cream bars. I have a friends birthday coming up so I will definitely be trying their ice cream cakes! The guy who helped us (bearded), looked like he was in a bad mood. I pointed to the flavor we wanted and went for a different flavor, Im telling him "this one here," my son is also telling him "this one here" and pointing, while hes is scooping the incorrect one. He finally acknowledges us, shakes off the incorrect ice cream and with the same scoop proceeds to scoop our ice cream. Instead of cleaning it or getting a clean scooper. He finishes scooping the correct ice cream and doesnt say anything just places the ice cream on the high counter for us to reach to get it, instead of handing the ice cream to the customer.
