The selection of sneakers and clothes product was a definite upgrade to previous years. Cashier went above and beyond helping me use my app to see my rewards. I have a pocket full of winnings and we all decide to go into Coach to shop. Walking in, the greeter? Looks like my wife's aunt. She welcomes us to Coach and I said I have to hug you. She didn't understand at first but I hugged her hello. Once inside, I zero in on the Men's Sale section. I see a Coach Sweat Jacket that I'm going to wear on vacation in a few weeks. It was difficult to get them on the phone while waiting, so we had to go back to the store for updates. When it was delivered the drawer was broken, the wood rail inside was splintered. The delivery guy said he was NOT skilled in repair, but he jammed a few screws in the wood and the drawer worked. He said to call the office and they would send someone out. If I had gotten a great price I may have let it go, but we PAID full price. I did call, and they explained they had a death in the family. They lost their repair guy, so rather than screw around he said he would order me a new dresser and replace it. I offered him to refund me a small amount on the dresser and I would hire my own repair guy. He declined and said I should get a new one. That was over a year ago. We never got it. Several calls were not returned. From our experience, they have coastal furniture, just don't expect discounts, timely delivery, or follow up service. You get what you get.
