I needed a shellac manicure quickly before hopping on a flight and unfortunately I stopped by this salon due to the reviews and because it was sort of close to the airport. I don't remember my techs name but she is tallish and skinny and Def younger. I already had reservations about her working on my nails because it was pretty obvious that she was very sick (and with it being flu season, I'm sure yall can understand my hesitation). I actually asked her if she was sick, because I had to travel for a week for work and couldn't afford being sick and she said it was allergies. So I took her word for it. Moving on to the actual manicure.... It was the worst job I've ever seen. Granted, I DID say I was crunched for time but I didn't expect this bad of a job. She only did two coats of polish so you can see dark spots on the nail where there wasn't enough color. But the weird thing is, she put like 5 coats of top coat! It also looked like the paint or one of the 5 layer of top coat, "shrank" in the lamp Curing process because for three of my nails, it looked wrinkly (think shrink wrap) and it's pretty obvious on my thumb that the paint wasn't symmetrical as well. (see pics for details) And for the "massage" part of the manicure... It was basically nonexistent. She just slabbed a bit of lotion on my hands and said OK... You're done. Ridiculous. Oh and guess what? I got sick after the manicure, and went through my work training sick as a dog. If you are sick... Stay home! read more

I was in a rush to get a pedicure prior to an evening engagement. I have never visited previously. I will not return. The inside is NOT at all pleasant or inviting. The pedicure chairs has hard plastic to rest your feet. Extremely uncomfortable especially since I've shattered my ankle years ago. I like to relax at a salon, but here that wasn't possible. They are extremely friendly!! I went with Stacy to get a dip, my cuticles were in bad shape (my fault) so I knew I was going to hurt. Stacy was SO gentle and took care when around sore areas. I broke a nail a few days later so I went back to repair it and the gentleman who helped me fix it was nice too! My only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because at the end of the dip, they put the last coat and then put it under the UV light. I feel like this method made my nails very hard- almost brittle. I liked them enough to go back and ask if they can do dip without the UV light. read more

Made an appointment for a classic pedicure online late on Friday for Saturday morning. Steven did a wonderful job! Asked lots of questions about my preferences (length, etc.), paid attention to detail, and provided a very nice massage. There was initially a little confusion regarding my booking (note to self: don't wait to schedule the first appointment of the day!) but all was handled professionally and no skimping on the service. I also note that they do not carry OPI, which was initially disappointing (already had my favorite color in mind) but I found a good substitute. I will be back! read more

This place is very biased. They will make you wait longer if they think you don't have a lot of money. They size their customers up by jewelry, accessories..etc...I've seen them help someone else faster that had flashy jewelry and name brand items on. Never coming here again.
