All times, I was very satisfied with the service, friendly encounter, and how the shoes fit. He's a true craftsman who really knows his trade and always has a solution or just about any issue you bring him, whether it involves shoes, leather, or a repair you thought might not even be possible.

He told me I came in on a Sunday when they're closed, but he's there so he helped me. I stopped by as a new customer, saw the door wide open and people inside. He is good about making recommendations to not repair if he doesn't deem it worth the cost. It wasn't my favorite spot and I won't return, but maybe you'll have better luck.
