This is one of the few stores in the mall that's always open and actually feels alive. The staff are always friendly and ready to help. Sometimes they can even be a little too ready when you're trying to browse on your own. The sales and promos here are legit, and everything always rings up the way it should. I've never had an issue redeeming a code or promo from the app or email here. They're usually really well stocked, and I can always find what I came for (plus a few things I didn't plan on). Not going to lie, this place gives me a headache after too many minutes. I can't wear their lotions or their body sprays for the same reason. They burn my nose. But every once in a while, someone gifts me something from here that I love. When that happens, I go to the store and buy them out. Bath and Body Works discontinues products all the time. If you really like something, don't sit around. Chances are, it'll be gone if you wait. I absolutely love this Gingham Love sugar scrub. My skin smells and feels so good out of the shower. I smell like a rich hotel. (When you know, you know). They had 4 bottles and I bought them all. The next time I pass a BBW, I'm going to again buy the ones they have. I know this place discontinues their products and this product will be gone for good. I stock up. They're $16.50 a bottle, but if you buy 3, you get the 4th free. For the longest time I'd pick up a candle or some hand cream when I saw a Bath & Body Works at a mall when I'm shopping but was not a regular shopper. I've recently fallen in love with this store!! I downloaded their app and was so surprised at how easy it is to earn free products. You also get a birthday gift, which was a nice surprise. The have great hand sanitizer options and really cute car fragrance holders. My favorite is their spa line. Everything smells incredible. They offer everything from hand soaps, shower gel and body scrubs to lotions and creams. There's always a sale or promotion so shop wisely. You can really find good deals on almost everything in the store. I was very impressed with the staff. As I walked up I was warmly greeted and given a splash of hand sanitizer. Normally you carry a basket around but now you're given a paper shopping bag that you shop with and then use to take your purchases away. The dedicated one way to enter and another to exit to enable social distancing more easily. I was asked several times if I needed assistance which made me feel very well cared for. The store feels so happy. The colors are bright and fresh. The displays look great, are neatly organized and make shopping easy. I was so happy when this place opened in the Water Tower! The other locations seemed a little too far removed (except the one that was 5 min from my job), and I hate to pay for shipping when I can go in unless it's a hard to find fragrance. I like how they change up fragrances every few months but keep signatures around. They can keep the vanilla/marshmallow/food fragrances, blech! If you get the app they probably wont bug you for your phone number. I admit printing and pulling up stuff on my phone seems so archaic now! The store is located on the 7th floor of water tower when I visited Chicago 6 months ago. There were 5 tables of 75% off with their semi annual. Plus aromatherapy was 75% off. The workers are so friendly and nice. Loved the experience here. read more

Currently standing on Michigan Avenue killing an hour because this store's hours on both Yelp (updated two weeks ago, according to Yelp) and Google (updated five days ago by the business, according to Google) are incorrect. I just called and asked a high-attitude employee to please correct their listings and he shouted, "We don't control the site on Google!" and slammed the phone down. Right, I know YOU have no power, buddy--use your brain by contacting corporate and asking them to fix it. If I hadn't preordered a gift for a friend who inexplicably likes this place, I'd walk away and cancel the order. I came here tonight to do some shopping and couldn't because half the place was overrun with people buying candles. I also was kind of disappointed because I was looking for a specific hand sanitizer that you can buy at 5 for $6. They seem to have the scents I do not like and won't buy so you're pretty much playing a hit or miss kind of thing and they need to keep the scents that are popular and discontinue certain scents and retire them to where people can order it online. If anything else don't come here during the Christmas shopping season not worth getting stressed out over the ignorant behavior of the suburbanites who clog up this mall like an old person suffering from constipation. read more

Pushy customer service, and they do not leave you alone. Milani, Milana, Millania (?) checked me out and when I was asked for my phone number to get coupons, I said, "No, I'm good, I already get them." She persisted and said, "Well, if you give it, you get better coupon offers, etc..." I emphatically said, "No." NO MEANS NO! They ask you every 5 minutes, "Do you need anything?" Finding everything ok?" They don't confer with each other that they talked to me. And yes, the guys are a nice touch. They don't pounce like the women do! It's very uncomfortable to shop there and I don't like that! I will shop online from now on. I may get rid of my coupons I get and mail notices. And maybe e-mails. Stpp them. read more
