I always receive great service at this location. The workers are friendly and attentive, they are always offering recommendations and samples of new scent items. The store is always clean and well organized, making it easy for me to find what I am looking for and while checking out the new scents. The employees at this B&BW location deserve a raise. They're always so friendly and they put up with so much. The store is in disarray in certain areas and it's not for the employees lack of trying to keep it clean. So many teens run around this mall and are so disrespectful towards stores. I am not sure whom the demographic are for this store, or if they even know. The raging teen-20 something that loves scented lotions and 90s era Abocrombie and Fitch loud pop-esue music at a volume that makes it near impossible to think much less hold a conversation. Or The 70yr old who loves scented items and is looking for peace and needs to have music pipped up to 10 in order to hear. Either way. It's not the double income 30-50yr old household.... The products are the same regardless of where you go. But if you say want to argue that the sign is wrong and the prices aren't correct... the staff cannot hear you. Or if you inquire, you have to yell. I literally was just there. Sale is alright, but 3 get one free. No Other Sign I go to pay. That's not how it rings up. She tells me there is another sale, 50% off (um no such sign) and one item isn't on said sale. Due to the bombastic music and annoying mess, I have no energy to deal with the issue of what is or is not on sale. Give me the stuff I want, here is my money. Except. Because the blasted music, the clerks can't and don't count back the money. And they almost short me $5 in change. She didn't even look at the money when she handed it back. I mean I know cash is so out of style. But, um maybe at least make sure you have the proper number of bills, before closing the till. This bath and body works has been probably the worst one i've been too. every time you walk into the store you're greeted which is cool i guess, but there have been multiple occasions where i've either already smelled it or it wasn't something i was interested in smelling. every time this has happened i've gotten an eye roll or a nasty face. when i've asked for help to find a certain product i've gotten the vibe that i was annoying the workers. there was a time i wanted to see if one of their bags would hold their full size perfume (the bag looked pretty small) so i waited for a group of three works to stop talking before i asked if i could see if the perfume would fit, to which they stopped the conversation, and said "can i help you" in a rude tone. i asked them, and they said yeah whatever, and kept talking to each other. i've been buying candles from them for years and years now, today i went in because the candle stopped lighting. the wicks weren't holding the flames, and it would stop. so i came in, and they told me they couldn't exchange it, to which i asked what i should do, she told me wax melts. i don't have a wax burner and wasn't going to buy one bc of this one candle. so basically i was shit out of luck. so i called fashion valley bath and body works and told them the situation, and they said they would exchange the candle for me. i've been going to fashion valley for years, but recently moved out here, and all i can say is i will not be going back to this location. read more

I love Bath & Body works! I needed hand soaps for the bathroom at the house I'm living in. I ran out and needed more. I love the way this store smells. Every time I walk in, it smells so good! They have a sale on soaps. I ended up buying 6 for $25. Not to bad which included tax. I love the passion fruit scent. It cleans my hands and leaves a nice scent. I'm in love with the lotions as well. Everything here is great! Customer service was great when I checked out at the register. The lady working here was informative. I ended up returning two that were $3.50 and replaced them with the regular scents of soaps that were on sale. I'd definitely come back here or any other location within a mall to buy more soaps. I highly recommend this place if you like soap, lotions and scented sprays. They have good sales if you buy a bunch. They even give coupons online or in store. read more

I absolutely love Bath & Body Works, but this location is disappointing to say the least. I came here just after the holidays for the Semi-Annual Sale because Semi-Annual Sale (duh) and it wasn't the best experience I've had at a Bath & Body Works. The Semi-Annual Sale always has great deals on some of my favorite Bath & Body Works products and I was specifically in-store for the Wallflowers refills. They're usually $6.50, but since they were on sale, I had to take advantage of it and stock up. I wasn't shopping for any particular scents, but their selection of refills was very limited. Not to mention, there weren't any waxes that you could smell before purchasing the refill. How am I supposed to know if I like the fragrance if I can't smell it first? On top of that, my hands became very oily while rummaging through the bins because a lot of the refills were broken. The store itself was a mess. There were black spots all over the floor, trash bins overflowing, just not appealing from a customer's point of view. Customer service was lacking. There weren't any sales associates on the floor making sure their guests were doing okay while shopping. They seemed to be understaffed at the time because all of the lines were ridiculously long. I know the lines at this place are always long, but I was seriously waiting forever! Two stars because the cashier was kind enough to wrap all of my Wallflowers refills in paper for travel. read more

I must say that the staff at this store are simply amazing. While they were restocking shelves and taking care of other store duties they always took the time to see if my wife and I needed help or had trouble looking for something. The store is clean, there are plenty of deals to be had for the holidays and the selection (while sometimes burdensome) was plentiful this time around with new products. Let me just say that on this particular trip we took advantage of the "Buy 3, get 3 FREE" in combination with a "$10 off" coupon. In addition we got a free product for spending over $12 on a second purchase and ended up with 13 items for $30. Amazing deal. Went on a little shopping spree to treat myself yesterday and remembered I needed to get more hand soap. I stopped in just planning to look around maybe grab some candles and purchase hand soap. As always, I was greeted at the door. I walked two feet in and another employee asks what I was looking for to which I said a was getting hand soap and looking around. I got to the hand soap and someone else asks which scent I was looking for.. Literally less than a minute later yet another employee asks if I'm doing okay!!! Like wtf?? Being at the mall during the holidays is unpleasant. But I needed some hand cream and it just so happens that I found a gift card my mom gave me for Valentine's Day (I love that she still does that kind of thing for my sister and me). I popped in, was greeted by a very nice girl who was working hard for her commission, and even snagged a second hand cream that was priced at about 60% less than the regular price, so that was a good trip for me. The girl who checked me out was also nice too, which I appreciate since they have to deal with so many jerks this time of year. The store was also clean, well-stocked and organized. But walking in there was like walking into a wall of all their scents mashed together.. and it really didn't smell good.. add my pregnancy to the equation.. and I definitely had to walk out before I started dry heaving! Signature body sprays are $4 more than a year ago. So, even with the "buy 3 get 2 free" sale, it gets pricey. I would have given it a 2 star review but customer service and proper interaction are paramount to me. So I deducted a star for my experience today. I couldn't find a sample for a certain scent, so I asked one of the women who worked there if I could try the unopened ones. Mind you I didn't open any, I asked first. She said there's one somewhere and proceeded to look for one. She found one and handed it to me. I thanked her. The interaction should have ended there, right? But, no! She had to add a snide remark about customers wanting to bring home fresh products. Ummm, I actually am a customer, and I actually know that I myself want an unopened product to take home. Going into this store is a nightmare because the company makes the employees attack you before you can even get your thoughts together on what u want. Even when I say politely I'm just looking and try to focus on other things they bombard you with questions and promotions like you're not allowed to touch anything with out them suggesting it to you. I literally took one step and the girl was loudly telling me every promos. I told her I was just looking and I had to walk away while she was still talking cus she never stopped. Then I was barley 3 steps further and the next employee was attacking me with questions a on why I was there and what I was looking for. As if she didn't just hear the other girl do the same thing. Leave me alone let me quietly shop in peace. I felt put on the spot embarrassed harassed and I couldn't even enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the store. I felt pressured. It's Black Friday and we'll yes I do expect long lines, rude customers and crowded walk ways I don't expect rude employees. The employees here are always friendly and welcoming. My visit was great until check out. ADRIANA checked me out at the register at 11:45-12. If she's a seasonal employee I wouldn't keep her as permanent. I'm 9 1/2 months pregnant. My bags are heavy and I had one rip (from another store). When I asked to have an additional bag because I wanted to avoid my bag breaking(I bought 12 men's bath soaps) she bagged all in 1 one small bag. Her response was "it won't break, you'll be fine". I then repeated my self and said please and thank you! Her demeanor and attitude become aggressive & annoyed. She refused to make eye contact with me and didn't acknowledge or reply to me. She put my additional bag inside my other bag full of products instead of separating them. She seemed as though it was an inconvenience to do her job. I love BBW products and have shopped here for a long time. I've gotten used to the pushy greetings of employees, trying to shove a basket in your hands to get you to buy more and remember their name for their sales. But lately I've been really disappointed. I have the rewards program because I shop often enough so I might as well earn points for it. But every time I go to use the app the cashier looks completely put out. I'm sorry you have to do an extra step in your job, but typing a few codes and helping a customer stay content is not that hard. Yesterday was the worst when I spent an hour deciding on the perfect item to use my free item reward on, got to the front of the line, and they said "We don't honor that anymore." Excuse me? I've been a loyal shopper here for how long and have used my free item rewards here how many times and all of a sudden you're taking it away? They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or offer anything to make up for it. So now if I want to use my reward I either have to drive an hour to another store or I have to go online and pay $10 to ship a free item. I would think it's obvious, but this is causing me and other frequent customers to lose incentive to shop here. I called customer service about this and even though they couldn't do anything at the store level, the representative did say she had no idea why a store would suddenly no longer honor rewards. It's ironic that this store tries so hard to have excellent customer service when you walk in, yet it's lacking so horribly when you go to check out. read more

Came to the mall after the wild animal park this weekend to check out what after Christmas/pre-New Year's deals were happening. Bath and Body Works had a pretty good sale and was soooo crowded. The smell is completely overwhelming as a whole, but the individual scents smell lovely on their own. I am particular to moonlight path myself. Everything they sell here makes a great gift for that special lady in your life, or next to a shake weight this is good for the coworker you just simply don't know what to get. read more

I find the remodel uninspiring. The decor is to dark, with not enough good lighting. I've gone in several times and was unable to find help, and the lines are to long to check out. The product set up makes it difficult to find what your looking for. I would suggest that fragrances and candles be displayed together. When I think of Bath and Body products I think of clean, warm with a Spa feel. I shop on line now. Still love the products. read more
