The woman behind the counter was incredibly cold and appeared to be in a terrible mood. While we waited, a salesperson checked the back for two items that weren't on the floor. When she returned empty-handed, the manager, Veronica, suggested ordering other items online. We asked if we could quickly grab one item from the front that we knew my daughter liked, but Veronica flatly said, 'No, you're going to have to come back.' I asked if she was serious, as I was spending $150 and found it ridiculous that we couldn't grab one final item. She eventually told us to 'go ahead,' but with a lot of attitude.
