Been going here since a young kid with my mother, over a decade. I always recommend researching products as the employees are not necessarily trained cosmetologists, but I feel like by 2025 they have VERY reasonable prices, usually beating walmart and target depending on the product--maybe not in comparison to salon depots but if you don't have a license, they carry toners and other products not readily accessible to the public consumer. They have helped me to find a replacement vol developer that would be compatible since they don't carry Redken (my only main complaint lol) and have been pretty nice and helpful throughout several years of colored dying, and bleaching. Usually remember to ask about rewards and phone number points and I still put everything on my mom's long-term rewards account.

I'm seriously so embarrassed of this haircut, I spend more time hiding it than I do trying to have it down, Everytime I see it I'm filled with regret and have to mourn the loss of my hair (I know dramatic but it feels that bad, I cut off probably 10-12 inches of hair.) It looks nothing like the photos I showed them. Nothing. I went back and they tried fixing it and somehow made it worse, I cried. I took a gamble, and I lost, and it was quickly the worst decision I've made in a long time.
