All bath & body works are pretty similar in setup and display, especially during the holidays or a new season. This location and almost every one I've been to obviously smells delicious! I'm going to review them only from an online order in store pick up perspective. First, ordering online when you know you're going to be out and about and can pick up in a few hours is super convenient. The only downside is you're limited to the inventory a store has on hand. Otherwise, you'll have to go the shipping route. Every visit, everyone has been welcoming and polite. They don't ever miss the mark there. For the most part, my order and pickup works out. You have 5 days from purchase date to pick up the order. My last order, I received an email saying "thank you, you've picked up your order" kind of deal after 2 days. I normally pick up within 24 hrs but life was life'ing. I call the store and honestly no one really knows what happened to my order. I'm assuming it was accidents given to someone else. Normally, not a big deal - unless it's the scent you really want and there aren't anymore. I know accidents happen and I certainly could have gotten a refund but I was out of the product and so I needed to leave with something. The manager was apologetic & helpful. While they couldn't get me the same scents, she did pull some for me. That's cool but when you purchase these items during a sale, they offer select items and not any scent of your choice. That's the only step I would have preferred in the customer service experience. I should have been allowed to choose whatever scent I wanted since it wasn't my error. But since, I could have just taken the refund, I'm only taking one star because I would have been inconvenienced if I had taken the refund AND, the select scents are not the scents I would have preferred. While I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and offered assistance and a basket, I was surprised while checking out and saying "Thank you and Merry Christmas" to the cashier who responded with " you too"! As I thanked another associate, who had been very helpful and wished her a " Merry Christmas", she also responded with "you too". First, I'll point out that the map seems to show this location at or near Redland Rd/281, but it's at the Northwoods shopping center on 281 just inside Loop 1604. Dropped in today on my way to a pedicure appointment with a last minute idea to buy a little something for my pedi girl. I sniffed and sampled so many things, then a nice blonde salesperson took a break from stocking tables and offered to assist me (I say blonde salesperson because I failed to get her name, sorry!) She helped me navigate some of the products and shared some of her favorites with me, which was extremely helpful! Plus they were having a great sale (so I left with more than I went for) AND when I told her these items were a gift, she went and found a cellophane bag, a ribbon, and a card so that I could wrap it up nicely for presentation. She certainly didn't have to do that, but she went above and beyond to make it look special. I plan to go back tomorrow to grab a few more things! I have been a bbw customer for over 10 years . I bought their Spring collection of candles and I am very disappointed! The candles smell great when you open the lid however when you burn them there is no fragrance. I allowed mine to burn at least 1 hour and nothing ! Normally I light my candles and within 15 min I can smell them . I don't know if it is a bad batch however I am taking them back and exchanging for the older ones read more

I love this convenient location because it's not attached to the mall, so offers an opportunity for you to stop in quickly if you are dropping by HEB. The staff are always super friendly, greeting you and asking if you need help. I had purchased a product that rusted over time and they were able to allow me to exchange it for another item at no cost. Because of their outstanding customer service and trust, I will continue to go back to this store! It's also usually not crowded so it's easy to come in, find what you need and get out. It doesn't have the extended product coverage of the huge stores at the mall, but's its enough to come in to grab a few items. read more

I only shop at B&BW for home scents, candles and soaps unless I've got a lil girl to buy a gift for, I stay away from their girly lotions and sprays. My ex liked their selection of men's sprays- the Noir is my favorite and Twilight Woods is pretty good too. I love that there are so many candles at this location all right in the front!! They come out with new scents according to season ALL. THE. TIME!! Do not be fooled by their body washes that say they are moisturizing and have Shea butter!! Moisturizing my ass!!!!!! I don't really have sensitive skin but their soaps and even lotions have made me itchy and dry. The lotions they had (or use to have? I was recently sucked in to the never ending spiral of Bath and Body Works promos, coupons, and sales. They had a sale on 7 bottles of hand soaps for $20. I must have been on a retail promo high that day, and have no remote strategy on how we're going to go through so many bottles of smelly soaps before the next sale. At the same time, I've become obsessed with one of their scents, so I have no problem going through the shower gel. This makes their coupons perfect little sucker enabling vehicles. The reduced prices make BBW shweeet, but holding on to coupons and periodically checking expiration dates are a bit of a chore, yet I won't quit returning anytime soon. read more

Had so much trouble with getting things straightened out! I usually use my Victoria Secret credit card for bath and body (yes it's posible lol) so I was ready to purchase 12 candles at 8.50 shoot I'll break the bank lol. And usually I just need my phone number and that's it! But when I got up there Sarah (the manager) told me that they changed the whole system and that they were not able to do that anymore. Then of course I said "what??" Lol so I was ok here is my account. And she said no not even with that, we can't even manually input that info anymore. I was:( so I said ok I'll be back I will find my Victoria secret credit and come back, please hold items, got home decided to call 1800 to clarify what Sarah said. Well the rep. Told me totally opposite, that Sarah was wrong and I just needed my id. So here I go again to the store, I spoke to Sarah told her what they told me and she said not they are wrong:/ so she went ahead and called them up and she said she told them that they need (Vitoria secret) to stop telling customers they don't need their cards, anyways so I was told I was going to get a new card (don't need it now lol) but Sarah for all my troubles helped me out. I was never at any point rude nor was she. We got things straightened out. And thank god i was there when one of the reps was showing another customer my hold!
