This location never gets busy throughout the year. Then during the holidays they turn off their in store order pick up. This is only location that turns it off. Smh. Then we are forced to pay shipping?! Ridiculous! Hire more staff. read more

I've never had a problem with this store until today. I ordered my product online at 11:00am to pick up. I was to get an email when it was ready. I called to check on my order after waiting 3 1/2 hrs. and was told I would get an email. It has now been 5 hrs. and still no response. Not very good customer service. read more

Stopped in yesterday to grab fillers for gifts and had great time shopping! The employee Sav helping me was the sweetest and took time to help me find a product that each person would like and more. Also let me have time to look around before making final decisions I know she had to help at the register but said if I have any questions to let her or the other employees know. She also helped at the register to make sure I got all my coupons and deals. Great shopping day will definitely have to come back! read more

Rub a dub dub! Bath and Body Works is a good place to pick up gifts for your favorite peeps. It is also great for when you just don't know what to buy for your coworker, brother's girlfriend, fill in the blank____. I'm not really into the fragrances. I do like the True Blue Spa line for hand and foot lotions. So moisturizing! Chapped hands and feet are so unnecessary. I also LOVE the Henri Bendel line of candles and room diffusers. They have such interesting fragrances. Firewood, Cinnamon Bark and Vanilla Woods to name a few. Enjoy! ;) read more

I loved Bath & Body Works for years. Not anymore. If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter and I were very excited to receive coupons in the mail. Today we went to Bath & Body Works to use the coupons. We picked out the items and went to the register where we were told that the coupons had expired in 2020. I told the cashier that the coupons had just come in the mail and that I was absolutely certain of this. She tried to hand the coupons back to me and told me to contact the corporate office. I simply will not waste my time. It would only be my word against theirs. I can't prove that I didn't have the coupons siting around for a year, but I know! If they have sent out expired coupons in error, they have had plenty of time to rectify the situation since they expire November 8th apparently 2020 not 2021. I refuse to support businesses that play games like this with their customers. I know most people would just go ahead and purchase the items. Not me, I told her that I no longer wished to purchase the items even though it qualified for buy 2 get 1 free. I simply will not give in to a come on like this. A company should not get away with sending out coupons that expired a year ago and then benefit from people who go ahead and purchase their merchandise anyway. There are many companies that don't stoop to such behavior to gain sales and supply as good or better products as Bath & Body Works. I will simply buy my merchandise from them and never darken the doorway of Bath & Body Works again! read more

Talk about customer service, whoooooweeee! They rocked it, every staff member in there was awesome and super friendly. This store feels more welcoming than the one in the Modesto Mall. Loved that I got awesome deals and was able to score great yummy smelling goodies for myself. My favorite products in there are the candles. Love warming up my house with the great smelling candles. Love their twisted peppermint the best. Can't forget the awesome smelling hand sanitizer as well. I use a lot working with kids, so I'm always stocking up. read more

Went in a couple days ago to get a gift for my mother and had a lot of help! The staff was very very friendly and one of the staff members named Drew had made sure I knew every special going on which was very helpful. I am writing to let you know that this store does not offer a bathroom. My friend who was shopping with me has a colostomy bag and needed to use the restroom. They told us to go a few stores down to the Safeway. We spent over $200 and can not believe they would not let us use the bathroom. It is only for employees. They said it is a liability to let the customers use the restroom. We will not be back! read more
