I love this place. They have the best scents from sweet to citrus. My favorites are the peach, strawberry, and champagne toast. The hand sanitizer holders are so cute too. I got a penguin wearing a rhinestone scarf last year for the holidays. Can't wait to see their new holiday line this year. The body mists are the best. They smell delicious spraying on! The perfumes last longer and are great too. Meet the SA today, Teri was the best. She knew all the products. She was so helpful. She was able to help on the sales floor and at the register. First of all, it is hotter than satan's sauna in this store. The only air conditioning is over the employees at the checkout counter. Secondly, the selection and stock are severely lacking. They're out of all the popular items, but have tons of fragrances no one wants. They tell you to just order online. Lastly, their return/exchange policy is abhorrent. If you return something from the Buy 3 Get 3 sale, you do NOT get your fair amount back. Their policy shorted me $40. Hopefully they'll use that extra money to invest in air conditioning to keep their customers comfortable. I sweated out and ruined a $260 hairstyle waiting in line in what felt like 80° when it was 60° outside. I love B&BW products but I won't be returning to this store. And I urge you to make SURE you like what you're buying during sales, because you won't get back the full amount you paid if you need to return anything. read more

This is my go-to location. I love how amazingly close to home it is. The best part, for me, is that it's one of the few location not inside a mall. Which is great because not only does it make the store less crowded, but super convenient to visit. It's nice not having to park in a crowded mall parking structure, walk through the crowds, just to purchase one small item at Bath & Body works. With this location I can park right up front, head in, and buy what I need super efficiently! The line for checkout can get long during the holidays but there is usually never a long line during the weekdays. So far at this location the employees have been great. Very warm and welcoming and knowledgeable about the current products and promotions. They have always been readily available to help me out and answer my questions. Went in on the busiest day with the $9.95 candle special. The place was packed and they had a lot of staff. Aaron on the floor, was a great help, assisting us with our items. Bath and Body Works SEMI ANNUAL SALE!! Woo hoo!! Truthfully, I didn't know they had a sale, but the stars aligned and I scored a great deal for my haul of pretty smelling goodies. Covid Safety - Clearly labelled 6ft distance for waiting in line inside and outside of the store, limit 15 shoppers, sanitizer offer at the entrance and your shopping bag are the bags you check out with. Face mask enforced for both staff and shoppers. My fav Peach Bellini 3-wick candles were 50% off! So it went from $24.50 to $12.25. I only bought 2 but in retrospect I really wish I bought more! I also got a Pretty as a Peach foaming sugar scrub ($16.50). No discounts, I just needed the item to be smooth for my date. I was able to apply my birthday rewards discount against the full price of the item. The sugar scrubs are gentle and they make your skin extra extra smooth!! Teheehee!! ;) Exfoliate errrrthang!! I also got pocket size Sweet Pea anti bacteria ($1.95) to keep in the tiny purse I planned with my outfit for my date. I also got 2 Cucumber Melon lotions ($3 semi annual pricing). This is a discontinued scent that only comes around during the annual and semi annual sale. I love this scent! Nothing like post exfoliation lotioning to make me extra smooth and soft. The long line was worth it for all of the deals I got! Gabby was super sweet and professional at check out. There was one product I grabbed that was the expensive version, and she said there was the exact same thing with different package that was one sale and she ran to grab it for me! She was so sweet! There was no survey on my receipt or else I would have definitely gone on and done it for her. Love shopping at Bath and Body works. Typically find great deals on soaps, 1 or 3 wick candles and various accessories. However my recent shopping experienc here was under par. I came on a Tuesday at 11 am so it wouldn't be as crowded. I came to pick up my online orders. There were a few staff that greeted me as I entered the store, which was nice to start off. As I went to the back of the store to wait in line to pick up my items, I had to wait a long time. The main issue is that there is still only 1 line for all customers. There wasn't a separate line for online pickup. There were 4 staff behind the registers. One was just putting candles in plastic sleeves. One was doing pickup, and the other 2 were ringing up customers. It was annoying for me to wait in the same line as the customers behind me were assisted first. Then when all the in-store customers were assisted the same 2 ladies finally said they could help me. This is confusing as why didn't they help me earlier for my pickup order? Why did I have to wait for in store customers to be finished before they helped me? It doesn't make any sense. Plus, when I got in line there was only 1 in store customer behind me and then while I waited for the 1 pick up lady to finish, more in store customers got in line. A total of 5 in store customers got helped before I was finally helped. Geez!!! Management really needs to reconfigure this situation better. The 1 staff they was putting candles in plastic sleeves was also texting on her phone so pretty much not doing her entire job. The only good thing was the 1 greeter that I saw earlier. She saw how heavy my online pick up was and offered to help me to my car. Too bad I didn't catch her name because she was the best staff that I encountered that day at this location. read more

Did you know they do hassle free returns. I love that I can shop here and not worry about purchasing the wrong item because I can always take it back and exchange get it for the right item. I really only go here for the candles but it's a great place to stop in to engage your sense of smell. It's amazing how calming or uplifting of an effect a beautiful scent can have on you. I love the variety of scents in the 3-wick candles and have been a loyal customer for probably 20 years or more. My issue is that over the past year I have been experiencing more and more candles with wicks that don't work after I light them a few times. Typically one of the wicks goes under the wax and then I have a 2-wick candle with a lot less scent. I've tried to return them a few times and it was quite difficult and who wants to have to keep bringing defective merchandise back? Bath & Body Works needs to work on quality control. I was making a purchase today when I overheard an employee being so rude and condescending to a customer. The customer was returning a candle because it damaged the glass or something. I'm not sure what the issue was but I heard Cecelia say very rudely " you didn't trim the wicks!!!! This candle is 2 yrs old!!!! If you stop talking I'll explain the policy!!!!Really making the poor lady feel bad. From what I saw the lady was nice about it and was explaining that the candle may have been old because she buys in bulk and just started to recently burn it. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Pam. She checked me out and got my online order. I honestly dread coming to this location because I feel like they are so pushy & invasive but it's the closest to my house. Pam was so kind, took time to figure out my coupons, DID NOT HASSLE me about putting in a phone number-i have had cashiers before act like it was a personal attack- she respected the fact I get my coupons in the mail & that's how I shop!! I received outstanding customer service at B&BW Tustin Marketplace earlier. I went in during my lunch break and there were 3 girls. I forgot the names of the 2 girls but one of the girls helped me find the Chasing Fireflies scrub and she also let me know that I can use my $10 off $40 coupon with the sale items. She educated me about the sales where I can't use the coupon. Then the other girl is Cecilia. She is very helpful too, she held on to my items when I needed to jump on a quick call. Also, when she rang me up, she made sure that the price are ringing up correctly and that my calculations matches the system. We went through each item together thoroughly. She really took her time helping me. The service I got from this B&BW is above and beyond. I didn't see them get pissed off by me and by my attention to details. They are cheerful and looks like they are enjoying their job. Hope all employees in other B&BW stores adopts this attitude. read more

This is definitely a quieter location than Fashion Island or South Coast, and seems bigger too. They have a lot more stock available, so if I lived closer I would definitely make this my most frequented location. This time in particular, I asked an associate about a candle that I didn't see on the floor. She said she would go to the back and check for me. FIFTEEN MINUTES of me waiting, and she comes out the back to return to helping on the floor WITHOUT coming to tell me if the candle is in stock. I'm 99% sure she didn't look. We just left BBW to sample new scents and restock my body wash and gel products....we all took advantage of their 3-wick candle sale. We were greeted by Pam when we walked through the door and were given a shopping basket. She walked us through the new fragrances. We walked through the store looking for soaps and sprays and were helped by Natalie and Heidi. All staff had smiles on their faces and were so helpful. We were lucky to have Natalie check us out. Bought the new jelly body wash, plus they also have a fun new unicorn foam hand sanitizer that my daughter loved. The extra star is because I actually like the scents of the products. The reason for my low review? Atrocious customer service, possibly prejudice CS reps. My girlfriend, purchased over $250 of products online. The online order did not come with their gift bags and ties so she went into the store to ask for some. She was told she could only get 10 bags and that it was a company policy. My girlfriend offered to show the receipts and even then they would not give her the extra bags. At that point she left the store. Fast forward a day and I walk in the store and ask for 22 bags, enough to wrap most of the products we purchased. Without hesitation I was given the bags and ties. No company policy seemed to exist for me. I appreciated that I was given the bags but still upset they gave my girlfriend the run-around for no reason. I will continue to do business with Bath and Bodyworks, just not this location. read more

When I was there I needed some information about A man product lady that came to help was rude talk so loud as if she thought I was deaf so I ask another young lady name Jessica she was so much help she was so polite and even had a sense of humor when I asked to speak to her manager she pointed to the first lady that was helping me out that was rude she was the manager WOW! One of the customers noticed that the first lady was rude to me. I think she need to go to anger management class if she's working with the public but Jessica I'm going to give you your props thank you Jessica even though your manager was rude. I love this Bath and Body Works for the sole purpose it is NOT in a mall! I loathe mall shopping and this location makes me super happy for not having to brave the crazy mall goers. Everyone here has been friendly for the most part... I recently found the Ocean scent for men, and I love it. I bought a bottle of the lotion for myself... I dont know what it is, I love cologne and I like to wear it myself sometimes. I absolutely love the warm vanilla sugar as well. It seems to me the last few times I have been to B&BW, all of their new scents are VERY musky. Every single one of them. Im not sure why, but I do not like them at all. Hopefully they get off the musky trail soon! It also seems as if every time I really fall for a scent, it gets discontinued... its a bummer. Some of my other favorites are Moonlit Path, Winter Candy Apple... I just saw Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin and Twisted Peppermint on their site... I am SO going to have to go back this week and check those out! They sound amazing! read more

This place is great and the discounts are amazing. First off, they recently remodeled it and it looks great. There's a very homey and relaxing feel as soon as you step into the store. The staff is amazing too. They greet you upon entering and help you while browsing the store. As usual, I love coming here whenever I have a reward or birthday gift so I make it worthwhile. They had so many items on stock and so many new fragrances which was a plus. It was easy to find the items I was looking for which made it easier to shop. They now have a mini register at the front of store so if you pay with credit card, you can conveniently pay for your items there. I wish I remembered the girls name that rang me up because we had a good little conversation about our first concerts. Such great customer service! Employees are friendly and engaging. They are all welcoming and open to questions. If they aren't sure about something, they will work with each other to help the customer. From a corporate level, I am LOVING that they have moved towards vegan products. They have not tested on animals for a while but recently, noticed that their bottles have an added label of vegan! No animal by products or testing on animals from such a large company, which products that smell good and are reasonably priced... cannot ask for more! read more
