Went it to make a return and purchase an Apple Pencil and a NutriBullet. I'm taking off one star because there was no one working electronics. I waited over 10 minutes after pushing buttons in both electronics and toys. I'm taking off another star because once someone showed up, she said she needed to go to the back to check for the item. I waited over 10 minutes this time. I'm taking off my third star because when I went to the front to speak to manager, and leave without my NutiBullet and Apple Pencil, she only thanked me for the feedback. She didn't offer to help me get the Apple Pencil. The store looks great. Service is non-existent. read more

I'm very disappointed with this Target. The Arrowhead water cases are constantly smashed and damaged. Water is a basic need, and this location can't even keep the cases in decent condition. I tried calling to speak with a manager, but no one answers the phone. This place can't seem to keep anything together. Very poor customer service. read more

I stop by here to get rest of my order. It took them kind of long to bring my order which it was one item and i had that assumption that my order wasnt ready eventhough i got an email that its ready. There is a pretty big room for online pick up order/ exchange and etc...So keeping the order on that big room made better sense for me...Overall, this Target has a great employees and they are very friendly. They are pretty much busy and they also have CVS pharmacy inside. The selection of the items are pretty big and i love their Barbie/doll department. There is always smth new that catches my eyes and value wise they are very affordable. There is also huge parking lot outside and this target is easy to access. read more

I happened to be in the area and needed a few items. Clean and organized. My niece and I were looking for Halloween decor but school supplies were still in that area they use for upcoming "events." Wr asked an associate for assistance. He was so kind and helpful, greatly appreciate him going above and beyond. This doesn't happen often enough. Had a drive up member give attitude. I completely understand there are busy times, but you are a target around a mall. There are people coming from the movies and needing to do a quick pick up. There is no need for attitude and lectures to tell a guest on how to do a pick up order. We even helped put in heavy items for them and continued unprofessionalism. Targét has always been my main go-to store for almost everything. It pretty much has everything, even a Starbucks, and an AT&T station inside! I actually purchased my current iPhone with an AT&T rep at the Target. First they waive the activation fee, and Target gives an extra amount off just for purchasing in their store. I will be getting my new phones at Target from now on! Using their app is also so helpful too. You can order online and park at the designated spots where an employee will bring your items out to you. Or if shopping in-store, you can click search for anything in the app, and it will tell you what aisle that product is in. You also get 5% off every purchase with Target Circle. They email you constant deals for cash off approved purchases. And if you sign up for their credit card, you get $50 back after spending that amount on the new card. I pulled up, and before I could even finish lip-syncing to my "Hot Girl Errands" playlist, a team member appeared like a red-shirted ninja, bags in hand, vibes immaculate. She greeted me with the enthusiasm of someone who actually enjoys their job (rare these days), confirmed my name (yes, it's me, the woman who placed 17 separate orders in one day), and loaded everything into my trunk with the precision of a NASA engineer. It's giving: "We know you don't want to unbuckle your screaming toddler." It's giving: "We saw your greasy bun and respected your need for speed." It's giving: "Your order of oat milk, crayons, and adult diapers is safe with us, no judgment." Fast. Friendly. Freakishly efficient. Target Tustin Drive-Up, you're the real MVP of my chaotic mom life life. P.S. You saved me from entering the actual store and spending $200 on candles I don't need. Just started going to this Target and I love it! It was very large, and well maintained. The store has a great selection of items in stock. There is also a Starbucks and a grab and go section for quick bites. My favorite feature of this location is their self checkout. I think they have about 6-8 stations which makes self checkout go by super quick! I also love that they have a floral section right when you walk in and the flowers looked gorgeous too! Parking here is super easy and you'll definitely be able to find a spot easily. read more

The place is clean, but the workers are incompetent. You get more information from the AT&T workers hanging out in the back of the store, who don't even work here. I'm not joking, a worker (you had to click a button for them to show up) looked like he was working on a ship, stopped, acted like the sun was shining in his face and put his hand over his eyes with a squinted look like he saw a pirate ship floating across the store. This was my favorite part about it, he didn't even help us, he helped a different customer. It's simple, this store hired a bunch of kids who are simply too nervous to do their jobs, so they find half assed other junk to do while they're on the clock here. You need actual sales floor workers here, workers just like those AT&T guys who are selling their crappy services. Anyways, you have a bunch of idiot kids working here, with zero work experience and no etiquette. They're highly professional in telling customers they simply can't help them, but then again most workers these days get fired when they say, "I don't know." It's funny how they focus on not getting fired using wording over helping actual customers around. You can ask them where to find dishwashing soap and they'll tell you all some oral history of Mr. Clean till you get sick of them, bored, and wonder why they didn't answer where the dishwashing soap was and you walk away. I have been repeatedly overcharged for items marked on store shelves as being on sale...only to get home and discover I did not receive the sale price advertised in the store! The shopping carts have rickety wheels like the Flintstone's car and are hard to push...I have to exhaust myself pulling out one shopping cart after the other, for up to 15 min to find a shopping cart that pushes smoothly without noise, vibration or resistance. A lot of the shopping cart wheels have years of hair wrapped around the wheels! And no one seems to pressure wash the carts to clean them. There are only one or two handicap carts and batteries are typically dead. I also went to shop for women's under-ware and they now hide the under-ware in drawers, in disgusting heaps and the drawers are filled with dirt and mountains of dust bunnies...like you really think I am going to buy my under ware out of a mangled heap pile living in a disgusting dirty dusty drawer that has been pawed on by whomever? Additionally there are only 1-2 check out staff working and or aisle open and so it is not easy for anyone whom is disabled and would like assistance at checkout! I am really disappointed with this location! In general I love Target but some of them are just not staffing them to serve customers. read more

Many times, a large retailer gives subpar service due to the turnover within the store. But I want to specifically celebrate manager Brandon for using a human and kind approach to resolve a gift issue. He took his time to listen, explained what he could and couldn't do, and found a solution to resolve it as reasonably as possible. We shop a lot at this target, and it is people like Brandon who give me more faith that humanity can still be genuine and real. this has to be the worst Target in Orange County. the amount of things not in stock, not prepared in the cafe section (Starbucks, snack etc) and the lack of knowledge of the employees to redirect you to the product your looking is honestly worrisome and makes me feel they are getting paid to fill the store. I popped in to pick up baby formula and a few other things, with my newborn and special needs 15 year old in tow. I looked around for a Carolyn's Cart (special needs shopping cart some stores have including Target) as my son is too big for a regular cart but can't walk through an entire department store on his own and I couldn't safely keep him by my side walking while pushing a regular cart and holding a baby. When I didn't see one, I asked a worker if they have one, he says yes but he didn't know where it was. Ok fair... but then he asked me if I looked outside for it. At this point I'm holding my fussy newborn with one hand and trying to hold onto my disabled son with the other hand to prevent him from running away, clearly struggling... and I legit stared at him speechless for a minute to see if he was joking or actually was telling me I should go outside and walk around and search for this cart anywhere in the massive parking lot while somehow managing the kids.. I really wanted to say if it were possible for me to walk my son around a busy parking lot (and dangerous for him since he has ZERO safety awareness) I probably wouldn't need the cart to begin with. But I kind of mumbled and asked where he meant- and he repeated himself and told me I "should go look outside". The irony of all of this is that I actually would avoid shopping at Target but for the fact they happen to have Carolyn's carts. Then when I need it I can't access it and -shock and awe- the employee doesn't actually care to do his job collecting carts even when a family in need requires it to shop there. More proof that woke corporations love to virtue signal up a storm but don't actually give two licks about people with disabilities. Or anyone else. Icing on the cake- went into the bathroom and it was absolutely filthy, with nasty floors and grime everywhere, and broken soap dispensers so nobody can actually wash their hands... including employees. :/ And then I notice a sign on the door where a manager named JR was signing off each hour that this cesspool was "acceptable"... JR needs higher standards, I can't imagine what his own bathroom looks like if this is what he considers ok! I had to laugh though because someone wrote a note on it that said what I'm sure everyone notices. Me and my wife were checking out at the cash register at around 10:10 PM when we noticed the women in front of us was holding a Lizard in her hand. I addressed her that it's against the law to bring such animals to the store. She apologized and moved on. When my turn came to be assisted I told the employee that he should address such things when he sees it. All the sudden another employee jumps and tells me that I am not allowed to talk to his co worker like that and called security on me. Your employees should be better trained to handle situations like that. I will be submitting a complaint to the health department very soon to insure that this does not happen again. read more

This particular location is my favorite Target. This store is very large and they are always well stocked with items you need. They also have a full Starbucks inside which is nice if you want a drink before or after you shop. They have lots of bread in the food/market section which is also nice. My only con is that some of the checkers don't bag your groceries. read more

This location is located in the center of the Tustin Legacy shopping center, which makes it very convenient to get all my errands done in one area. there's also plenty of parking. The customer service section is efficient and the lines always go by very quickly. I like that they have a self check out area in addition to many cashiers on hand to lessen the wait time in line. I noticed that the inventory listed on the Target app doesn't always match the actual inventory at this location. One item that I looked up showed out of stock but it was certainly in stock when I arrived here. read more

I'm a shipt shopper with over 2500 deliveries, from Target alone. I go to a LOT of Targets. This one is BY FAR...the most mismanaged, unorganized, half-run store in the entire Southern California. They don't hire employees. They hire part time "hero's". They pander to the kids they hire and don't make them work. There is ZERO expectation of customer service. I went to men's pants today. 8 different styles and 6 different colors, all mixed up on different racks...some even in piles. Women's section...all organized and color coded and neatly kept. You're not inclusive or tolerant. You pander to a vocal minority and leave everyone else with the mess you call customer service. I asked someone in the towels area for help with a tub. They said "uhhh yeah.....uhhh....i don't work that department. If you go over there, and see a red cart...there's probably someone near that cart you can ask. Go wait over there" ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!? You hire kids....you get a store run by kids. ZERO customer service. ZERO accountability. Unorganized. Old food. Long lines. Rid attitudes. Target app accidently used our 15% Baby Registry on a single carton of milk so we explained to the store manager what happened. She said to go return it and it will return our 15% off coupon. It didn't. Then she started to backtrack on her word that she just gave us. I explained I've already added hundreds to my registry already and ready to buy soon - but this error would have cost me hundreds more in savings. She blew it off and didn't care. I placed an online order and when I picked it up and got home none of my cold items were there. I had to go o to the app to report it which then made me call and after being transferred twice finally was refunded. Today I went to open the box of 92 coffee pods I bought and the box was opened and missing items. I again reported it and the agent told me that they confirmed this was a successful pickup and target cannot offer a resolution. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me they already talked to them and there is nothing more that they can do for me. I am so done with Target. Their customer service has hit rock bottom. Love this location and it typically has everything that I need. All the staff is friendly, opens up additional checkout aisles, if things start to get crowded. This location strictly follows covid measures and regulations. All carts, baskets and self check out is constantly being sanitized and wiped down. There's also a Starbucks there which has a decent barista. The only downfall is you can't drink your beverage in the store (but I understand it's because of covid) read more

I love Target. I don't love this Target. I actually think this is one of the worst ones I have been to for customer service. I get it, nowadays there are self check out to be fast and convenient but really just have one register open for those who need to buy gift cards or alcohol. In my case I needed two gift cards and I stood there waiting for the 5 people in front of me to get checked out. As the line grew and my patience even more so, my record time for gift cards was 30 minutes. I stood there waiting for that long for a quick gift card buy....I couldn't leave because I didn't have time to go to another store to pickup gift cards elsewhere. Terrible management at this store . All self checkout lines closed and the small check out line near the front by Starbucks has been closed all year. What a huge inconvenience to people that are checking out with 10 items or less . Waiting an additional 15 minutes in your store to checkout is insane. This location offers Curbside Pick-up, and my BF needed to get a filing cabinet for the new work from home situation. He needed it right away so I looked for reasonably priced ones in stores that had Curbside pick-up since we don't go in to stores since the pandemic. Tip: Currently to utilize Curbside PickUp instead of order pick-up in store, you have to order via the Target App. Ordering it through the app was easy, and I got my notification that it was ready pretty quickly. I let them know we were coming through the app as well when we were about 15 minutes away. They have a few parking spots somewhat near the Order PickUp sign in the side of the store designated for Curbside. I just popped open the app again once we parked in one of those spots. They came out pretty quickly, and the employee was wearing a mask. We popped the truck, he placed the filing cabinet right in, closed the truck and headed back. No muss, no fuss. read more
