My family wanted wings tonight for dinner, so I decided to drive to this location around 6:50 PM on Wednesday night. Upon arrival, the entrance door was propped open due to what I assume the A/C was not working based on how hot it was in the lobby. I asked to place an order at the counter and the female employee stated, "We are only taking online order". Ok, no problem. I go outside, sit in the car to order online and I am still not able to order online. So, I went back inside and told the same employee that I cannot order online either. The system is not taking any orders. I quote word for word from the female employee "We turned online ordering OFF because we are very busy right now. You can try and place your order later". REALLY. You just told me less than 5 minutes ago, I had to order online. I saw four employees, two sitting in chairs in the kitchen area, one employee walking around, and one employee filling up the ice machine. No wings cooking because I could clearly see all the cooking fryers with empty baskets. Also, there was not one customer in the lobby. NOT taking phone orders, NOT taking counter orders, and NOT taking online orders. So, they were busy doing what, I have No idea. I'm on a salt restricted diet so I appreciate a place that isn't heavy-handed with the salt, but you don't have to use tons of salt to season food well. This tasted like they literally dredged it in flour and fried it with no seasoning at all...and THEN overcooked it. So between the size of the chicken tenders, the coating and bad execution in the fry hamper - sadly I have to say these are among the worst chicken tenders I've had anywhere. Now as for the fried rice, I was less disappointed with that. They gave you a pretty good size of fried rice for $4.50 and although the shrimp were itsy bitsy tiny there were enough that you could see them in the fried rice along with some carrots and fried egg.
