It's a restaurant not a club. Why are your drinks so high. Our server was nice very attentive and helpful with recommendations for entrees. They do charge $50 for bringing in ur own cupcakes/ cake. It then took 15 mins for a waitress to come and even acknowledge us. 20 mins after that we had our 1 appetizer arrive (dry over cooked oysters). 15 mins after that our drinks arrived. This was my first time leaving a restaurant because my food was taking too long. Came here for Sunday brunch to celebrate my friends birthday. Let's start with the postives: valet parking was free, great ambiance, and the dj was on point. Negative: Terrible customer service!! It took over 2hrs for our table to receive our food! Mind you, there is a 2hr table limit. 3 tables around us that came after us received their food before we did. They finally brought out two orders for our party and when they did one of the orders was cold. We asked for the manager several times before he came to the table. My friend had ordered chicken and waffles which were cold and the manager said he would have it remade. The waitress brought the same exact plate out 15mins later. At that point we were fed up and cancelled all our orders. We spoke with the manager again who said he would comp our drinks. 10mins later our waitress brought our receipt to our table and our drinks were not comp'd. The waitress proceeded to tell us he changed his mind about comping the drinks and was firm about it. Also, the only water they serve is fiji water which is $5 for a small bottle! I came here on a girls trip for my friends birthday and it is the perfect location for groups and birthday dinners. The coolest drinks are pink matter because it comes in this large crown stand. But if you are the birthday person you get it for free! The appetizers, the French fries were lacking. The fried oyster was tasty but not enough. The steaks were well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The risotto was well seasoned. The drinks were tasty no matter what you ordered. The lamb had great reviews along with the mushroom risotto. Waitress didnt take appetizer plates until main course came...20% tip fee attatched plus another 8.00 fee for change of meal course or something? Aug 5 reservation- My overall rating is one star and that's only because I couldn't leave a review with 0 stars. The aesthetics and pics will fool you! I don't even know where to start about this place! From making us pay $20 to park in their lot (even if you park your own car you still have to pay), to not offering us any water at all (you have to buy Fiji water for $5) but it still wasn't offered- we had to ask about water, to the waitress being horrible and never coming back to check on our table except for us waving her down or asking another waitress to find her. This chick had the nerve to tell someone in my party she didn't know why their food was taking so long because she is not the cook when they asked about their pasta, for it to finally come out after almost 2 hours of waiting, cooked with HAIR and undercooked shrimp. I will never go back there! I will say my lobster egg rolls were good but just did not come out hot enough. The calamari was delicious. They need to do a better job with their staff because for them to be charging you before you get out of the car with that unprofessional service we received, doesn't add up. Maybe if the gratuity wasn't included in the check, she would've been a lot more attentive and professional. But I was sure to not leave her a penny over the total! Went for a birthday celebration. I give Batsi a 4/10. Waited an hour for food and it came out cold. Which I was confused because everyone's food came out at different times. We had 1 person in our that wasn't 21, she was 20. The manager came to the table and mistakenly told the birthday girl that they are watching us and if she ordered a drink we would have to leave. That's was really unprofessional especially when the birthday girl wasn't even the underaged guest. There was 2 Dancer the night we went. They were so dry, and that was the main reason we went there. One friend got the Chilean Sea Bass which looked more like regular bass at 50.00, it wasn't fresh (she got sick that night). I ordered the grouper (hate i didn't take a picture) wasn't as described on the menu covered in tomato sauce and corn over rice (weird combo). I sent it back and got crab cakes, they were overly breaded and oily also the size of a silver dollar for 21.00 more like crab flavored breading. Everything is over-priced for the quality. Don't expect to have a conversation because the music is at club level volume. To top the night off, the server reminded us of the 2hr limit at the table which is comical despite her negligence and time frame we were getting our drinks and food. This is the most weird place i've ever been to. Firstly when i made the reservation they said there was a $600 dollar minimum and that's not including the 2 bottle minimum that they force you to buy. The menu was condensed and they had limitations as if they were going to be packed out like at was a Michael Jackson show ! AND they have the nerve to throw my $700 retainer in the trash and they knew!!!! I had bought a bottle of champagne and she never came by to fill the glass or anything. They have strange rules first parking is 20 dollars! They don't separate checks but they ended up doing that for us but when it came time to pay she took our CC and ask for ID which is safe but then left with our CC and ID into the back and was gone for a long time I was thinking that was a little sketch. They make everyone pay 20 percent gratuity no matter what that might be the reason the service is so bad. She was nice but just not attentive. The valet was unorganized and I had to cash app the dude $20 because I didn't have cash. He also wanted to take my phone to type in his cash tag his self which I declined 3 times before he would tell me the cash tag. If you're going to have mandatory valet make it smooth and professional! You think I want to be standing in the middle of a parking lot typing in some random dudes cash tag? We go inside and the ambiance is soooo nice! I love the girls dancing around, the lights, everything seemed nice which is why this was a disappointment. We got a nice table and ordered 2 drinks. The drinks were pretty good so we decided to order 2 more drinks at the same time we ordered our food. The place was packed so we knew it may take a second for our food to come. Our food ended up coming 30 mins later BEFORE our second round of drinks. We are halfway through our plates when the drinks were finally brought and when I said something to the waitress she said "the bar is backed up" no apology or anything. And that second round of drinks was horrible! The waitress brings the check for $180. We had 4 of their cocktails, the calamari, the tuna tar tar (horrible), and the chicken dinner. Of course 18% was added as well. Not insanely bad but still pricey. I pay with my card and the waitress brings me the receipt to sign and walks away. The waitress then comes back within TWO minutes and says "can you sign that so I don't forget?" I was like "I'll sign it when im ready" I could not believe I was being rushed to sign a receipt after I waited over 30 minutes for a drink!! I then notice the top receipt belongs to a whole different table and has all their info on the receipt. So I had to get the waitress to bring me the correct one. We leave and as im walking outside, I see the valet guy leaning against the hood of my car with his arms and legs crossed as if my car is a chair!!! Was a good time. Enjoyed the presentation of a lively birthday celebration. Livey Carnavale' atmosphere with beautiful female servers that enhanced the whole experience. Foodwise, the presentation was awesome but would rate the meats seasoning a 7/10. Tasted good but not like mom used to make. I had the short ribs with grilled vegetables. The meat was very tender and I'm mad I didn't take a pic when our party was served. Was a great time and for whatever reason there were in attendance 70-80% female patrons, eye candy for days. My lady ordered a drink and even its presentation was awesome. It was brought out in a glass smoke filled dome shaped container. Once opened by the server the smoke was allowed to dissipate in front of the whole tables party, impressive. The music was loud and the MC made it exciting. I highly recommend this place. Man oh man where do I begin??? Came here last weekend for my friends bday. Valet is a bit of a wait because the lot is small but all the guys are sweet. I was super early so they let me sit while waiting for everyone when it was our reservation time. It was supposed to be 8 people so we were in a large section, but some people canceled so were only 3 of us for a bit. We started to order and the manager comes over to ask how many are coming. We say 5. I guess she said that the section is for 7 so she "asked" if we would like to move but subtly telling us to do so. We say ok and I asked if it's around the same size or what. She brings us to the back of the restaurant in the tightest corner where we have no room and seats us at a table where only three people could sit somewhat comfortably. The table was so small, and it had a pull out seat with no back for a fourth guest. We could barely have our hookah and our appetizers on the table. Oh and the hookah had gum on it. They also couldn't tell us who are waitresses. They kept switching it honest and finally our old waitress just came back and took our orders. She even asked why the manager moved us to that section. We were so upset, the manager had to come over and tell us that we could pull the other table over, creating a weird L shape type of table. The music is already insanely loud with speakers in the curling, so when the other two girls came, no one could hear each other leading to us somewhat scream talking across the weirdly shaped table. The food was absolutely disgusting, my potatoes were cold, my friend ordered her steak medium well, and it was rare, my other friend said the rice tasted like it was boiled in garbage water. T did give us a bottle of champagne for the table situation, and for my friend's birthday but then they tried to make us pay for the first bottle of champagne, even though it was offered to us for free.
