Chris said he'd have the key cut and programmed in 30-45 minutes and would call when it was ready. He never called, so I reached out myself--only to learn that he couldn't program the fob and had actually cut the key incorrectly, making it unusable. After telling me this, he just moved on to another customer as if my needs had been sufficiently met. Were it not for Ed, a more experienced associate, I would have effectively been stranded 30 minutes from home. But Ed stepped in and charged my battery, got me a working key so I could get home, and later gave me a discount when I had to return for a properly cut fob. Ed was excellent and really saved the day, but because of Chris' mistakes and lack of follow-through, I can only give this location 2 stars.

Fast forward to today, I have been experiencing over heating with my iPhone since the battery was replaced. I dropped my phone and the screen needs replaced, I refuse to go back to Batteries Plus, even though they are capable to replace said screen, I no longer trust them for lack of accountability, during the replacement of my screen it has been discovered that they glued my iPhone screen back on and that is what has been causing the overheating of my phone.

The battery barely made it one year and is completely dead and will not take a charge. I contacted them about this and they told me I was gonna have to go directly through Noco and they wouldn't do anything about it. So now I'm stuck for however long it takes for no code to get back with me and send it in then they're gonna have to diagnose it and then send me a new one back so I'm gonna be going weeks without a battery in my quad that needs to be running on a daily around the farm. If it's gonna be like this, why even bother using the storefront and not just go directly through the manufacturer to buy it or whatever. Hell Amazon has better customer service than this. Make sure you ask questions like who's gonna warranty your battery if you have issues before you buy it through them because if they're not gonna warranty it or take care of you then avoid them.

They refuse to take responsibility, but I literally just detailed the car the day before and the paint was PERFECT. I hadn't even taken it out of the garage until I took it to interstate. Make sure to watch them install your battery if you bring a car in there that you care about. You can very clearly see how nice my paint is but hairline scratches right where he stood to replace the battery. It might be nothing to the manager, but it's something to me. The sales person, Morgan was actually completely wowed by my car. Looks like I have some buffing to do. Edit: The company response is a lie. They never, NEVER offered any semblance of help.
