IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! CUSTOMERS PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!! This place is a scam! Initially, I dealt with Steven Lozano, who sold me a used battery off the shelf that was supposed to be new. LIES!!!! I knew something was wrong when he stated, "If you return the battery, it must be free of scratches and like new." Got the battery home plugged it in, and it would not work. Brought the battery back the very next day to the same Battery Plus store and was told they would not exchange it because it did not have 12 volt remaining when Diego Gonzalez tested and checked the charge Diego went on to say that every battery is tested before purchases are complete. Well, that also is a HUGE LIE as well. Just as I began to explain that Steven Lozano, who sold me the battery the day prior, never checked the battery before I purchased it. While speaking to Diego, Steven comes out from the back room to say I was trying to get over. This statement by Steven was completely unprofessional and unwarranted. Steven admitted He never checked the battery that was purchased the day prior before selling it. I asked, "How can this be someone trying to get over? If only the thing we asked for was an exchange for a fully functioning battery. We asked them to call the manager and they wouldn't they? They said the only thing that they could do was to try to charge the battery so we waited for them to. Once they brought the battery back out after it being charged for about an hour, the battery that was purchased the day prior would not hold a charge. At that point is when the Diego called the manager Joanne Guzman and asked if he could exchange the battery. Which she allowed. During the entire ordeal, we tried to get in touch with Joanne Guzman, the store manager, because, on her business card, her cell phone number is listed however, she will not answer the phone. What is the purpose of listing your cell phone number on your business card if you do NOT answer? Again, poor business practices I would NOT recommend this battery plus!!!! The employees have poor to NO customer service skills at all. Additionally, they do not know how to treat customers. Zainil Momin is the franchise owner of two locations in the Houston TX area: - 4774 Beechnut Street -13740 East Freeway, Suite C The Return policy and warranty are sketchy and The store does not adhere to their own warranty or return policy. The wording is suspect and there are loopholes that they use.So they're customers are left with batteries that do not work. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Completely ridiculous experience yesterday. I went in to buy two batteries, but will never step foot in this store again. I was able to drive less than five minutes away and buy the batteries at CVS.....that I was told were some sort of special order item and that the number didn't exist. The man working yesterday 8/29/2020 @6:40 pm (note no other clients were in the store) was extremely condescending to me. As a local business owner myself I would want to know that one of my employees treated a customer as poorly as he did. I had set up, previously, an appointment to replace my screen on my cell phone which was quoted at $280.00....will be canceling that. Note... not listen to a client /customer is one thing, treating one rudely is another, doing both is unacceptable....period. Posting picture of the batteries purchased less than 5 minutes later after being treated like crap by your employee ...

Wonderful service! My phone's screen was completely…read morescattered and he had helped to replaced it quickly with a very affordable price. Thank you so much for the additional discount! The owner is absolutely really friendly and truthful. I did not like my first new aftermarket replaced screen, and he helped change it to a used original one without any additional charges. I also have my mom's phone battery replaced here, and it works wonderful as well. Highly recommended for all tech repair works that you need for your gadgets. Thank you!

Once the inevitable screen crack happened to my Pixel Pro, I began shopping around immediately for…read moreplaces that could fix it. The absurdly high rating for this biz had me calling them immediately, in which a young man named Eid promptly quoted $250 to fix it. This was at least $50-75 cheaper than most of their competition. I agreed to it. It's a tiny shop that's next to a gas station. It looks completely run down and if it weren't for the reviews, I'd have a hard time seeing myself here. I was told that I'd be able to come pick it up in roughly 3 hours. Kudos for allowing same-day service. By the time it was ready for pickup, I came in to inspect the phone. I noticed just there are some gaps on the screen but it was responsive. Right as it became time to pay I learned they were unwilling to accept the Yelp check in offer of 10% off and would charge an additional $20 fee when deciding to use a credit card. I went out to get cash and eventually paid. When asking for a receipt, he gave me a piece of paper with some scribbles and largely illegible penmanship. Overall the repair was successful, the price was right, but the inconvenience and shoddy customer service might mean I will reconsider my business if this ever happens again.
