I was told that I would have to get it fixed even though I inspected my device and it was very responsive to touch and had no discoloration (these are the reasons he explained why I needed to get it replaced). I truly believe that that my cracked screen was the only issue to my phone so I definitely got scammed for $10. The quality of the screen replacement is not best but it will get the job done. The only thing that satisfied me during this visit was the speed of the service. The attendant told me it would take an hour but it took around 15-20 minutes to get my phone repaired. I also bought a charger for my iPhone and in less than 2 days there was a shortage in it. Overall if you come here your phone will be fixed quickly but do not expect the best quality and expect an up-charge!!!
