    Dear Verizon Executive Relations,…read more I have been a loyal Verizon Wireless customer for over 23 years. Recently, I was told on three separate occasions that my iPhone 17 Pro Max was on its way, and that my Series 3 Apple Watch would arrive together. I was also promised a $1000 trade-in credit for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. After multiple one-hour calls with representatives in different call centers, I was later told I would only receive $800 instead. There seems to be major miscommunication, and I have spent significant time trying to resolve this without success. I'm requesting that Verizon honor the originally quoted $1000 trade-in credit and provide an update on my iPhone and Apple Watch order status. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

I wish I'd seen the lousy customer reviews for this store before I went there Christmas surprise ruined. I contacted customer service to undo what the store did and they could not. At this point I'm ready to dump verizon as a wireless "provider" entirely. If I could leave a zero star review I sure would. I you must use Verizon find another store for sure. Consider another wireless provider if possible. UPDATE: Reactivating my wife's deactivated phone took not one but TWO trips to this hapless store. Turning on phones is literally their business and that simple act was too complex for them. T-Mobile here we come. Avoid the Power Road Verizon store at all costs.

Ben took excellent care of me. He transferred all my data & set my phone up which took over an hour. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Ask for Ben. He goes out of his way to help.     My husband and I went in for upgrades, we specifically told them we wanted upgrades only, NO…read moreaccessories or over priced phone cases. We were told by Mark E, that with our switch, we would get free cases of our choosing each. He reiterated the fact that they were FREE (his choice of words. He said the word free 4 times as a matter of fact) so we each picked one out. A couple days later we get notice from AT&T that he had put our phone cases on a FINANCING payment plan! $17 a month for two phone cases...Insanity! We spoke with corporate who gave us the escalation desk number, and said since it was an in store purchase we had to settle it in person. They told us to ask for the manager, and if there is any guff to call the escalation desk number which can only be done apparently at the store so they can talk to the manager and customer for resolutions. We go in store again, paperwork in hand and ask for Hugo the manager. Immediately we were met with the most unprofessional and unhelpful "manager" we've ever encountered at an establishment. Hugo said he REFUSED to do our return, and he refused to speak to the escalation desk or any upper management whatsoever because he was the boss. And that he stood by his buddy, and that "well he didn't say free he would never say free" when we have witnesses to the fact that he signed us up for a financing plan we never would've agreed to and Hugo was not there when we upgraded our phones so how does Hugo know what Mark E did and didn't say? When my husband tried to speak up as Hugo and Mark E were ganging up on me, they kicked my husband out of the store. He went out front and waited while I called the escalation desk on my own phone. Then guess what? Hugo had to step in and talk to the desk and suddenly offered us refunds for the phone cases they were originally saying they couldn't and wouldn't return. He spent 49 minutes on my phone draining my battery, and he didn't even know how to do the return. He had to call his own higher up to get walked through how to return two phone cases. In the end, it was the lovely escalation desk woman who talked him through the return process. What kind of employee, much less manager doesn't know how to make a simple return? I've been with AT&T since it was Singulair. Never have I been treated in such a manner. If I could rate this location negative stars I would. Save yourself and go to the Apple Store directly. You guys need professional and well trained employees and MANAGEMENT here, your people were too busy watching the World Cup and texting to be bothered with us or the other poor customers who dared to interrupt their tv watching.

    I had a highly disappointing experience at this store trying to upgrade my phone. The associate who…read moreassisted me, "J," was entirely unhelpful. When the upgrade ran into a minor technical glitch, he checked one page on his screen, made two inaccurate guesses about account promotions, and immediately gave up. He didn't ask a manager for assistance or call their support line to fix the issue. His "fake nice" demeanor made it clear he simply didn't want to exert the effort for a standard upgrade, likely because it didn't net a major commission. To prove how simple the fix should have been, I walked out to my car and completed the entire upgrade myself on the T-Mobile app in less than two minutes. Poor service and a complete lack of effort. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Honestly, I expected to feel rushed since the store was already shutting down -- but Rose and Brandi completely changed that experience. These two were absolutely phenomenal. Even though I kept them late, they never once acted annoyed or impatient. They stayed positive, answered every single question I had, and truly made me feel like they cared about helping me get everything back up and running. Their professionalism, kindness, and patience were next-level. In a time where genuine customer service feels rare, Rose and Brandi delivered world-class service with smiles on their faces the entire time. Experiences like this are exactly why I'm glad I chose T-Mobile -- and especially this location. They've earned a customer for life. If they're not there, I'll honestly come back when they are. Thank you again, ladies. You were both a breath of fresh air during a really stressful situation!
