Samsung explained this would be a very simple fix and it is a common problem and they didn't feel like it? It turned out she had some water in there and I ended up buying their insurance plan because it's better than the deal I would have received from my carrier. They did the job and was able to return my teen's phone the following day. There was a small discrepancy on the price I would initially pay for the screen and my final price at pick up. They did give me the cheaper of the two, thank goodness because It was a significant amount. These phone and their repairs aren't cheap. I'm glad my daughter's device has this coverage and my studio beats and air pods. Thank you Oscar for your help with getting my teens phone fixed and back to us.
