He's always trusted this place, has had good experiences with the worker, and the pricing has always been reasonable. They even spoke the Friday before about getting this repair done. He mentioned the shop would be closed Sunday for Easter, but nothing was said about being closed Monday. I understand things come up and schedules can change, but not communicating that to customers--especially regulars--is disappointing.
